I did not finish this book.
I struggled with book one and didn't realize that the rest of the books in the series followed the same characters. I didn't find either of the main characters likeable, and is part of the reason I struggled so hard. I only got myself to finish book #1 with the hopes that book 2 followed Rose and Connor.
I very kindly received this through Penguin International Influencer Program but I did not appreciate it was a series. I haven't read any of the series yet. I appreciate receiving this and I have a feeling it will be up my street, but I am not sure when I will read this.
One of my close friends has read this series and absolutely adores it so I am excited to read it.
Over and over again, these books have shown change and evolution in their characters' lives. I've called them striking...riveting...unforgettable. Even as the seventh book overall, Addicted After All has managed to not only live up to my expectations for this series, but surpass them. Krista and Becca Ritchie know how to keep their readers on the edge of their seats, and I'll always applaud these authors for their ability to make a reader feel and ultimately push us all right over that edge.
thank you to netgalley for the advanced reading copy. I really enjoyed this and will be getting copies for my shop.
The chokehold this series has on me. Lily and Lo are two of my favorite characters ever and as happy as I am for them to get their HEA, I don’t ever want to leave them.
SIGH! If you are looking to read a truly romantic story that is not sticky sweet, this is it. The whole series revolves around how this couple came to be and has so many dedicted followers that they seem real to millions of readers. It's very hard to describe the feelings you'll have while reading a Ritchie book, just be prepared for the worse......or the best.
Wow. Just when I thought each book would get harder and harder to top, Krista & Becca Ritchie went ahead and wrote the absolute masterpiece that is Addicted After All. I'm truly speechless. This is the best book I've ever read in a long time.
I could not tell you how many times this book had me crying and sobbing. Lily & Lo have been my favorite couple from this series since the beginning, and it is just beyond incredible to see how far they've come — oh look, I'm crying again now just thinking about it 🥲 When I say their love is like no other, I truly mean it. It is so hard to explain, but I don't know that I've read about two people who love each other as much as they do or have a love as strong as theirs. Lily & Lo are different people than they were at the start of this series, and I am just so proud of how far they've come and witnessing the changes they've made to become better people for themselves and for each other. They stuck by each other through all the good and bad, and it was so rewarding to see them recognize that they deserve all the good things in life just like everyone else and finally be happy 🥹 And this book has some of THE BEST ending few chapters that were just so perfect for Lily & Lo, I WAS SOBBING!!
Not only was Lily & Lo's romance and story amazing, but the sibling as well as found family content was FLAWLESS. I already knew these characters had a relationship and connection like nothing I've ever read before, but you can just FEEL how much closer they become in this book despite already being close. It hurts that I do not have a close-knit friend group like this one, and I would truly give up my soul to have one like it. Lily, Lo, Rose, Connor, Daisy, and Ryke 🫶 They really are like a family, and I have so much love for each and every one of them.
This pretty much goes without saying, but I love this series so much and have never loved a found family as much as this one. This series and these books in general are long but so incredibly worth it. You will honestly wish there were more pages and more books once you get to know these characters and their stories. I am so grateful to be alive at the same time that this series was written. Core 6 for life 💙
“I love how he makes me feel normal. How my brain isn’t some vast deep filthy wasteland to him. In his eyes, I’m some kind of perfect.”
Addicted After All is where my favorite duo, Lily and Loren, get they’re happy for now. Does it take them a bit of angst and challenge to reach that happiness? Yes. Do I think it’s worth every emotional rollercoaster bit of their story? Absolutely. Reading about the challenges two people face with their love story is one thing, but add in the fact they are addicts in recovery AND they are having a baby! They truly have to fight for their happiness in so many ways and the strength they show together, alone, and with the help of their loved ones is… everything. Yeah. This one is a ride. A ride which I loved and adored though.
Loved, as per usual, all the interactions with the rest of the characters in this universe as well. Connor, Rose, Ryke, and Daisy. I think that Lily and Loren stand alone, of course, but having this ensemble cast that you can root for on the side is also amazing. You don’t have to miss pieces of their story while you’re getting another pairings love story.
Lily and Loren are the start of this addicted/Calloway universe therefore they will always hold the most special place in my heart. The way they love each other and the growth they’ve shown in that love. The way they’ve begun to love, open up to, and root for their friends/family. The way they’ve healed. It’s funny going back and reading this story after having read the next generations books because it makes it that much more impactful the life these two character lived and what they survived through together and where they are now in the fictional sense.
I could read about these two characters forever, but I’m happy where Addicted After All ended for them and how this is the start to their happily ever after. Plus the bonus content that is included in the Berkley paperback edition will help you dry up your happy tears with some funny/sweet content. I loved how the bonus content was birthday themed.
