I do love an instant parenthood storyline and this one did not disappoint. It was sweet, emotional and funny all rolled into one. I haven't read any of the other books in the series so I may have missed some backstory.
The main characters Frankie and Holden are in a friends-with-benefits situation at the beginning of the story so they are already together sexually at the start of the book so they do have a history right off the bat.
Sophie was just so cute and a real scene stellar. I really enjoyed this read.
I received an arc of this book in exchange for an honest review.

I was cheering for Holden and Frankie to get together permanently and I think the adorable little Sophie belongs with them. Sophie is so sweet and innocent the most polite little girl you will ever meet.

This is a good book. The two main characters are Frankie and Holden. There is an instant attraction. They have been secretly dating for about six months. Till Frankie’s sister drops her daughter off at Frankie’s house. With a paper giving Frankie guardianship. The parents of the father of the child fill papers to get guardianship. Holden states that Frankie is engaged to him. Through much craziness it all works out and they fall in love.

Holden, the final unmarried Blackwood son, is keeping his arrangement with Frankie discreet to avoid giving his mom and grandma any ideas, at least until he's ready to express his feelings to her. Meanwhile, Frankie's sister abruptly leaves her daughter, Sophie, creating a situation where Frankie must think quickly to safeguard her niece. Facing the challenge of Sophie's paternal grandparents, Frankie seeks a solution to ensure Sophie's safety and provide her with the childhood she deserves. In response, Holden proposes a marriage of convenience as a resolution to Frankie's predicament. This allows him to protect both Frankie and Sophie, with even his dog forming an affectionate bond with the young girl.

An exquisite tale blending romantic and familial love. The Blackwoods provided Holden with a solid foundation, and he adeptly tackles the challenge of persuading Frankie and Sophie that they have a lasting place in his life. The heartwarming resolution for little Sophie adds an extra layer of enjoyment to the story. Overall, it is a captivating romance with delightful characters that makes for a thoroughly pleasant read.

He’s a happy bachelor. She’s vowed never to marry. Then a little girl changes everything. Holden’s brothers are all happily married, yet he has no desire to join their ranks. His family would love nothing more than to see him settle down with a good woman. But the good woman in Holden’s life, Frankie, is perfectly happy with the “friends with benefits” arrangement they share. Growing up with a mother who thought her happiness depended on men, Frankie learned the hard way to take care of herself, and that’s how she likes it. Until a child comes into the picture.

When Frankie becomes the unexpected guardian of her young niece, Sophie, her treasured independence comes under threat. And a custody battle with people who don’t have the child’s best interests at heart suddenly puts marriage on the table. Holden and Frankie agree to commit - for just as long as it takes to secure custody of the little girl.

This book is the 4th in the Hickory Ridge series. You do not need to read the others to read this book, but it helps with the secondary characters. I really enjoyed the story between Holden and Frankie - it falls under the best friends to lovers with a side of surprise child. The writing is well done and I was absorbed in this book from the beginning.

I love friends to lovers romances- they are my favorite kind of trope and this one, which is the first I have read in the series, was done well. Frankie needs help to save her niece from being taken away from her and in order to showcase a stable relationship, Holden marries her. I loved their partnership, the clear affection and respect for each other. The relationship progressed smoothly and the story was well paced. I also loved how deep the familial ties were which made me fall for the world that this author has created. A wonderful “start” for me as I will be revisiting the other books in the series.

My first and certainly not last read by this author. I found this story to be charming. I cannot wait to read more from the Hickory Ridge Series.

I can't believe this is the first book I've read by Ms. Grace, but it most definitely won't be the last. I love small town romances and this one hit all the marks for me. Since I haven't read the first 3 books in the Hickory Ridge Series, I didn't "know" the other Blackwood brothers but I'm going to because I'll be reading the first 3 books for sure! This one is Holden Blackwood and Francesca's (Frankie) story and I enjoyed every aspect of their friends-with-benefits relationship that became much more. Even though I haven't had the pleasure of reading the other books in this series, I most definitely was able to follow the story line and the characters without getting lost. Having said that, I believe you could read all of them as standalones, but I'm sure reading all of them in order would probably be most enjoyable. If all the Blackwood brothers are as swoony, sweet, sexy and honorable as Holden, I'm sure I'll fall for them too! I loved the whole small town feel, friends to lovers, close-knit family appeal of this read and I'm looking forward to reading more from Isabelle Grace in the future. I'm grateful to have been given an opportunity to read an advance copy of this book through NetGalley.

If you like romance, this one’s for you! This was a fun and romantic small town romance between old friends!

I was really wondering how the author was going to find love for a man who truly acted like he didn't want it in his life right now. After reading the prior books I did wonder if his grandmother and mom would have a hand in it.

