Elsie Silver is my lord and savior.

I don’t know what she puts into her books, but it’s gotta be something potent. Rhett Eaton is absolutely scrumptious, and he & Summer had me giggling and kicking my feet the whole time I read (start to finish in one sitting, I might add). The side characters in this book are a blast, and I cannot wait for anything and everything Elsie pens in the future.

I absolutely loved this book and totally understand the hype around Elsie Silver! I never thought I would be in my cowboy romance era but Rhett Eaton has stolen my heart. The text messages in the beginning of each chapter were a great touch and one of my favorite aspects of the book. This book was also just the right amount of spice while still telling a captivating story. Overall, I will be reading anything by Elsie moving forward if it's as great as this book!

4.5 out of 5 stars!

I am in my small town cowboy era so Flawless fits right into my reading world! This was a re-read for me, but I could not pass up the opportunity to do so. Rhett and Summer introduced me to the author's world. Rhett had to redeem himself after making a comment about not liking a product which was one of his sponsors. He had to lay low and be a good cowboy. Enter Summer, daughter of Rhett's agent Kip, who was brought in to keep him out of trouble. Kip warned him to keep his hands off Summer, but Summer didn't get the same warning. Summer was feisty and personable, and she could hold her own against the experienced bull rider. The forced proximity lent itself to Rhett and Summer growing closer and getting to know each other. They shared their deepest, darkest secrets with one another. The banter is easy and the tension is high. Once they gave in there was no turning back. Then there's the Eaton family. So easy to like and very welcoming. Makes me want to stroll up to their house and ask for a place to stay!

I received an advance copy of this book at my request and voluntarily left this review.

50/5 stars! OMG a "there's only one bed" story. My heart simply can't handle it. I have loved everything I've read by Elsie and this was no exception. Rhett and Summer were simply on fire the entire story and I was PARCHED! I need more ASAP.

Workplace ✅ forced proximity ✅ family ranch ✅ bull rider ✅

As this my first Elsie Silver book, it did not disappoint. Our intro in the world of Chestnut Springs, this book gave me everything I want if bull riding is involved. Summers take no crap, bossy engery mixed with Rhett’s bad boy mood swings was a recipe for some excellent banter. The SPICE. 5/5 🌶️.. I wasn’t prepared for how Rhett is. Specifically for bull riding, I don’t love when books and the way that this one did. But how it all wrapped up has me absolutely melting. Rhett’s relationships with his family was interesting to read. I Can’t wait to read the rest of the series.

4.5⭐️ such a cute cowboy romance 🥰

I really enjoyed reading this. Low stakes, tons of sexual tension and the spice was exxxccccellent. Both MCs are so easy to like and root for and the pacing of this story makes it an easy summertime read.

Because this is low stakes, the ending kinda falls flat as far as conflict and resolution goes. Really would have like to see some of the shitty characters in this story get what they deserve but we don’t really see that.

Besides that, no complaints. Definitely adding this to my favorite contemporary romance pile :)

It is time for you to enter your small-town cowboy romance era and THIS BOOK IS WHERE YOU START! Flawless is well...flawless. Rhett Eaton is a bull rider but needs a little cleaning up so here enters his new PR manager/unwanted babysitter Summer Hamilton. What ensues is a ride worthy of an angry bull because Rhett sees through Summer beyond what anyone else ever has and Summer understands Rhett beyond his persona and even family's eyes. Together they are hot, fun, and entertaining but more than that they are witty, sweet, and loving. This book will have you obsessed with bull riding, small-town ranches, and cowboy families like the Eatons and you will fall in love with Elsie's smooth writing and beautiful cast of characters. Read this book if you're looking to prolong the summer bliss and if you're ready to "save a horse" because riding cowboys are oh so much more fun!

This book is so good I don’t know how to review it.

This is truly 5 stars, no notes. Summer and Rhett are perfect to me and I will take no criticism.

I devoured this book in 24 hours and I could not be happier with it. I had a public meltdown while reading this around the 80% mark.

I need the rest of the Chestnut Spring series pumped directly into my veins.

