Speak no evil is a book full of wisdom. It breaks down the steps of self love and self esteem. It offers so much to think about and is full of interesting stories. It does read a bit like series of college lectures and I was not surprised to learn that the writer is a professor. His style is conversational though and leaves the reader with a lot of think on.
