I have not got an air fryer, so I was interest to read this book, to find out what all the fuss was about.. The information is quite comprehensive and there are a lot of recipes (not all with photos of the food) and they seem to be quick to cook and look yummy. The air fryer certainly is healthier than a deep fryer and a lot quicker to use, which is probably why they are so much a favorite of today's kitchens. If one has or is looking to buy an air fryer, this book certainly will answer many questions and provide some nice recipes to use. Thanks you NetGalley and the publishers for the DRC

I love my air fryer and so a cookbook that marries this appliance was a no brainer. The recipes are pretty easy to follow with staple ingredients. Good for a beginner.

I am always looking for a good airfryer cookbook as I use mine constantly. This book has great recipes and many with minimal ingredients. I love the idea of breakfast pastries and desserts in the airfryer as well. We tried the Lemon Blueberry Coffee Cake and it was delicious!

I don’t know why it took me so many years to get on the air fryer bandwagon, but now that I am here, I am here to stay.

Breakfasts and deserts are two meals I have not attempted, much less mastered using my air fryer, but I have been dying to add them to my meal rotation. I never dreamed it was possible to make bagels or scones or tarts in the air fryer, but you can bet I am about to use these recipes and try it out. Don’t even get me started on how exciting I find the idea of apple pie from the air fryer.

There were lots of other things as well that I never would have thought to try in the air fryer, like queso dip and deviled eggs.

I really enjoyed how the pages were laid out and the clarity of the ingredients and instructions. I think all of the recipes will be very easy to follow and I am so excited to try all of them out.

Easy to follow air fryer dishes. The ingredients are listed in a yellow box in the left with the directions on how to prepare the dish on the right. I like how the directions are not overly complicated and listed well. There are a few pictures of the dishes, but it would have been nice to see what all the dishes would look like since I am more likely to make the recipe if it looks good. Overall before looking deeper through the cookbook, there were several that sounded good right off the bat. If you are looking for something different to try and have an air fryer, I would recommend checking this one out.

I would like to mention too that the ingredients are common ones you can easily find or might already have on hand.

This book was fine, but the recipes were mostly all stuff that you could make without a recipe and things that were kind of common sense. It was helpful to see how many different kinds of things you can make with an air fryer, though.

I can't cook. I can season like crazy, but the actual cooking part is beyond me. I never know how long to cook something and even using cookbooks things rarely turn out. I am also disabled and doing anything that requires being on my feet for long periods of time is out. That being said... this book!!! I can't wait to get it. I tried the creole pork chops and they were not only super easy for me to do, the instructions were easy to follow. But most importantly my family loved them. My kids have come over for dinner twice when they heard I was making them.

Inspiring, delicious, and a great read for newbies to the air fryer!

This book had a beautiful layout, and the recipes were very approachable. It left me excited to try things out on my own air fryer!

We have a ninja air fryer flip toaster and enjoy it a lot. However, I'm always saying to my husband how I feel like we were under utilizing it. I saw this cookbook and thought it might be helpful.

I'm a fan of cookbooks with pictures for every recipe as I feel like we eat with our eyes first especially with a cookbook. I want to see what the food is going to look like before I am going to make it. This book was lacking in pictures and only had a small amount.

I also want a cookbook that includes nutritional information as it helps those of us that are paying attention to those facts. This cookbook includes nutritional information which made me so happy.

The recipes include common household ingredients probably found in most of our pantries. The full recipe time started at 5 minutes and increased. The recipes included the history of the food item, substitution recommendations and tips such as using frozen grated butter.

I did end up skipping over the fish and seafood section as my family does not eat that.

There is a convenient US/metric conversion chart at the back. So the recipes can be used wherever.

