I WOW absolutely loved this book, once I picked it up I couldn't put it down. Thank you so much for the ARC.

It is a fun, small-town romance with a hot bull-riding playboy who needs his image cleaned up. He meets his match with the assigned "babysitter," Summer, whom his PR agent makes him have.
The story is a forced proximity, enemies to lovers, grumpy/sunshine, slow burn. And if you are like me, slow burn's sometimes makes me a bit irritable. The long build-up is quite frustrating, but I did enjoy the banter Rhett and Summer had with each other.
I read "Flawless" out of order, but I don't believe that impacted anything. I still think this was sweet, spicy - though it took a long time - and entertaining.
I received a copy of this book for free and am leaving this review voluntarily.

I loved this book so so so much. I read it a few months ago and did a reread with a book club this last month. It really is one of the best stories I have read. Rhett and Summer relationship is literally everything. I love their banter and chemistry right from the get go.
I love that Summer truly wants to support Rhett, and not just be his babysitter. She is trying to help him have a better attitude about things. As we uncover more about these two it just makes you fall in love with them even more!!
I can’t wait to read the rest of the series.

I was a little nervous going into this book because there is SO much hype around it and I was afraid I was subconsciously going to come into it with too high of expectations but don't worry folks because I LOVED this and I think a majority of romance readers will too!!
Elsie's writing is...such an incredible balance of realistic and dramatic? Like there were scenes that made me drop my jaw and my phone, but then there were scenes where I thought to myself "dang that's so relatable and I've never read that in a romance". Elsie Silver navigates the larger-than-life elements with the "this is real life" elements so deftly.
Summer is the FMC I want to read about always. I want to read capable, flawed, mature women who take action in their lives. I shouldn't use this review to "diss" other romances, but I will say I have had some trouble in contemporary romances lately with FMCs who I find to be un-self-aware and passive in their lives. Summer, while not perfect, is not this at all. She has multiple internal conflicts and they are all grounded in reality - as another mid-twenties something woman I could completely relate to her.
One of the themes in this book is how to process and get over shame when it comes to past relationships which is INCREDIBLY interesting to me and I honestly feel like it's the first romance I've read that touches on this topic or at least touches on it as expertly as this book does. I think Elsie really struck gold here with that.
And you know what I loved about Rhett? I fully believe there is a Rhett Eaton walking this earth. Rhett is such a dude, and I mean that as a compliment. Like he is an actual gentleman, who is super goofy and makes dumb bro jokes that made me laugh. He wasn't perfect, but every action he took made sense for his character.
This book was so funny too!! I am now entering my Willa phase of life because I too would be p*ssed off if my best friend's boyfriend called her "princess" because I WOULD WANT THAT TO BE ME TOO WILLA I GET IT.
Willa and Cade?!?!?!?!?!?!!?!?!?!?!?! Everyone prepare to be sick of me because Heartless is gonna be my personality for the next few weeks.
I wholeheartedly recommend this book. As I said earlier it is the perfect balance of real and melodrama (I mean that in the best way).

Summer wasn’t just made for me.
She’s it for me.
-forbidden romance, forced proximity, only one bed 🤠🐂
-an incident occurs which leads Rhett to some bad publicity. Summer is tasked as his new agent to restore his reputation. He’s off limits even if Rhett is flirty and happens to be her childhood crush
-representation for girlies with icy feet!! I felt so seen 🤭 Summer is such a firecracker and I loved her sass ❤️
-what a couple and the spice okay 🫣🌶️ I’ll never see princess the same again 🥵
-thank you to NetGalley and Bloom Books for this ARC!
4.4⭐️

This was my first Elsie Silver book, and I adored it. It is definitely responsible for the beginning of my cowboy romance era! This book reminded me a lot of some of my favorite childhood movies, 8 Seconds and Pure Country but it is waaaay hotter.
The chemistry between the main characters Rett and Summer is intense and instantly grabbed my attention. I loved the banter between the characters as well. This book had the perfect balance between steamy scenes, serious emotional drama and lighthearted laughter filled moments.
There are also some introductions to some amazing side characters as well including Rhett’s dad, and Summer’s BFF Willa. After finishing this book I am AMPED to read Cade Eatons story!!
Thanks to SOURCEBOOKS Bloom Books and Netgalley for the e-ARC.

In the past few months I haven’t been really enjoying most romance books. This was a pleasant surprise, since I mostly dislike the popular booktok books. The story kept me interested in for the most part. Only in the middle it lost me a bit. As for the romance itself, they were a cute couple and I rooted for them wich is a plus in my book.
Im interested in the side characters and will definitely pick up the next in the series.
Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for the E-arc in exchange for an honest review.

Oh. My. Goodness. This book has everything. Perfect amount of bull riders, one bed situations, spice and characters who you will be obsessed with after. Do yourself a huge favor and add this book to your list immediately!

