Thank you to Net Galley and the publisher for this arc. This was on okay read, I found that the story was a little to slow at times. It was an interesting story.

I'm a huge fan of Ms. Sahin but I really struggled through this book. I felt for the FMC and MMC with their unrequited love, but at some point I felt like like the book was dragging on and it was losing my attention. I love a good Mafia story, but it was also really light in that area too. Thank you for giving me a chance to review.

This is my first read by Brittney Sahin but I'm already scrolling her previous works because I might have found my new insta read author.

There's so much I love about this story, about these characters and above all the writing style.

The twists were great, the suspense was constant and I admired every moment of it. Often with dark romance the plot gets lost to the spice/the relationship drama but not in this case.

Enzo is a retired governmental mercenary, dealing or well, trying to deal with his demons, the loss of his twin sister and tries even harder to fight his long, long time love for Maria. His guilt for his past, for the things he did is eating him alive and I love, love, love reading about it. His level of self control is admirable even if it made me want to smack him and be one of his brothers and tell him to just go, get the girl who's begging to be taken. (Side note: we're getting the story of the brothers, right? right???)

Maria is a single mother with a messy divorce behind her and a way less messy never ending love for Enzo. I really liked that whilst occasionally she had her moments of "okay, what the hell, your family is related to the mafia?" moments, she was tough and she wasn't backing down, no matter what was thrown in her path. Maria wants Enzo and she's done letting him run from her and that's admirable because the man tries for sure.

I really liked there was time for the relationship between the brothers (and of course they haven't stopped working *asdfghjkl*). The teasing, the quiet or not so quiet support was great to see.

All in all, Maria and Enzo (and Enzo and Maria's daughter!!!!) were precious, their relationship absolutely gold.

I can't wait to read even more from this author.

Enzo and Maria are an unusual case of forbidden love. Their story took me a little bit to get invested in, but of course Brittney brought the spice, and they were eventually able to work through their conflict, family drama, and their pasts and realize they already had their HEA.

Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for letting me read this ARC in which I am going to provide an honest review this book is a great Mafia Romance Book Maria and Enzo's love story had me feel all the emotions the twists and turns in this you couldn't expect it to turn out like it did and find out what happened to Enzo's sister this book had me interested and wanting to read more this is not your typical Mafia Romance but definitely worth the read the ending was amazing.
This book is a slow burn with Maria and Enzo's feelings for one another Let me love you has plenty of spice and is intense at times.

This is my first book by this author and I enjoyed this book as a whole.

I felt like I was missing something when it came to this story. It was as though there’d been a back story of the family, the Costa brothers and the connection between Maria’s and Enzo’s family and I was the only one who didn’t know. It was very hard to get into because of the severely lacking info.

I will admit this was almost a DNF for me. I didn’t feel a connection to either main character pretty much ever in this book. The writing was good but not great. I did enjoy the palpable tension between the two MCs at first. The whole mafia storyline and the mystery behind Enzo’s twin’s murder is really what kept me reading. The love story I could have completely skipped.

Rated Let Me Love You 3 stars because it did have a decent plot line, the steam was pretty hot and the ending was cute. Don’t know if I’d read this author again but I won’t count it out.

If there's one thing Brittney Sahin can write, it is suspense! Let Me Love You reads like a mafia romance but it doesn't carry all the cliche baggage typical of the drama, rather Sahin elevates the trope with a twist. I love that we get mutual pining because in dark romantic suspense we never do! Enzo has a dark past and because of it he had to let Maria go years ago but now that they've reunited, he must grapple with his mistakes, sins, and regrets in order to take advantage of this opportunity with Maria. I loved how protective he is even if he doesn't feel worthy of the kind-hearted single mother with baggage of her own. Together these two overcome obstacles and overcome themselves to let love in. Plus he's a chef and I will always eat that up, pun intended! :) You should definitely read this if you're looking for something dark but different and if you love mafia or suspense but also crave emotional depth because Brittney Sahin delivers all of that and more in Let Me Love You coming this October!

