I fell right into this story and community and can’t wait for more books by this author. I love stories that make me laugh and characters that I can relate to. It’s fun to think about whose story is next and I look forward to seeing Bridget and Jack in future stories too. And, did I mention there’s the sweetest cat in this story as well? A definite five star HEA for me!

First book by this author. Will not be my last! Small town, witchy vibes, enemies to lovers, big business vs. small business. Plus, look at that cover! Add this to your fall reading list. Great book to curl up with with your favorite drink. You will laugh and smile all the way through this.

I cannot resist a book with a cat on the cover and I loved the quirky cat I saw. it's small-town, enemy-to-lover story with a Hallmark vibe, a quaint village and a cast of quirky characters.
The first in a series, I cannot wait to read the next one.
Recommended.

The first book in a new series and it looks to be very promising. A small town novel with good characters and a makes for a good read 4 stars.

A big thank you to NetGalley and Totally Entwined Group/Totally Bound Publishing for the eARC. I am voluntarily reviewing this book. This is the first book in a new series. This is a cute read. I liked most of the characters. Jack and Bridget were cute together. Bridget grows a lot and becomes a stronger person, which was nice to see. 3.5 stars

Super cute Hallmark feel - small town, a little witchy, and an executive disguised as a lumberjack!! This was a really charming story that was a breeze to read.

Bridget runs her family's herbal lotions and candles shop but has retreated from her life, constantly being called a witch.

Jack is investigating whether the local logging company is worth his family buying and taking over.

A little bit of (definitely not) magic brings them together until Bridget finds out who Jack really is.

Will a dangerous grand romantic gesture bring them back together?

If you love Hallmark films (especially the Fall-themed ones), you'll love this. Add a little bit of The Good Witch, and you've got Make Me Fall.

This is the first in a new series - I can't wait to find out what else happens in Fallbank, do Sarah and Becca get their happy endings? Or will there be new characters?

Thanks to the publisher and NetGalley for an advanced ebook copy in exchange for an honest review.

This is an amazing start for a series! This had me smiling most of the time while reading it. I adored this so much and I can't wait to get my hands on the next in the series.

This book could quickly transition to a Fall Hallmark Movie. I could easily visualize this small town of Fallbanks with handsome loggers and sister-run apothecary that gave witchy vibes.

Sadly, I didn't connect with the two main characters as much as I'd have liked to. I almost was more curious about two of the side characters and their past/young love. I also found some of the dialogue a bit forced or not convincing.

I wanted there to be more to the witch storyline that wasn't just straight up misinformation/bullying. I wanted the yearn for the two main characters to be a bit stronger.

But overall it was cutesy and cozy and made me want to set out some pumpkins and put on a sweater.

Overall 2.7 out of 5
Spice 1 out of 5

Thanks to Netgalley for the ARC of this eBook. Thoughts and opinions are my own.

This was super cute and full of fall vibes. This was also an easy read with all the elements needed to replicate a Hallmark movie. I really liked both Bridget and Jack and how they even recognized that they were moving fast in the relationship. But insta love can be right sometimes.

The descriptions of the festivals made me can’t wait for fall and were so accurate I felt like I was there. The added element of the cat Candle from the festival just added to the warm hearted storyline.

3 stars

Positives:
Very hallmark movie love story
Has a cozy vibe
The supporting characters are great! It has the potential to be a great series.
A quick and easy read. Perfect for a fall day.

Negatives:
The writing and flow of the story was a bit off. It felt like we were jumping from one major moment right to another.
I didn’t really connect with the 2 MCs. Their attitudes and behavior didn’t really make sense to me.
The attitude of everyone calling her a witch was so over the top it wasn’t believable in the slightest. I understand why this was in the story. But didn’t feel like it benefited from it.

I wanted to love this book. And I think it could turn into a great cozy romance series. But overall the first book felt a bit rushed in moments for me, and I didn’t connect enough with the main characters.

2* disappointing

ARC generously supplied by Totally Entwined Group and NetGalley, this review is my personal, unbiased opinion.

I was enticed by the amazing book cover with a promising plot summary. Unfortunately my first impression was mistaken.

I had no empathy with either of the main characters. Jack was instantly in love/lust with Bridget and planning their future together and she appeared to be a politically correct, know-it-all, goody-goody.

Containing far too much guff and unnecessary information. Managed to read a third, then gave up. DNF.

5* for the book cover, 2* for the book inside.

This was a fine book. I liked the idea of the plot (very Hallmark), but, I just did not like the writing style.