There are 24 books in this series, 8 deal with air fryers recipes, while others cover Nutribullet, Instapot and more. My daughter was thrilled when she saw this title pop up in our shared library, as she has been bugging me for easy recipes for the air fryer/ While using your normal recipes work, the COOKING time and TEMP can vary, and that is where this book is super helpful! While you may not be making a recipe in the book, you can alter your time, temp based on the similar recipes in the book. BUT warning, you WILL be making most of these recipes (or your teen /coed will!) In fact, if I was sending an air fryer off to the apt with my college bound kid, this book would be a MUST HAVE, as it covers everything from breakfast, lunch/dinner foods, snacks and desserts. AND the best part, most recipes use pantry staples. No hunting for exotic foods, unless you want them! if you have an airfryer definitely check out this book for summer cooking- it's just TOO hot to heat up the oven and house!

Taking comfort food inspiration with recipes from all over the world, this cookbook gives a great selection of recipes to use the air fryer. In some cases though, these recipes do not save much time over using an oven.

I was excited to read this cookbook to get some ideas and better make use of this amazing tool. The recipes do not disappoint. I can't wait to buy the right ingredients and give a few more if these a try!

I have become an air fryer fan especially when cooking for one. I have tried a few of these recipes, the basic chicken, steak, fries and things, but am so excited to try some different ones, i.e. scones, donut holes, and wings! This cookbook was so easy to read and follow and the instructions are super clear. I hope to make these recipes and be able to concur them quickly due to the way this recipe book was put together.

The "I Love My Air Fryer" Comfort Food Recipe Book- From Chicken Parmesan to Small Batch Chocolate Chip Cookies, 175 Easy and Delicious Recipes by Aileen Clark is a solid choice for those cooks wondering just what to make in their air fryer. With 175 recipes, there was something for every taste, including a vegetarian section, and almost all were straight forward to make.

Many of the recipes were not what I would place in the comfort food category and I didn’t find them to be particularly inspiring. That said, I think that this is a good cookbook for someone learning to adapt recipes for the air fryer. (I reviewed an advance reader copy and all opinions are my own.)

I was very impressed with this cookbook. The chicken parm recipe really cut me time in the hot kitchen. I haven't found a recipe yet that didn't work for me.

A fun collection of recipes and helpful hints for those who want to make use of their newly acquired air fryers. It is always good to find more ideas designed specifically for these appliances, and there is a good range here, although mostly focused on the North American market.

I was so excited when I came across this book because we have an air fryer, and have used it to make only one thing. We're on the verge of getting rid of it, but I was hoping that I'd have some new recipes to make after reading this book.

Clark starts the book out with a quick introduction to air fryers, and how to pick out one that will best suit your needs. From there, she goes into chapters that are organized logically, starting with breakfasts, appetizers and snacks, side dishes, chicken main dishes, beef and pork main dishes, fish and seafood main dishes, vegetarian main dishes, desserts, a US/metric conversion chart, and a handy index.

The first thing I noticed was how simple the recipes are. All of them are made with ingredients that are easily found in the local supermarket, and I was relieved to see that I have most of them in my house. Even the recipes with longer ingredient lists usually include lots of spices, so they aren't nearly as complicated as they look at first glance.

I bookmarked a lot of recipes, which I was actually kind of surprised about. A lot of these comfort foods are immediately lightened up simply by being air fried instead of deep fried, but the author seems to have made an effort to lighten some of the recipes up further as well. As a reader with certain dietary restrictions, I was prepared to be disappointed, but I was happily proven wrong. I found so many recipes that I don't even know where to start - I can prepare a lot of them as is, and I'll be able to make some more with minor tweaks.

I would have liked more pictures to be included. The ones that were included were beautiful and looked delicious, but not every recipe included a photo, and I like to see what it's supposed to look like so I can compare what mine came out looking like to the photo. But overall, this is a fantastic collection of recipes, especially if you enjoy comfort foods and don't want the health risks that can be associated with traditionally prepared comfort foods. In addition, I loved the way this book taught me ways to use the air fryer that I've never even thought about.

This is my first air fryer cook book and did not disappoint. I like how there's a guide on useful tools and how the recipes are split into categories e.g breakfast. I was pleasantly surprised to see a scotch egg recipe and will definitely be trying that as one of my favourite snacks to eat!
This book contains so many recipes that I'll actually use. Definitely as essential for people who own air fryers!
