In The Friendsgivng Cookbook you’ll find a colorful, often hip collection of recipe ideas for a laidback holiday gathering, party, or open house. I saw lots of appealing choices: baked spinach dip, a meat-free charcuterie board; and yummy sounding appetizers and mains including meatballs, chicken, shrimp, and vegetarian recipes. Many of the recipes utilize an air fryer or instant pressure cooker. (I noticed that the recipes gathered included selections from previously published cookbooks for instant pot, air fryer, and charcuterie boards.) Be aware that these do not offer alternate directions using traditional stovetop or oven methods. However, other recipes use the oven. Several recipes also utilize less-traditional ingredients such as aquafaba, coconut oil, and almond flour, I think foodies with foodie friends will enjoy this cookbook.
