It's hard to really review a book that your suppose to read one day at a time and start with January which has already passed. I did go forward into it and read the ones in the month that it currently is which is October and so far its been interesting. My only complaint is I am never was sure if the scriptures were at the end of the devotion or the beginning of the next day. Though I haven't read many devotionals I just think the scripture should be at the beginning so you can look it up first, so that confused me some. Overall it seems like a decent devotional.

365 Days in God's Presence by Matt Koceich is a beautiful reminder of the love that our Heavenly Father bestows on us. Each day gives you an encouraging message to see ourselves as God sees us, to feel the incomprehensible love that he has for us, and to encourage us to live in light of that love. It is a gift that we do not deserve, nor can we earn, freely given to His beloved through Christ's finished work at the cross. Where Christ now sits enthroned next to the Father as our loving advocate.
Each excerpt is beautifully written as a love letter from God. Intimate and captivating, this book will change your perspective and cause you to worship our beautiful Savior in light of all he has done for us. I can't think of a better way to start your day in light of His promises and love. The scriptures for each day are listed at the bottom of each letter, encouraging you to read God's word for yourself.
This Devotional is different than any I have read before. At first I wasn't sure what to make of it as the format was written like a letter to me, which was a little off putting at first. Having the focus on me was not what I was expecting by the Title. But as I continued to read and I saw how these letters were crafted to point out God' love for me, I began to see how they were highlighting God's attributes.. What a personal and beautiful reminder of all that He is and all that He has done for me.
I would encourage you to use this daily devotional to bask in His goodness, let it to encourage you to respond to Him in the worship and Admiration He deserves. And above all, make time daily to be in the word.
So that the man of God may be competent, equipped for every good work. 2 Timonthy 3:16-17.

Very Inspiring
This is a great inspirational 365 Day Devotional. It is as if you're reading through the Bible, New and Old Testament in those 365 days. The author outline the books and verses in the index (back of book) as the topic for each day. This is very beneficial, if you're studying a particular book of the Bible at any given time.
I love this format, and highly recommend this book.

This is an amazing book to keep on my bedside to read everyday. Quite a few times, I've teared up because it was exactly the verse I needed on that day. If you read the Bible and sometimes don't know where to start, this book gives verses for each day of the year and I would totally recommend it.

This devotional begins on January 1 and has a new devotion for everyday of the year. You can begin on whatever date you start and read from there rather than cover to cover. There is a devotion and then scripture to go with each reading. I think this is great for personal use and would make a nice gift. Readers who want a devotional that reads as of God is speaking to them will enjoy the way this is written.

Really like this new devotional. Great resource to start your day focused on God. Wish the verse was written out on the page, instead of referenced, but love the writing style. Thank you, NetGalley, for the advanced copy!

365 Days in God's Presence is a thought devotional. However, I found the style not to be my preference. Each day, the devotional is written as if it was a letter from God to the reader, referencing bible verses at the end of each. The content was good, but I am not a fan of this style so I can only give it 3 stars. If it is a style you enjoy, it would probably be a 4 to 5 star for you.

Cannot wait until this is officially published!! Such a great daily devotional. Loved how multiple verses are cohesively mentioned on each page. This book also makes it easier for the reader to interpret the Bible. I think this would be a good choice for a gift as well. Will have to buy once it’s published!

Matt Koceich's 365 devotional is a nice addition for someone looking for a daily focus to strengthen faith and build a closer relationship with God. It is a pretty book and easy to read with each day being one page. At the end of each devotional a verse or verses that correlate to the day's focus is listed. I would have liked the actual verse to be included on the page instead of just a reference to it. I have used it daily but did skip ahead for the review but will continue to read it going forward. Overall, this is a good way to take a few moments out of your day to connect, refocus and bask in God's love.

I love devotionals that are short and sweet each day. I want time to read the Bible verses as well; with a 4-year-old, time is precious. I can't wait to continue for the full year with this devotional.

I just reviewed 365 Days in God's Presence by Matt Koceich. #365DaysinGodsPresence #NetGalley
