Holy guacamole…

I don’t know where to begin…What. A. Wild. Ride. This was high octane from the start. I liked book 1. It was unique and dark with a premise that really deeply troubled me. I was eager to see where she would take it.

Wow…I was literally on the edge of my seat holding my breath at the end of this book. There are characters that I so deeply hate. I need to see them get what is coming. Eve is one tough cop. And her team is fierce. I find the subject matter of these stories dark and deeply troubling. I need Eve to make it better. This book was so fast paced. I need the next book and I need there to be a reckoning on certain characters. I will say it again…WOW.

Roberts has written another Eve Bennet novel. Intrigue and mystery keep this story moving. Realistic characters add to the intrigue. This book was sent to me electronically by Netgalley for review l.