This was my first Elsie silver book + definitely will not be my last. After reading this one, I binged the whole series. I loved summer + Rhett’s banter, the grumpy/sunshine, and the one bed trope. This whole book was wonderfully written with the perfect abour of spice. I’m definitely in my cowboy era now and cannot wait for beaus book to come out!

Rhett was my first Elsie book boyfriend and I’m obsessed. He may be my favorite… forever.
Grumpy cowboy. Sunshine “babysitter”Rodeos. Cowboys. Single bed. Forced proximity.
Summer is the daughter of Rhett’s manager. She is sent out to keep Rhett on the straight and narrow and clean up his reputation. Not only does she follow him around when he’s on the rodeo circuit, she moves into the Eaton family household.
Lots of tension. Plenty of banter. And the spice, incredible. HEA always.
Summer & Rhett really set off this series. Elsie has created such a perfect little world in Chesnut Springs. There in enough details about potential characters, leaves you wanting more.

I am blown away by how much I loved this book. I am not someone who is really into country music, likes the Pioneer Woman, or would ever choose to visit a ranch. Cowboy romance seemed so far from what I’d be into but after all the hype? I couldn’t pass up giving this book a try.
It was SO dang good. The familial aspects made this story so well balanced and really gave a lot of depth. I loved both main characters and how much they supported each other! And the spice? Dear lord 🥵. I wasn’t expecting all that. What a nice surprise!
This book was absolutely phenomenal and I cannot wait to read the rest of the series!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✨

Absolutely loved it! Elsie's writing has a way of gripping you and not wanting to let go. I adored the dynamic between the characters along with the banter and what not. I am so excited to read other titles from her series.

Have seen this series recommended on BookTok and Instagram and the hype is correct! Cannot wait to continue reading. Excited for not only the rest of the Easton brothers stories but also Jasper and Theo's stories.
Recommend Flawless if you are looking for a small Western town romance with forced proximity, rivals to lovers, bit of an age gap, a strong willed FMC, and a MMC who is rough around the edges but has a gentlemanly heart, and isn't afraid to punch someone who has wronged his lady!

My first Elsie Silver book did not disappoint! 4.5 stars from me. It was such a good story, paced well, beautifully written, and delicious spice. I liked that it wasn't a typical quirky small town feel, it had a fresh take on that trope with a cowboy twist. I'm not typically a lover of the cowboys, but if the series continues with these vibes I may be persuaded to change my mind. Rhett and Hallie had great banter that kept me captivated and this book packed a punch with a shocker that I did not expect. Loved the side characters and the many storylines that were all happening outside of the main romance between Rhett and Hallie.

This book sucked me in, not only to this book, but the whole series. Loved every second of if! I now know how much I love a grumpy cowboy!!

Elsie Silver has become a new insta-buy author for me and despite growing up in Texas I am convinced its Canada thats got the hottest cowboys.
I could not get enough of the absolute TENSION between these two. I read the entire thing in one sitting. HOWEVER I think Summer needs some serious physological help. Groomed by your doctor but never fully seems to grasp how MAJORLY FUCKED that is? And then he MARRIES HER SISTER?! AND SHE JUST DOESNT MENTION IT TO ANYONE??????? And THEN she just lets her boyfriend turn the same nickname her father had for her into a sexual thing? The list just keeps going but summer girl please just take a moment to reflect.
Rhett is perfect though and I love him

Flawless offers readers an exhilarating experience propelled by the undeniable chemistry between the characters Summer and Rhett. The emotional depth of their journey is nothing short of extraordinary, leaving readers captivated. Silvers' exceptional storytelling skills are evident in the sparkling banter among all the characters, particularly our beloved protagonists. As a result, I am fully invested in the lives of the captivating Easton family.

Flawless is just the beginning to the amazing chestnut spring series. You can’t help but love every character. Rhett and Summer are characters I think about constantly. 4 rather than 5 stars because I think the next book in the series is slightly better than flawless and 5 star material, but I highly recommend this series to anyone slightly interested.

I loved this first installment of the Chestnut Springs series! Rhett and Summer are goals and I was completely hooked!

A hot grumbly cowboy and his agents daughter falling in love? Sign me up.
Rhett is a professional bull rider who occasionally says and does the wrong thing. Except this time, it's lost him a sponsorship, and others are thinking about leaving. Summer, his agents daughter, is tasked with babysitting Rhett and making sure he stays in line. Rhett can't stand this proper city girl, or so he thinks. Sparks start to fly, and maybe Rhett and Summer are just what the other needs.

I loved this book and devoured it. Rhett was the perfectly grumbly cowboy, and I loved how he took care of Summer and showed her how she deserved to be treated. Summer really grew throughout the book and seeing her become more confident in what she wanted out of life was such an enjoyable journey. The spice is fantastic and I've never wanted to find myself a cowboy until now
