I grew up having waffles hot off the griddle on Sunday mornings after church that were prepared by my mom. The ideas presented in this book made me wish I had never stopped. The photographs and recipes on each page in this book are so enticing that I am planning to add both a waffle iron and panini maker to my kitchen. The ideas presented are great for meals or entertaining whether they’re served for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or dessert. The author also includes a variety of easy to make sauces. I am sure no one will be disappointed.

My congratulations to the author on a job well done! Consider this book not only for personal use but also as an excellent idea for a gift. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book provided by the publisher and NetGalley but the thoughts and opinions expressed are my own.

What a great cookbook! I love waffles, but often get bored with the same old recipe I have and use all the time. This book offers a spin on the old waffle recipe and the recipes are easy to follow and look so yummy. I will be using this on weekends from here on out when my family wants waffles. They are in for some mouth-watering breakfasts, lunches and maybe even dinners!!

There were a lot of interesting, yummy recipes in here but I have a circle iron whereas many of the recipes are better suited for rectangular devices. This would make a fun accompaniment to a waffle iron gift at a bridal shower or housewarming party.

This book is full of fun and creative ways to use waffles! Waffles are a staple in my house. So this book is a must buy for me. So many great recipe ideas. Be prepared to get hungry after looking at all the beautiful photos.

Who doesn't love waffles? This book gives readers even more ways to use their waffle iron, panini press, and sandwich makers. A fun read even if you don't have all these machines, and an inspiration for making up even more recipes for them if you do.

You will enjoy making these recipes in your waffle iron or sandwich maker!
I never thought of putting vegetables or leftovers in my waffle maker!
This book tells you how to deep clean your waffle maker and how to preheat it for different recipes.
You can make unusual breakfast specialties like Golden Waffle Frittatas with eggs, green onions, peppers and tomatoes, Cinnamon Peach French Toast with cinnamon swirl bread, pecans and peaches, or even Banana Bites with fresh bananas, coconut and milk!
Lunch will be a treat with Spinach Wontons, made with wonton wrappers, spinach and cream cheese, or Reuben Waffles that contain rye bread, pastrami and sauerkraut.
Dinner is easily prepared with Greek Sliders that use sourdough bread, hummus and turkey, you can even eat a healthy meal with wheat bread, skinless chicken and avocado.
There are so many different recipes you could try a new one every day!

Waffle It is a fun cookbook! Waffles aren’t just for breakfast as this cookbook shows. It provides recipes for waffle sandwiches and other ways to use your waffle maker. There are some great breakfast waffle recipes of course too! An enjoyable cookbook with mouth-watering recipes! #WaffleIt #NetGalley

Waffle it is a collection of waffle recipes. There are a wide variety of styles, once you get past the breakfast section. There are also sections for lunch and snacks, dinner, and desserts. The pictures are beautiful. While the recipes are rather varied, I felt like it was rather repetitive between standard waffle-type recipes and panini/sandwich-type recipes. If you have a waffle maker and want to try a variety of new recipes, this might be a fun book for you!

Thanks Netgalley for the opportunity to review this eARC in exchange for my honest review on the book!

This book was okay, but it kind of got boring. The recipes all kind of seemed the same, and it all blurred together. The recipes turned out fine, but this did not meet my expectations.

This is a fun cookbook - perfect recipes to cook with your kids. The recipes are varied so there is something for all tastes. Great way to include more fruits and veggies and have them actually consumed! Lots of choices so there is something for everyone.

Thank you to NetGalley for allowing me to read this. I have a waffle iron and wanted to find recipes to help me use it more often. I like the format of this book; it even gives some recipes for sauces. This book gives a number of ideas for snacks, lunch, dinner, and dessert. Some recipes I found odd, like waffling lasagne or hamburgers, but a lot of the recipes (especially the desserts) looked really good and I will give them a try.

Cookbook: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)

Waffles > Pancakes

Waffles are always superior, and this cookbook is one of the best!

Many waffle cookbooks have mostly been about the chaffle, which I'm not a fan of, but this is an amazing unique twist, and you are getting breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert!

The top five unique recipes that I found were:
Wheat Ale Waffles, once reading it had me thinking, "Duh, why didn't I think of that?!?"
Inside-Out Jalapeno Poppers, UHHH-Mazing!
Turkey Pesto Sandwich, heck, it was hard to pick one of the Pesto recipes because I am a Pesto Queen! lol
Waffle-style corn dogs! Ok, yes, it is super simple, but I have tried making my own corn dogs at home, and it's challenging for me and see this was another "Why didn't I think of that?!" moment.
Lasagna Waffles... 😲😲😲😲😲

NetGalley provided Waffle It! eBook; thank you, NetGalley and Fox Chapel Publishing, for the copy in return for an honest review.

Waffles are a special treat but your waffle maker can make more then just breakfast. There are many new recipes in this book and some for the pannini press and triangle sandwich maker as well. New ways to waffle things dipped in batter are really cool.

Very informative and inventive! I didn't know you could do so many things other than waffles with a waffle iron, and now am going to try a few recipes. A very useful cookbook for beginners as well as more advanced cooks.

#qotd : What is your favorite breakfast food?

To be honest, I love all kinds of breakfast food. In fact, we had French toast for dinner. But I absolutely LOVE waffles, especially waffles with chocolate chips or covered in honey and cinnamon.

I had never reviewed a Cookbook before and couldn't wait to do this one! Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for my digital copy.

This Cookbook is really fun and creative and great for people wanting to experiment with different waffle recipes! I was so surprised with all different possibilities! I think I am most curious to try the grilled cheese waffle!
There were also recipes for different sandwiches and paninis too. It honestly made me kind of hungry.
This would make a great Christmas gift, too!

Lots of great options for using a waffle iron that people would never think of doing! Very interesting with lots of tasty looking options. There are quite a few that I want to try out soon.

This was such a great idea for a cookbook, i was really happy to browse through it!
I will find some fun doable recipes in there, but sadly a lot of the recipes are 1) aimed solely at the US audience. I have no idea what Provolone cheese or Wheat ale are, to name a few of many.
2) this is full of using ready mixes like ready-to-eat cheesecake filling,
tube refrigerator cinnamon rolls, and
lemon cake mix to name but a few. It frustrates me that people call this cooking.
3) This edition is not yet finished, so recipes have missing parts.
Overall it was a bit of a letdown, but I'm sure once it's edited and publish the US audience won't mind any of these.

I love waffles and really enjoyed looking through this book. While I haven't made any of the recipes yet, I have bookmarked numerous ones.

The recipes start with breakfast but quickly go throughout all meals straight through to dessert! There are snacks and sandwiches and also dinners that look so creative. I can't wait to try some of these.

The book has many pictures,. In fact I think each recipe has at least one photo with it, perhaps more. That was a little hard for me to see. I had an advanced copy that I don't think was fully formatted correctly yet. EDITED TO ADD: I just viewed this in the Netgalley app and it was amazing! The photos were beautiful!

The instructions looked simple to follow though and we're numbered for easy guidance.
