First of all, I would like to thank you for sending me this ARC.
I really wanted to like it because it is the author's debut novel, but while the idea was there and I see the potential of the plot and the story, I don't feel it was executed properly. I found myself bored constantly and I felt no chemistry between the FMC and the MMC. Their relationship was very cheesy and cringy and I didnt connect with the characters at all. I just feel it fell flat at the end of it all. I honestly feel bad for not liking this book.

I really enjoyed Her Every Secret.
The spice level was more than I expected for a book classed as a thriller, but I didn't mind the spicy scenes, although there were probably a few too many.

The storyline itself was clever. I felt like the first part with the phone calls was maybe resolved a little too quickly though.
The final twist really shocked me, it was very well done.

I would definitely read more from this author.
4 stars from me. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I really enjoyed this one as I love "stalker" novels! Zoey is starting a new life as a 911 operator and is sleeping with her "boss," Jack when a call comes in from "Ned" who claims he's abducted young Madison from her bus stop and will only speak to her. Confused, Zoey agrees even though years ago she went through a similar incident and is still recovering and refuses to let any man into her heart. When it becomes evident that Ned is dead set on humiliating her for past infidelities, she realizes she must open and "cleanse" those wounds before she can ever truly love again. Yes, lots of sex but we need to see how emotionally unavailable she is at the beginning to truly appreciate real love.

I thought the synopsis of this book was really interesting, and I was excited to read it but by the end I wasn't really reading and just skimming the pages for something good.

The book just throws you right in, with no backstory and little character development.

The dialogue is so incredibly repetitive and they say each others names constantly. Who does that?

It felt like the mystery/thriller aspect of the book took a back seat to the romance and the ending wasn't really satisfying because of this.

I was only able to read halfway through before my ARC on Netgalley expired, but what I did read was engaging and gripping. I am disappointed that I won't be able to read the ending - however, still grateful for the opportunity to read a part of this book.

I'd definitely recommend Her Every Secret based on what I've read so far. I connected to Zoey instantly, and Jack is obviously every woman's dream. Overall an enjoyable read!

This was an intriguing mystery with a very unique storyline with a lot of spice mixed in. The first half of the book kept me hooked. Second half sort of started to drag a little but overall this was a good spicy mystery.

This book was a very easy read, and the storyline some-what gripped me. Despite this I probably wouldn't recommend the book to anyone else as I didn't feel there was anything special about this book and I feel like it mainly consisted of very detailed sex scenes rather than anything else!

New 911 dispatcher, Zoey answers a 911 call on the other end and they call her by her real name. She's never given the caller her real name. Frantic, the guy hangs up but then he calls back saying he has taken a little girl out of her driveway who waiting for the school bus. Within the first 10 minutes of the book, there's a strange sex scene in the bathroom, why is this necessary? I could not connect with any of the characters and sadly, DNF at 30%.

This was an interesting read. The writing style is unique, and kept me on the edge of my seat. The plot is the story is really good and makes for a good romantic suspense.
The only thing that could have been better were the character arcs for the main characters. Heroine's continuous self deprecation was a bit annoying and the Hero was too perfect to be true.
I would recommend this book to those looking for
▪️ Romantic Suspense
▪️ Fall-from-grace heroine
▪️ Hero with golden retriever personality

The synopsis of the book sounded interesting, but it really fell flat for me. The main character wasn’t likable, the love interest was borderline obsessed with her, and the plot with the kidnapping wrapped up halfway through the book so we were left with a bunch of cringe-filled sex scenes before we finally found out who was behind everything.

Thanks as always to NetGalley for the ARC.

This book was sent to me from NetGalley for an honest review. I really hate giving low ratings n I really wanted to love it. Based on the blurb it just sounded so good. And I believe the story had good points.. the beginning was a mixture of current events and some sort of flashbacks of stuff that previously occurred.

About 1/2 way through reading it just became a bit for lack of better words stale. The dialogue was a bit weird and the constant repeated names kinda made me not want to finish even though I did. Someone else might enjoy it more

The cover of this book is absolutely stunning! The blurb was spot on and grabbed my attention quick! After reading it, I HAD to read this book! I feel there was the perfect level of suspense mixed with romance, the spice was perfect for me. The characters were great. I could relate to Z in several aspects and I absolutely loved J! He was my favorite! This book was a quick read and held my attention throughout.

Thank you to NetGalley for this Advanced Readers Copy in exchange for my honest review.

I really wanted to like this, but overall it just wasn’t for me. Great premise for a book, writing was very repetitive.

I didn’t really care for Zoey, her constant self deprecation and pushing away Jack while also pining for him just really wore me out. And Jack just turning a complete blind eye to everything she’d done just didn’t feel like the right move. It felt like they were both just forced together because it’s a romance and that’s just what’s supposed to happen. The relationship would have made more sense if they talked about and worked through both of their pasts.

Names also don’t have to be said in every single conversation being had, let alone 97% of every sentence spoken. In a conversation between only two people, both parties know who is being spoken to, they don’t need to be addressed every single time.

I wanted to love this book so much.
The premise was so good.
A 911 operator with a past and a hunky cop.

The ending could have been so much better and just didn’t do the book justice.

Make it a movie already! Her Every Secret seems like it was made for the screen. The premise, about a 911 operator who takes an emergency call that forces her to disclose secrets in order to save a girl, was great. The overall plot didn't get quite as surprising or twisty as I was hoping, but I still really loved reading it.

This one wasn't for me. I loved the premise and wanted a really engaging thriller but for me the romance aspect dragged it down a bit. The characters didn't feel very well established or written and the whole romance element just felt odd and unnatural. It might be more of a hit with general fiction fans or romance fans but for me, I ende duo skimming chapters just to get though it

I loved the premise of this book, and was hoping so much for it to be a 5 star read. Unfortunately there was too much repetitiveness and the character development left a lot to be desired. It also lost its way as thriller, and became more page skimming then page turning in the end.

I received an ARC from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

This started off super promising. A 911 operator with a troubling past and a hunky cop who have known each other forever, reunite. But with the addition of a stalker… the first half of this book felt solid to me, it was good build up of Zoeys past history being brought to light.
But the ending fell so flat to me. It was super rushed feeling and anti climatic with the stalker. I also felt like I needed more connection somewhere whether in the past or present to make the love feel a little more natural.

Also saying the characters name almost every time they spoke was a little much. But that could be buffed out before release date.