The story starts off with the wedding of his brother and you meeting his friend Frankie. I will admit I really thought at first there they were just friends. I think part of that is because I didn't read the back cover so I had no idea what the story was about. I love doing that when I already know the series. I like the surprise part of it.

Right away I loved both Frankie. I already liked Holden even more so for what he did in the book right before this one. He's a wonderful guy who was just living his life. As these two become a couple I at first wasn't sure. She didn't want any relationship because of family, and he liked being single and free. As they book moves on you'll notice the little things that make for a wonderful romance.

I'm loved 99% of the story but did feel like the ending was rushed a bit. It's a little hard to explain but I wanted to have a bit more with her and her niece before everything changes. I do hope there is another book in the series so we can have more about the niece. If you are looking for a sweet, small-town family romance this series is perfect for you.

This is the first book I’ve read by this author, but it sure won’t be my last. I’ve already purchased the the three previous books of this series because I loved this book so much. This book is centered around Holden and Francesca (Frankie). They have a friends with benefits arrangement, but when Frankie starts looking after Sophie, her niece, they know things will change. Oh, the changes. If you enjoy small town romance with a strong family ( I love the Blackwood family), you should read this beautiful story. I look forward to going back and reading Holden’s brother’s stories. Grab your copy and see if you don’t fall in love with the small town of Hickory Ridge and this family.

I received an ARC of this book from NetGalley and this is my voluntary and honest review.

I have enjoyed this entire series and Holden's book delivered like the others!

Holden and Frankie have been friends for years, and about six months ago, they started to be each other's plus-one and friend-with-benefits. But when Frankie's sister drops her six-year-old niece, Sophie, with Frankie and asks her to be her guardian, coming home to Holden, nights of passion to mornings with breakfast he makes, and their easy relationship has to end. Or does it?

Frankie is sure that Holden will leave when things get tough, that he'll leave like everyone does in her life, but he continues to care for her, and now Sophie. They quickly start to settle with dinners together, his dog in Sophie's bed (as she begs for), and him watching Sophie when Frankie is at work. Unfortunately, Sophie's parternal grandparents decide they want custody.

To keep Sophie from her politician grandparents who didn't acknowledge her existence until recently, Frankie agrees to marry Holden. As Holden tries to show Frankie how he feels and that he isn't like the men her mother dated, Frankie needs to learn to trust and make herself vulnerable for love.

Holden is such an amazing guy who's stable, dependable, and adores both Frankie and Sophie. Seeing how protective he becomes of Sophie was so sweet!

I really enjoyed the ending and how it was so unexpected in how realistic, yet positive it was.

Overall, a lovely story of a man who's a total simp, independent but smart lady, and their adorable niece and golden.

4.5 Stars!

I really enjoyed this friends-with-benefits romance from new-to-me author Isabelle Grace. All the characters are likable and easy to get to know. Frankie and Holden's road to happiness is replete with sexy times, discovery and trust. Frankie's niece is adorable and she added a lot to the story's happenings. Overall, this is an engaging book and I plan on reading more from this author.

A Wedding Changes Everything was a great addition (finale) to this series by Isabelle Grace. I have enjoyed all of the books in this series and Holden and Frankie's story was good. My biggest complaint would be that I would have really enjoyed a longer epilogue, especially as the series finale. I'm not normally the biggest fan of a friends with benefits troupe as sometimes the feelings on the hero's side done ring true, but I loved how Holden wanted more from Frankie and how he knew her well enough to figure out how to go about it. I highly recommend this book and thanks to NetGalley and Isabelle Grace for an advanced copy!

A Wedding Changes Everything is a funny and heartwarming read, the book is well-written and engaging and I was rooting for all the characters as they were all relatable. The plot was fun and enjoyable and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a light and romantic read.

Very good story. Holden and Frankie were friends. It became obvious pretty quickly how good of friends they were. That was a surprise. Then when her sister showed up giving her her daughter Frankie thought the relationship would change. It did but not the way she expected. Holden was not ready to settle down, but if was going to settle down, Frankie was his first choice. Her niece, Sophie was a sweetheart, but her mother was not much of a mother, so she was alone much of the time. It broke Frankie's heart to hear about it. Things started to get complicated when Sophie's grandfather started making waves about taking custody of her. I loved how her father finally stepped up and made things right. Her mom wasn't in the picture anymore, but she was loved and happy. It was a good story on how families stick together and work things out

The book focuses on two main characters who are very sweet together but not at all attuned to their feelings.

There are a bunch of side characters, whom I could have done better reading this book without.

This felt very basic and flat in a lot of places. I kept feeling like I have read a similar book or similar scenes in other books, so this wasn’t fun.

Thank you to NetGalley and the Publishers for providing me with this ARC.

A cute romance with a HEA. A little girl at the centre of it all helps us to discover the love hidden by friendship, bruises and difficult childhoods. A quick read as I wolfed it down wanting to know how it all unravelled as much as not wanting the book to end,