5 STARS!! Maria and Enzo are on fire; hot, hot, hot!! The characters will keep you engaged and the twists will keep you guessing. This is a can't put down, second chance romance that will have you sizzling from start to finish. Let Me Love You was the first book I read by Brittany Sahin and I am an instant fan of her writing. Thank you NetGalley for the ARC.

Title: A Captivating Journey of Love and Redemption - 4 Stars

"Let Me Love You" by Brittney Sahin takes readers on a captivating journey of love, redemption, and second chances. This emotionally charged novel engrosses readers, providing a rollercoaster of emotions and an exploration of the power of love to heal and transform.

The story follows Maria Romano and Enzo Costa as they navigate their complicated pasts. The connection between Maria and Enzo is palpable, and Sahin expertly delves into their emotions, making their relationship feel authentic and relatable. The characters are well-developed, with complex backstories and motivations that evoke empathy from readers.

Sahin's writing style is engaging and descriptive, capturing the essence of the emotions and the intensity of the romance. The pacing keeps readers hooked, with twists and turns that add suspense and drive the plot forward. The exploration of themes such as forgiveness, redemption, and the power of second chances adds depth and resonance to the story.

Throughout the novel, the author deftly explores the internal struggles and personal growth of the characters. Enzo's journey to confront his past and find redemption is particularly compelling, and readers will appreciate the emotional depth and authenticity of his transformation.

While "Let Me Love You" is a captivating and emotionally charged novel, it does have a few minor shortcomings. There are moments where the plot could benefit from further development and exploration, and some readers may crave additional backstory to deepen their connection with the characters. However, these small issues do not detract significantly from the overall reading experience.

Overall, "Let Me Love You" earns a solid four-star rating. It is an engrossing and heartfelt novel that beautifully explores themes of love, redemption, and the resilience of the human spirit. Brittney Sahin's talent for crafting complex characters and evocative storytelling makes this a recommended read for those who enjoy emotional and passionate romance narratives.

This was a spicy and suspenseful book. Maria has been interested in Enzo for a long time. Enzo has rules he has to stick to in order to protect Maria. There were twists that I didn’t see coming. I couldn’t put the book down. I haven’t read the previous book so you could read this as a standalone.

Let me love you is a book of second chances and redemption and I loved it so much!

Maria’s character starts off as a smitten, love struck young adult. We get to see how her advances towards Enzo starts and her desperate desire towards him. I liked how as the book progressed, she stood her ground and was very assertive to what she wanted. You don’t see that very often with heroines!

Enzo’s character is very conflicted. His character always feels like he’s undeserving of Maria but he wants her to himself. It was nice to see how he turns his character around and slowly starts to realise that he does deserve her.

Overall, I really loved this book. I’m definitely going to check out other books by this author 🥰

Enzo and Maria have a mutual connection and unrequited love pining, but neither is ready to take the leap for their own reasons. He's protective of her, but won't commit. It's definitely a slow burn so things don't heat up until towards the end which made me slightly sad because their connection is sizzling. A spicy, fun read with twists and turns!

This is not a typical mafia romance. This is a story of a very slow-burn romance between two people who have been pining for years. Intense feelings between these two are deeply meshed throughout the book.

Enzo has some fierce protection issues for Maria. He is all in but does not feel worthy due to his past activities in life. Maria has loved him forever but also has a past loaded with issues. She did bug me at times by constantly pushing him when he had a lot to work through.

The author keeps us on edge several times and perfectly blends the suspense with their intense feelings. She balances the two lovers and gives them qualities that endear you in this story. Let Me Love You is spicy hot, intense at times, and the ending brings us to a level that just makes the entire book!

This is my first book by this author and I really enjoyed the book as a whole. It is well thought out, and paced well, plus she created a fabulous character in Enzo.