This was my first foray into a little bit of a cowboy romance and I’d say I’ve officially entered my cowboy era!! Summer and Rhett are both so lovable and easy to root for— even when Rhett is grumpy! Some complicated side stories make the main characters even more enjoyable and relatable. The story is so sweet and it’s a love you love to see!

Thanks @netgalley and @authorelsiesilver for this fabulous read!

Definitely plan to finish this series!

OKAY COWBOY!! I’ve read this book twice now and I never want to leave Chestnut Springs. Elsie Silver is an absolute GENIUS. These cowboys are addictive. The steamy scenes were so well done, the pining between these two, the ONE BED hotel room, everything was exquisite.

Rhett and Summer are the perfect city girl-country boy enemies to lovers and officially kicked off my binge of this series. I loved how supportive Summer was of Rhett, becoming his number one fan when he felt that no one was in his corner.

I would recommend Flawless and the rest of the Chestnut Springs series in a heartbeat. This is what country romance dreams are made of.

What a way to introduce you to Chestnut Springs! Take me there now and can I have a cowboy too?!

Flawless gives you the story of Summer, a hot shot city girl who work's for her father's sports agency, and Rhett, professional bull rider represented by her father's agency. These two are thrown together after Rhett's reputation takes a hit and start to spend a lot of together. They really shouldn't get involved with each other, it'd be unprofessional not to mention she's a city girl and he belongs on the ranch but the chemistry is undeniable and you just can't help but root for these two.

I loved the Wishing Well ranch, Rhett's dad and rest of his family and the chemistry between these two. That whistle that Summer lets out to let Rhett know she's watching... SWOOOON. Love love love this series and have already kept reading some of the other books.

If you're a fan of romance than I think you'll enjoy this series too.'

Thank you to Netgalley and the publisher for an eARC in exchange for an honest review.

Elsie Silver is a powerhouse at transporting readers to a small town and leaving them no option but to fall in love.

Summer and Rhett’s relationship hooked me from the beginning! Career-focused FMC “babysitting” a hot, celebrity cowboy, forced to follow him on tour??!!! sign me up. The forced proximity, the workplace romance, the enemies to lovers, the tension and spice: PERFECTION.

I binged this one in one night! A must read for small town cowboy romance lovers!

Absolutely loved this book! It was a little bit of a slow burn but it paid off in the best way. Summer and Rhett were both such developed characters in my opinion and the side characters were highlighted in a way that makes me excited to read the rest of the series. Loved the small-town/country vibes, definitely makes me want to read more by Elsie Silver.

Flawless takes everything there is to love about small-town romance and delivers it in a neat little package. It's predictable and cozy, has a little spice, and features a lovable cast of characters (and one or two who have no redeeming qualities at all). This was a fun read, I am looking forward to the rest of the series.

Thank you @netgalley and @sourcebooks for this ARC!

I'd 100% forgotten that I requested this on Netgalley, and I had actually bought this book on my Kindle 🤣 but this pink cover is so pretty! 💕

I think I'm heading into my cowboy era thanks to this book. Summer is so good holding her own with everyone while being a softie for those she loves. Rhett is a grump, but I don't blame him for wanting attention from those he loves 😭❤️

This book had me feeling all sorts of emotions and I woke up at 4am on a Saturday just so I could finish reading before my kids woke up 🤣 am I reading the rest of the series? 100% 💕

Rhett Eaton is at the height of his career in prefessional bull riding, but one stupid comment caught on video, and now he is fighting to keep his sponsors, and trying to win back the hearts of his fans. When his agent assigns his daughter, Summer, as a babysitter to keep him out of trouble, things are bound to go wrong. Especially when they start getting closer depite the fact that there are professional boundaries involved that they can't or won't cross.

I honestly didn't know I needed a cowboy romance in my life until I read this book. Rhett, his brothers, his colleagues were all characters that leapt off the page. Elsie Silver has a gift in bringing even the smallest of characters to life, and making you want to know more about them and what makes them tick.

