Alan Watts, a British philospher, made mindfulness, consciousness, and meaning approachable for generations of readers. This attractive journal collects snippets of his writing that encourage you to look at your life in a different, more wondrous way. It includes ample space to write your thoughts and reactions about the prompts and wherever they take you. Some of the included quotes are deceptively simple, but I found each of them to be interesting.
