The twists and turns make this a great contemporary romance. It was a sweet, emotional story with fun relatable characters. The audiobook was captivating and engaging.

Wow. This might be my favorite book this year. I loved the couple and their romance was so darn sweet. The twists and turns all flowed so well together and made this story a really good one. I was a little worried about how it was going to end but it turned out to be just perfect.

Thank you to Netgalley for allowing me to listen to this audiobook in return for an honest review. What a beautiful story with a perfect ending. The book has Colleen Hoover vibes in my opinion so if you’re a fan then I’d definitely recommend this book to you. I had so many different emotions listening to it, definitely pulled on the heart strings. Andi and Jace were such good characters and I was really routing for them both. A beautiful book which I highly recommend. 5 stars from me.

DNF at 25%. I read another book by Sarah Ready recently that I really enjoyed, but this one was so boring I just was not into the storyline at all. Also, the female narrator did this weird accent when she did the male voices, which made no sense, as there was also a male narrator, and they lived in New York. I'm mildly curious as to where the story is going but not enough to make myself listen to ten more hours of it.

This audio version is perfectly narrated. Listening, I was introduced to a teenager first love story which then blended into a story across many years. A story of love and betrayal. Can Andria and Jace find the perfect love lyric and a life together? Listen and find out, I’m sure you will enjoy this as much as I did. Thank you to W. W. Crown Publishers and NetGalley for the audio ARC. The views expressed are all mine, freely given.

My lyric for this book would be “I Couldn’t Put You Down”.
I just finished an ARC (audiobook) of The Space Between by Sarah Ready. This book slayed me and I did not expect it!! And I definitely didn’t expect HOW it did. I would absolutely grab this when it comes out on July 25.
It was romance but it was so much more!! Family, friendship, heartache, MUSIC!
It surprised me in that I didn’t think I’d end up liking one of the characters so much!! It also surprised me because the book made me cry.
I’d say this is probably a 4.5. I thought the very beginning seemed like a YA book. That quickly changed. I’m also not one who likes guys who thinking punching and fighting is the immediate response to anger. But I guess that lent to the story.
I will absolutely be recommending this book to my fellow book lovers.
Thanks to NetGalley for the opportunity to listen to this early!

Thank you to Netgalley and the publisher for an ARC of the audiobook in exchange for an honest review.

The narrators did such a beautiful job bringing these characters to life. I truly felt the passion of the story.

This book is such an amazing story of love, passion, heartbreak, & loss. It was a roller-coaster ride and I am glad I took it.

As a music lover, lyrics play a huge part in my life. They can transport me to a particular moment or memory. SonI truly resonated with Andi and Jace's connection through his music.

When their love starts, you think nothing could tear them apart. A young love so incredibly strong you can feel it. Much like Andi, I never saw what was coming.

Our main characters are torn apart and have to find their way back to each other. But what happens in the Space Between?

Can all be okay again?

Will their love conquer all?

Give me a lyric...

Thank you to NetGalley for providing me with an ARC in exchange for my honest opinion. I do not tend to gravitate towards romance books but on occasion, I will give then a read just to mix things up a bit. I am so glad I did give this book a chance. I absolutely loved it, the storyline, the characters everything. Sarah did an amazing job of keeping me intrigued and not wanting to stop reading this book. It was a great love story and then as always happens there was heartbreak and just when I thought this was moving along and going to end out happy for the characters, my heart is wrenched out of my chest again. WAIT the heart wrenching didn’t end there, I think the most crushing was when Jace finds out some disturbing news from one of his fellow bandmates. Sarah absolutely ripped out my heart and kind of stomped on it a little there, but I do forgive her and was able to move on and enjoy the rest of this amazing story……WELL DONE and I look forward to reading more from her. Enjoy!!!!

Is this a story of love, sadness, joy, grief, or hope? The answer is just ... yes. It is all of that wrapped into one. I laughed, I cried, I cheered for different characters as the story carried on. And isn't that what REAL life is about?

So often, stories of love are so linear and predictable. Couple meets, falls in love, things are great until they aren't, and then they reunite at the end.The story of Jace and Andrea is the chorus of 'The Space Between' but it's not the whole song. This complex tale is so much more than that. It isn't about the beginning and the end, it is - as the title implies - about the space between. The lines lessons that teach us that we wouldn't need to consider grace if nobody ever faltered.

When I reached the end I found myself needing a few minutes to reflect on everything that I had been through with these two fictional people. I wanted more but was also so incredibly satisfied with what I had already gotten. I'm still processing bits and pieces even an hour later. So well written and beautifully narrated. I could not recommend this book more and so so thankful that #natgalley and #wwcrown allowed me to experience this #arc so that I can help others know that this is an absolute must read.

It’s been awhile since I’ve read a contemporary romance book and this was just perfect! I loved all the characters and I loved the audio narration too! Andrea comes from the very wealthy Hughes family but she prefers to be called Andi when she’s with Jace. Jace comes from a completely different background, both his parents died when he was young so he was raised by his 2 brothers and they became musicians. Jace and Andi meet at Central Park and sparks fly!! And we fast forward 8 years and so much has happened … this was a great story. Thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for this early audiobook. To be published July 2023.