Summer and her personal relationships with her family, her struggles with not connecting with them are heartfelt and raw. Her personal sacrifices to try to please her father, and the awful experiences she's had in growing up really resonate, and make her a character worth cheering for.

The chemistry and passion between these two was off the charts hot, and the spirited banter between the characters had me ordering the next book in the series before I'd even finished this one. I guess I can add cowboy romances to my long list of addictions now. :)

Thanks to Bloom Books for providing me with an ARC of this book.

Welcome to Chestnut Springs, where the bull riders are hot, sexy and have dirty mouths. After a media disaster, Rhett is set up with “babysitter” Summer to help keep him on the straight and narrow. She’s whip smart, attractive and doesn’t put up with Rhett’s rough exterior or BS. As usual with Elsie’s stories though, there was serious chemistry between Rhett and Summer that couldn’t keep these two apart for too long.

I’m sure I’m not the first one to say this and I won’t be the last, but Flawless was…well, flawless. If you enjoyed Elsie’s Gold Rush Ranch series, you’re going to love this. It follows Rhett whose Violet’s older brother, but other than that, it can be read as a stand-alone. The texts at the beginning of each chapter were top notch, and that whip cream scene? Yes please!

Overall, 5/5 stars.

GIRLIES. I did not think I'd be a yeehaw girl. But I guess I am. Rhett and Summer were the perfect couple and this book was HOT. 100% recommend.

Thank you so much for the ARC!

I loved this book so much more than I ever expected to. I thought it would just be some fun little romance, and now I'm out here prepared to quit my entire life to run away and become a buckle bunny just for the chance of finding my own Rhett Eaton...

Really though, this book was great, I cried for the last 20% of it and l am so excited for the rest of the series. Silver's writing is absolutely wonderful and I either fell in love with every character or became absolutely desperate to know more - good thing all those ones are getting their own books!

The romance in this book was just so believable as well. I believe that these two would fall in love. I believe that the physical attraction could become something bigger. Everything that lead to those feelings felt so real that I never once questioned any of their choices or any of the plot points.

I cannot WAIT to pick up Heartless and the rest of the series. If they're even a portion of how good Flawless was, I am in for a great time.

It's official. I’ve entered my cowboy romance era and thanks to this book, I never want to leave.

“Flawless” follows Rhett Eaton, a professional bull rider whose reputation has been ruined after offending one of his biggest sponsors. In an effort to clean up his image, Rhett’s agent places him under his daughter Summer Hamilton’s full-time supervision for the rest of the season. The rules are simple, keep his hands off her and stay out of trouble. But some rules are meant to be broken.

Rhett and Summer’s alternating perspectives are so well written! The two couldn’t be more different personality-wise and Silver establishes this with their respective character voices and characterizations. Having the ability to see their longing for each other from both sides despite their differences was what drew me in and made me equally invested in reading from both of their points-of-view.

Rhett and Summer’s chemistry is what makes this book so special. At first, the two wanted nothing to do with each other and partook in verbal sparring matches. But that quickly transformed into good-natured banter and loving remarks the moment they both came to the realization that their attraction for each wasn’t merely physical. The moment they realized that they supported each other and showed up for each other beyond what their initial arrangement entailed. They CHOSE each other and I don’t have the words to describe the affect that had on me other than saying that my heart nearly burst under the weight of a love I wish I had.

I also really liked the atmosphere that Silver creates surrounding her fictional small town Chestnut Springs. She familiarizes the reader with the Eaton’s usual haunts (like The Railspur pub), their routines on the ranch, and does so with descriptive language that helps the reader visualize the environment.

Additionally, I enjoyed the sports element in this book. Silver familiarizes the reader with the art of bull riding and immerses them in the arena without overwhelming them with information. Every time Rhett mounts a bull, Silver perfectly captures the high stakes environment with Summer’s fear over Rhett getting injured and Rhett’s adrenaline rush in anticipation of another win.

I am proud to say that I am a Silvie and there’s nothing I want to do more than read the rest of this series. Bloom Books, if you’re reading this, help a girl out and send me the next four books!