This book picks right up after the previous one and this series just keeps getting better and better. I love the characters and I would classify this book as one of my favorite reads of 2023. The characters have grown so much and I can’t wait to see their finale. There were so many cute moments in the book, especially some learning ones. We also get another wedding in the book and a possible easter egg of what's to come for the Calloways. Also, we have some new characters and I love them so much as they are so precious. I can't wait to read more about them and their books in the future. I totally recommend reading this series because it just gets better and better. I PROMISE!

This series has been incredible so far and this book is no exception. I really love Lily and Lo's story and was happy to get a chance to see them grow as a couple in this book. They both struggle with their addictions, Lily's pregnancy hormones have made her insatiable and Lo is struggling with the responsibilities that have fallen on his shoulders. Both need the support of their friends and family to make it through. It was great seeing these two learn to rely on the people in their lives instead of staying insular and only trusting each other. I loved seeing them as parents and am so glad that they finally got their happily ever after.
Thank you for blessing me with this arc. I just started the Addicted series this yea and WOW has it completely the best thing I decided to pick up.
This review will be spoiler free and short even if I could go on and on about the core 6. Lily and Lo are forever my heart and I sobbed endlessly of the journey they have gone through. This book wrapped up perfectly their point of views. Rose and Connor AMAZING. They are my favorite couple. Although I never came around to loving Daisy and Ryke as a couple—I like them individually. This book was beautifully written and the drama never stops.
I’m hurt this will be the last book in Lily and Lo’s point of view but I will reread
Addicted After All captivated me from the very first page. From the moment I cracked open the book until the final page, I found myself completely immersed in their captivating world.
4.5 stars rounded up!
I love this series, and I feel like it has continually gotten better with every book. I didn’t think I’d like the pregnancy trope in this, but it actually was enjoyable in this one! I definitely think this is my favorite novel with Lily and Lo’s POV so far.
Thank you for an advanced copy in exchange for an honest review.
I just adore these characters so much!! What a great world that Krista and Becca have created. I'll miss Lily and Lo <3. So thankful to Berkley for an advanced copy of this story.
Thank you to Netgalley and the Publisher for this Advanced Readers Copy of Addicted After All by the Ritchie Sisters!
This series is addictive. I couldn't get enough! It's all about Lily and Lo, two messed-up characters battling their addictions side by side. The writing is perfect, and the characters feel so real. I laughed, cried, and couldn't stop reading. No unnecessary drama, just raw emotions, and a captivating love story. If you're into New Adult romance, read the Addicted series in order.
"In the very happiest moment of my life I learn three things:
I am strong.
I have powers.
And my soul meets Loren Hale's in every kiss. When the curtains on my universe close, he will still be with me. That, I'm sure of."
The love I have for this book and these two characters probably spans several thousand universes. Throughout this last book of theirs, we see Lily and Lo continue to have days where they struggle, but that's not all the time, and GOD but their support system is everything. The relationships between their siblings and friends. Lily knows so much more about Daisy, as compared to Ricochet, where she failed at their personal trivia game. I love that growth. And Lo and his relationships with both Ryke and Connor are so much stronger and deeper than they were at the beginning of the series, and just thinking about how far all six of these characters have come gets me so emotional. I just really love this book, it gives two of the best characters, the best ending.
And it truly is the best ending for one of the best couples! After all the hurdles that Lily and Lo had to deal with, they do finally get their happy ending. The title of this book and the reference to the title that’s mentioned in the book “I always knew we’d be addicted after all.” It’s such a deep reminder that Lily and Lo will always have their addictions - they will never stop battling those beasts - but it doesn’t completely define who they are anymore. Their lives keep moving forward to brighter things, and they learn to stand on their own two feet and thinking about while writing this just makes me so emotional, I’m just constantly soso proud of these two characters!
Thanks to the author, publisher and NetGalley for the ARC of this book in exchange for my honest opinion.
This book was incredible! The series keeps getting better and better. I am obsessed and am happy to get more of Lily and Lo's story and their happy ending. Overall, incredible book and it had all the feels.
How does this series keep getting better and better? Seriously. I loved everything about this "conclusion" to Lily and Lo's story. Addicted After All did such an amazing job of showing how much they grew up throughout the series and the depth of their love for each other. It was just as angsty as the rest of the books but had such sweet moments. The ending was so perfect it brought tears to my eyes. I couldn't have imagined a better outcome for Lily and Lo. Addicted After All is my favorite of the series so far. And the added bonus content was so fun! I loved all the birthday question answers.
If you're a New Adult fan, you need to read this series! The entire thing is beautifully written and packed full of emotions. I'd highly recommend it!

The addicted series focuses on Lily and Loren, and ends with three books still left in the Calloway Sisters series. these books started at 3.5⭐️ for me and got better as the books went on, ending with addicted after all at a 5⭐️ rating.
I'm so sad to be done with Lily and Lo’s story, but happy they are featured in the Ritchie’s other books!
