I love LOVE this book! It was funny, heartwarming and beautifully written! The characters were amazing and relatable. I love all of Tee’s books but I think this may be one in my top 5!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Tee does it again. I love her writing style and found myself sucked into this book like many of her others that I have read. The dialogue is easy and flows between the characters and you really feel the character development. But lets talk about this book.... oh this book that I did not want to ever finish. I loved Henley I loved watching him grow. Henley is temptation wrapped into a beautiful, vulnerable man. He is the typical playboy with his group of friends that are also playboys in comes Juliet and we think this is it shes going to change him for the better. And....that is not what happens, Henley is flawed he is damaged and annoying at times but really redeems himself in the end. One more thing I have to say, did not know it was going to be so hilarious. They have seriously funny banter all throughout and was hard keeping my giggles in at 2 am.

If you are still on the fence, READ.THE.BOOK. You will have no regrets. I am so looking forward to the continuation of this series.

I was selected to be an arc reader for My Temptation, and am DOWN BAD for Mr, James. Overall I loved the story, and was surprised to see it incorporate mental health issues and grief, in a way that didn't bring down the overall mood of the book. The end did seem a touch rushed, and I wish some conflicts were wrapped up with a more detailed ending.

I completely fell in love with Henley & Juliette while reading this book. Honestly, I couldn't put it down. The way it was written had me rooting for them and mesmerized. I felt like I knew them on a personal level. It's been a long time since I've felt so connected to characters in a book. When Henley was his normal jerky self, I felt that. When he or Juliet were hurting, I felt that too. The book hangover I felt from finishing this one is so real. Bring on book 2! I need more.

As in Tee's fashion, she does it again with another swoon-worthy alpha. Henley is everything! The growth in his character was much needed because there was definitely some moments that I wanted to throttle him. lol.

Juliet was strong and fierce. I loved her as well!

Kingston Lane is full of amazing new characters that I hope we get to learn more about in future books.

If you like any of TL Swan’s books, you will love Temptation. James and Juliet’s story is different than all the books and characters she has written about, you will definitely fall in love with their story and can not put this book down start to finish. You feel laugh hard and get emotional and excited about all their ups and downs. Juliet is funny, easy going and strong, who knows what she wants. James is your typical alpha with baggage. Their rollercoaster relationship will keep you on your toes until the end. Happy reading everyone :)

Welcome to Kingston Lane, where the scorching hot, single men outnumber the women 10:2. T.L. Swan knows how to write a super steamy romance, and she brought her A-game for this book. Henley and Juliet locked eyes across a crowded room and formed an instant connection. The chemistry is palpable.

Unfortunately, some bad behavior and a misunderstanding means these two are at odds. Sprinkle in a little forced proximity, fake dating, and competing suitors, and we get a hilarious and scorchingly hot romance. Henley also has a bit of a temper, and he is incredibly prone to jealously, which means lots of alpha posturing. 🫠 His friends are on the same level, so I’m hopeful this new series will give us books on each of them!

The girl power is also strong in this book. Juliet’s ladies trio was one of my favorite parts of the book, and her best friend Chloe kept the quips coming.

Chloe: “He’d be great in bed.”
Juliet: “What makes you say that?”
Chloe: “Look at him, how could he not? He could just stand at the end of the bed naked, and I would orgasm.”

Overall great story. Laid the foundation for an awesome new series. At times both Juliet and Henley enraged me with their emotional immaturity, but it was part of the character journey, and I’m so happy with where they ended up.

Queen T strikes again when it comes to the first book of her newest series, Kingston Lane. Henley and Juliet couldn’t be more different but isn’t that *usually* makes some of our most favorite love stories?

“If you lean into the light, love will always find you there.”

This epic story does time jump a bit but due to T’s flawless writing, you’ll easily keep up with the happenings.
We’ve got witty and cheeky banter, “you’re mine and only mine” possessiveness, sprinkle in some tragedy and real-world emotions that we deal with in relationships. I’ve just described the typical TL Swan book and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

I can’t say much more without giving spoilers but you guys, definitely pick up My Temptation as soon as it’s live. Absolutely no regrets for staying up til the early morning hours to finish this one.

I will start this by saying Henley James is truly completely unhinged. In the best possible way of course. This book hooked me from beginning to end. The amount of angst I felt kept my heart racing and my skin burning. My commentary while reading this was spectacularly colorful as well. This had the perfect amount of that push and pull between Henley and Juliet I love when reading. This one genuinely kept me wondering how it’s going to end and if there will even be a HEA. TL Swan, as always, has delivered a story that kept me hanging on every word. I couldn’t get enough and just didn’t want it to end. I can’t wait to see what she does with the rest of the characters in this new world she’s creating!

