Meet Your Match was a fun summer read. It stands out to me because truly I haven’t read anything like it! It was fun and engaging and I definitely wanted to know where things were going, so I was able to read it very quickly!

I love that the main character is a boss babe that has some baggage she’s able to begin to work through.
I felt the connection between her best friend and herself, but not so much with the other male character.

I’m not a big fan of the ‘man comes to the rescue’ type situations, but that is a personal preference. The book was fun and the descriptions were easy to follow, which is a must.

Would definitely recommend, and will 100% be looking forward to the author’s next book.

A big thank you to NetGalley and Copper House Press for the eARC. I am voluntarily reviewing this book. This is the first in a new series. I found the premise of the book very odd. Cher is a matchmaker who provides a little "extra" service. Bedroom auditions??? What the heck? I found this sort of offensive. She just has sex with random guys? Owen is her best friend and has been waiting for Cher. I liked the main characters just didn't feel like they really had chemistry. I am sure that many will enjoy this book but for me it was a 3 star.

Unfortunately, Meet Your Match did not work for me. It felt almost too chaotic and, while I can appreciate some chaos, too much ruins a novel and washes out a strong storyline. A romance should have a strong connection between the characters and it just felt very forced. There was not nearly enough plot for my taste. Lastly, I am all for female empowerment, but the novel just started off on the wrong foot with the matchmaker almost sleeping with her client.

This has been one of the best matchmaker stories I have read in a bit. I kind of thought this was going to be really (almost painfully) cheesy. I am presently surprised to be wrong. It has plenty of cheesiness, but it was well-timed and made you feel all warm and gooey. This book takes you on quite the journey in such a small amount of time. The entire time I was reading, I was trying to figure out how Cher was going to figure it all out. I was so invested in all of it that I was hopping "ships" like was borne on one. Nothing I could see would have worked for everything, but the author pulled it out masterfully. The way that it all came together felt like that was how it was meant to be the entire time. I was

This was such an easy, entertaining read! Cher's job is a little abnormal in terms of a matchmaker since she also will give the potential matches a full "interview" to make sure they match her clients wants. Cher was stuck between her best friend for the last 10 years, Owen and a potential match for a client, Channing. I loved the relationship between Cher and Owen and they definitely should be together more than just friends. I did feel like there was not much closure at the end and I needed more from that.

I couldn't put this down! An out-of-the-box story, that's for sure.

I really appreciated the steamy scenes, even though the last one could have been a bit more elaborated.

Loved both Channing and Owen, even though I ended up a bit frustrated at the end, without that usual feeling of closure. Maybe we'll see more of them on the next books...? The Owen POV bonus scene from the past was a cute addition.

All in all, a fun, heartwarming, very sexy and peculiar story.

Highly recommend!

I willingly received an ARC from NetGalley in exchange for my honest opinion.

Thank you to NetGalley and the publishers for the opportunity to read this book.

This was a quick read for me. It left me wanting more. Not that I felt there was more for the overall story, but how things left off with Owen and Channing, I didn’t get the ending I was quite hoping for. Maybe an additional epilogue or something with give a good closure for readers, unless another follow up book will be written for the characters.

I think that this book had a lot of great ideas and concepts, but it was too much thrown together in a short period of time. The story had a friends to lover story, jealousy, a matchmaker who provides a specific service to her clients a yacht party, a sad backstory for the FMC, and a tropical storm! I think that there were some parts of the story that I would have enjoyed, but all of it together was confusing.

Also, this book as labeled as a reverse harem book, but that isn't the case. I kept waiting for that plotline, but it never came.

I will look forward to the second book in the series because this book didn't have much of an ending, and I'm curious to see what happens next.

Cher is an elite matchmaker. She finds herself torn between her bff Owen and new client Channing.

I enjoy Cher and I really like Owen. Channing is interesting.... All terrific characters and fun story. I enjoy the funny banter. The sexy scenes are great. A quick fun read.

Thanks to the publisher for the arc.

Absolutely loved the story line of the MFC being a match maker and the requirement for the clients match to being open about sharing in the bedroom. However, the spice and tension felt very mild and I was left hoping for a bit more backstory to understand their chemistry better. Overall, I enjoyed the book. **ARC Review- I was gifted an early copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. Thank you so much for allowing me to read this story!

my biggest complaint was it was too short to explore any actual chemistry and the backstory didn't feel true. The lots of sexy times was all well and good except there was no lead up and everything was rushed. Apparently I needed much more literary foreplay.