I am not crying! I am not crying! I am not crying!
The Space Between by Sarah Ready, narrated by James Fouhey and Rachel F. Hirsch is a truly deep and heartbreaking love story that makes you believe that true love exists!
I loved it! I loved it so much that it become my new favorite love story! Probably because I lived through a tragically perfect love story/heartbreak I can relate to this book on an unbelievably deep level.
This audiobook is presented from Jace and Andrea's point of view and narrated by James Fouhey as Jace and Rachel F. Hirsch as Andrea. They both did such an amazing job, they made this story so alive! There was so much emotion in their voice. I cried! This story broke my heart more than one time! I can't imagine it's possible to deliver this story better than it's already been delivered by James and Rachel.

This is a love story about Jace, Andrea, and Reece. About such a deal love that makes you go through fire and ocean, love that keeps alive for years and years!
This is a story between the rich and the poor. This is a story about what we can or can't buy with money. This book will show you that not everything is how it looks like! There are more deep layers to every story!

I do recommend this book to everyone who treasures a real, deep, heartbreaking love! "Me before you" was my all-time favorite love story but now "The Space Between" takes over!

My favorite quotes from this book:
"His love is like a morning mist - so light, so cool!"
"His love is always been like a wave crashing over me and lifting me up!"
"His love is my ocean!"
"There is a love so big, a song so beautiful that it heals the world!"

I can't express how grateful I am to NetGalley and W. W. Crown, Independent Book Publishers Association (IBPA) for a chance to listen to this audiobook!

I started off, listening to this book as an audiobook however, it got so good that I couldn’t help but to have to read and listen simultaneously. From the prologue, I was absolutely captured. Andi and Jace has such a palpable chemistry that I was instantly connected. The narrators told their story so well, and the voices made it so entertaining to listen to. The plot line of this book was so well executed. I did not expect anything that was in part two, but by the end of that part, I was sobbing. I felt so deeply for these characters and even reading into part three, I kept wiping tears as the story completely enraptured me. I will say, there was a happily ever after, which completely makes it worth reading, but even so the story was told flawlessly. I didn’t expect some of the twists that came with the story, but that’s what made it even better. The side characters had the same depth and emotion as the main characters and I fell in love with them too. This tells the story of true love, the love that we all search for. This book very much reminds me of Love and Other Words by Christina Lauren and Love, Rosie by Cecilia Ahern, in the best ways. This is a book that will be sticking with me for a long time because of its beautiful love story and poignant characters. An absolute must read! 5⭐️, 2🌶

Listen if you love the upper east side cut throat world of Gossip Girl mixed with the torture of Nicholas Sparks then you will love this book. If you do not like that then this is not the book for you.

Andie grew up in the upper east side, the family of luxury but a girl all alone and lonely. She meets Jace, the young vibrant young singer from the Bronx and they fall in love. They are separated through people lying and interfering in their love and then bam fast forward years later and honestly this is where I was getting into the book again with the entrance of Reid, the single dad but then that whole plot was dragged out and then just lost me. I was them doomed to finish this damn book until it ended. I know I am really selling this book right now but sometimes make the plot have a POINT and make it move please I am begging. Otherwise it is like one torture fest. This book needed to be 200 pages shorter and it would have been better. Not 100% my tea but better.

My only dislike with the male narrator is that he pronounced Louis Armstrong's name incorrectly every time. Other than than he did a wonderful job capturing the voice and the emotion of Jace. The female narrator voicing Andi did a fabulous job evoking the emotion into the story. Her voice changes for each character were top tier! This was GREAT! It started out with a traditional love story that seemed a bit predictable, feeling a lot like a Romeo and Juliet retelling. As the book progressed the storyline went from great to amazing. I was laughing, giggling, fuming, sobbing actual tears, and back to giggling again. There are two explicitly spicy scenes that are delectably good! The moral of the story that I interpreted is that life has a boundless amount of paths and sometimes we are pushed onto a path not of our choosing but we have to keep the fire in our soul lit and live life to the fullest.

Thanks to Netgalley and the publisher for an advanced copy of the audio book in exchange for an honest review!
This was a heartbreaking story about Andy (Andrea) and Jace. They came from completely different upbringings/neighborhoods and met by chance at Central Park.
We get alternating POVs and I enjoyed both voices on the audio book. Both narrators did an excellent job with conveying all the emotions that the characters in the story were going through. And there were a lot of emotions! This book broke my heart at least twice and I loved every minute of it. Absolutely recommend for anyone that enjoys an emotional ride with characters you care about from the beginning.

Wow! This story is a saga for sure. It’s so good. Such a beautiful love story.

I enjoyed the audiobook. One of narrator’s voices was similar to the voice of Cameron Diaz. The story flowed well on audio.

Thank you to the NetGalley and the publisher for the advance digital and audio copies of this book.

A beautiful story spanning the spark of a romance and the obstacles that tear them apart, along with what happened in the years following before they meet again (the space between).
Andrea Leighton-Hughes comes from the wealthy high life of the Upper East Side, born into a cutthroat family business. Meanwhile, Jace Morgan is a rough-cut musician from the Bronx. Neither fit with the others’ lives and yet fate has them intertwined. But when a series of obstacles pull them away, what will it take to bring them back and is it too late?
I wasn’t sure where this would go at first, but wow it blew me away! The narrators for Jace and Andrea were also wonderful as the novel goes back and forth from their perspectives.
Thank you to W.W. Crown for the ARC. You can catch this one on July 25!