I just love any and everything by this author. Henley and Juliette were a disaster. At first they fit perfectly and then Henley ghosted her only to be her neighbor 3 years later. The banter...the chemistry. This book was amazing. Henley was beautifully broken but you couldn't help but feel for him. I cannot wait to read all of this series. The side characters are phenomenal as well. I am here for it!

TL Swan has done it again! She is my go to author when I want that perfect mix of great chemistry, spice and emotions. My Temptation took me by surprise at first. I thought we were going to be just your typical grumpy sunshine trope but then it switched gears and got real and that when I really started loving it.I loved that there wasn't any big miscommunication just real life issues that needed to be work through in a REALISTIC time frame. I love that Juliet saw pass Hen pain. It's so hard to do and you don't Walt's get the results you want but not here! Ugh! It was just so beautiful to read! The chemistry was just so perfect! I could just picture them all lovey dovey eyed 😍. Can't wait to see the possible other couples that could come about 👀👀 Thank You so much for the ARC! ❤️

T.L. has another hit on her hands with My Temptation. I can just tell this Kingston Lane series is going to be captivating. Henley James is delicious and Juliet Drinkwater is a complete bada$s. What really drew me to this book was Juliet, she is fierce and she doesn't take any s*it from anyone especially Henley. She has him eating out of the palm of her hand and it is so amazing to watch.

The "side" characters are great in this book. I am sure that we will be getting stories from most of them but how they all interact on this street they all live on is really cool. I would love to live in a neighborhood like that. I love Juliet's dog in this book, it just gives a little different aspect to the story.

All I know is that I will read anything that this author publishes so when I got the email that I was getting slightly early I about jumped out of my skin I was so excited. Highly recommend this new series. You will not be disappointed.

TL Swan does it AGAIN! I was lucky enough to get an ARC of My Temptation and I about threw my phone across the room out of excitement when I got the email. TL Swan knows how to make you fall in love with the characters and the story from the first chapter, and that's exactly what happened here. I could not put this book down and was up until 4am trying to finish it the same day I started reading it. TL Swan has a way with her words and character building that keep you coming back for more. Tee is definitely one of my very favorite authors. I did not want this story to end, like ever.

Henley and Juliet have the most beautiful connection from their very first date. Their banter is absolutely incredible and the story really pulls you in. I love that the book really goes over real life issues and situations you rarely see in other books and that was just another reason I loved it so much more.

Juliet is probably one of the most real, strong and relatable FMC’s I’ve read in a long time. The women supporting women vibe in this book is amazing and exactly what we want! The spice in this story doesn’t hold off either and is not a slow burn in the slightest. I was blushing in the first chapter alone. Henley has such a dirty mouth, I fell in love.

I am so excited to read the rest of the series now! Their Kingston Lane family is the absolute cutest and I love how much of a connection there is between all the neighbors. I want my own house on their street now!

Henley and Juliet's story was full of everything, laughs, tears, all the emotions. This street of friends, and others is the kind of street I'd love to live on. A great book with all the Spice you expect from a T.L. Swan book but a whole new cast of characters that I instantly fell in love with. I hope there's more books on Kingston Lane and maybe someday a house will come available for us readers to move in and watch the drama unfold from the windows!

T.L. Swan is gifting us with another amazing billionaire romance series!

Juliet & Henley spend a remarkable night together that is followed by ghosting & lies. Three years later they meet again when Juliet moves into Henley’s neighborhood, and well they are not on the best of terms. There are tropes of enemies to lovers, second chance romance, & lots of forced proximity. Their was a well balanced mix of tension and spice that kept me reading. I loved that the POV also changes throughout the novel and that I was able to get to know Henley better. One of my biggest praises for the novel was for the emphasize on character growth and finding out your own potential.

I definitely would recommend this novel and can’t wait for more stories from the Kingston Lane series!

Neighbors, Enemies to Lovers, to friends. Love, Laughter, Tears & Spice. Can’t wait to meet the rest of Kingston Lane.

This book gave everything. Temptation, tension, disfunction, great banter, humor, heat. Loved the push and pull between the fmc and mmc. The back story pulled my heartstring and made me love Henley and his flaws. Definitely a 5 star read.

The spice in this book was hot and spicy and I loved it!

Juliet meets Henley, they have a date and the best sex of their lives and then she is ghosted!.
Fast forward 3 years and they are neighbours, the chemistry is still there and there are alot of fights between the pair of them, throw in Barry the rescue dog and things go from bad to worse, then back to good!

Henley has alot of issues to deal with which Juliet feels she can crack, but he needs to admit to himself that he has said issues before letting Juliet in.

This was a good book to start a new series off and I can't wait to for the rest of the characters in the book to have their stories told. Cannot wait for the next book!