Oooh…I loved this one even more than the first, if that’s even possible. I knew from the details we got in book 1 (Until You Can’t) that Enzo had way more to his story. It was also fairly predictable who his heroine would be from the chemistry we witnessed in the first book. But watching Maria and Enzo fight for their chance was more than I thought it would or could be. For seemingly being weaker in book 1, Maria proves that she is not someone to be messed with. She will fight for her own respect and dignity and is even more fierce when it comes to the ones she loves. Enzo fights the pull with everything he has, but her energy is more than he can resist. For me, the highlight of this book was meeting Enzo’s family and realizing the potential to continue living in this world with these characters. Brittney Sahin has created yet another world where you can’t wait for the next story because every one is better than the last. You just can’t help but want more.

I devoured this spicy, addictive, high-stakes romance in one evening. I loved the friends to lovers romance and the dangerous backdrop facing the two main characters. The romance was open door and very well done. The story line was fast-paced and suspenseful. Also, it was nice to see cameos from some of the Falcon Falls Security guys who have had books written about them already. I loved that whole series!

This is my first time reading a book by Brittney Sahin but it wont be the last. They was her writing had me in a choke hold grasping for air is ridiculous.

"Let Me Love You" is a book on forbidden romance, mafia romance, slow burn, and so much more. You have Enzo that is your typical touch her and die character and you have Maria who is your typical girl who pines after the ones she shouldn't. That makes it sound like you're normal bad boy romance, but its so much better.

Enzo is retired from the Army as well as having a dark past that you don't find out about until the middle of the book. The first half of the book is spent reading about his feelings, his frustrations, and his connection with both his and Maria's family. The way he holds his back from loving makes you want to reach into the book and smack him on the back of his head. He feels guilty of his past and has drilled it in his head that he doesn't deserve love and isn't safe to be with Maria. But that also doesn't stop him from doing background checks on every guy she is interested in or insist that she isn't ready to start dating again. He knows his happily ever after with with Maria and her daughter.

Maria is your single mom that feels like she is missing out on more from life. She is the hopeless romantic that has used romance novels to show her what she deserves in a guy. That guy is the guy she has been pining after for the past six years even though she was married to a guy whom she lost his virginity and had a kid with. Its the same guy that she kissed all those years ago on her birthday. She is also a woman who isn't afraid of chasing after what she wants. She doesn't stray from what her heart wants even if she seeing and hearing questionable things with Enzo. She puts her heart on a silver platter and hands it to Enzo, repercussions be dammed.

One thing I really liked about this book is that its not your typical mafia romance, and honestly I'm not sure if it would put it in the same category since its lightly dabbles in the topic towards the last half of the book. That being said all of the twists and turns were crazy. I never would have seen its coming, nor would I have ever been able to guess the person behind it all and the person who helped get the motions in gear.

After all of the dust has settled and we got those last few chapters made me feel more emotions then i knew i could feel in a book. I was laughing with the characters and I was overcome with joy reading about how much they grew together in their relationship. This was one of the best endings to a book that i have read, but it still would have been nice to have a couple years from now.

This is going up there on one of my favorite books.

Thanks NetGalley for the ARC. I hope this is a new series for the Costa brothers. I liked Enzo and Maria’s story. Was a little slow in the beginning

I loved everything about this book! Mafia books always have a special place in my heart. With this being my first book by this author, I definitely plan to check out more.

Maria has had her eye on Enzo for as long as she can remember. When her birthday comes, she gets bold and requests a kiss from Enzo that sends her wanting him even more.

While Enzo has wants Maria as bad as she wants him. He has rules he has orders to stick to. Protect Maria always. A terrible things happened to the Costa brothers family that Enzo believes he’s not worthy of love.

There were twists and turns that had me on the edge of my bed not wanting to put the book down. The person behind what happened to Bianca, what a twist! I did not see that coming at all. I enjoyed how the book made you think of a few different scenarios and then completely makes you laugh at yourself for not figuring it out.

If you have not read the first book like myself, you can easily start this book as a standalone.

Thank you to NetGalley EARC! As always, my review is my opinion and thoughts.

Let Me Love You by B. Sahin, published by Montlake is a fast paced, action packed, dark mafia romance that had me in suspense right from the start.
This new to me author managed to keep reading on late into the night, literally unable to put the book down.
The story is masterfully pulling on the heartstrings, tells a story of healing, friendship, second chances.
Beautiful, just beautiful. 5 stars.
