I would describe this book as good but not great. The first two books felt like they had higher stakes than this one which drove the plot a bit better. Mind you this book is by no means bad I just didn't love is AS much. It's still a charming little romance and I would definitely read this author again.

3.5 stars
This is the third book in the series, but can be a standalone, which is how I read it.
Olive is a professor at a college and gives her students an assignment to live outside their comfort zones. Then she realizes she doesn’t live that way either so takes on the same assignment. Her roommate, a guardian angel, is tasked with keeping the normally calm and ordinary girl from doing crazy things.
Cute story, reads fast, and overall enjoyable. Very predictable. But not bad.

3.5/5 stars - Back for another one with our supernatural sisters, out of the 3 this did fall at the bottom of the barrel, still liked but just didn’t sweep me off my feet like the first two. Can’t love them all. Paranormal romance is my jam so I always like quick read. This gave very quirky/nerdy “safe” type wanting to step out of the box and be a little careless & impulsive so Olive makes a list and we watch it unfold. Very easy read with some spice and a hot guardian angel. Def recommend this read and this whole series!

I did not finish this book. Unfortunately I could not connect with the characters. The pacing was a bit off for me as well.

Perfect read that will pair well nicely with a warm blanket and bowl of popcorn. Fans of the Tv Show: CHARMED will enjoy these characters.
A cute supernatural paranormal romance. This is book 3 in the Supernatural Singles series. In this book your following Olive. This series gave me some serious CHARMED vibes. I adored it. Especially with this book . Hello the gaurdian angel and a witch... Perfect.
Its the perfect fall witchy read in my opinion. You fall into the story quickly and the characters have enough depth to capture your attention with out making this a heavy read. It was fun and cute . Its easy to gobble up. If you haven't read this series and are thinking about it. Go for it. I think you will be pleasantly surprised how this book just brings a smile to your face.

Witchy reads are one of my go-to romcom types, and this story fits so many things I love.
Diving out of her comfort zone, Olive accepts the challenge she posed to her students - say as I do.
But what happens when the badest guardian angel around is then forced to jump out of his comfort zone as he is protecting you, from yourself?
What better way to watch two opposites come together!

Unfortunately not for me, the books were a little repetitive as the series went on, but I''ll still definitely pick up new books by this author in the future!

DNF 52% in. Thank you to St. Martin's Griffin and Dreamscape media for the arc and alc.
I really liked the first two books in this series but for some reason I found this third one very boring. I had been slowly listening too it but yesterday I listened again for the first time in a while and I couldn't care less about these characters. I could tell where the conflict was going and it felt superficial to me. I was overall bored and I accepted that this one didn't work for me.

I was looking forward to this book since the pairing was teased in the first book. It was quite enjoyable. I enjoyed the romance between the characters and the plot of the book

I loved this one! Olive and Baxter are such a lovable characters and this is so well written. I really enjoyed witnessing Olive find her true love.
The plethora or magical beings in this is epic. Angels, Vampires, Witches, Gargoyles, Shape Shifters and even a Succubus! All the secondary characters are like one and the story really has a wonderful flow. I was not disappointed with this one.
Even though this is a stand alone - I highly recommend you reading from book 1. It will be a much smoother experience. Thank Netgalley for this one! 5 stars from this picky reader!!!

A great addition to this series!
Very interesting book, i greatly enjoyed it!
Thank you to the publisher and netgalley for this review copy

Thank you St.Martin's Press for an advanced copy of this novel in exchange for an honest review.
April Asher's:
Not the Witch You Wed: 5 stars
Not Your Exes Hexes: 5 Stars (in my Top Ten in 2023)
Based on rating alone, this is my least favorite of the three books. I really do enjoy April Asher's writing but I loved the other sisters (and their partners) more. This one was cute and there were small moments that were worthy of 5-stars themselves. I loved the side characters (obviously) but I didn't find myself rooting for the couple like I was for the other two in the series.
While it's unfortunate I did not love this more, I'm looking forward to reading more from April Asher in the future.

This was such a fun supernatural romance! I love the characters in this book and how well they meshed together as well as the chemistry that they had between each other! Loved the lot of this book! I loved the character arc, especially for the FMC, and how it developed through the story! Haven’t read the first two books in this series but excited to go back and read them after this book! Definitely recommend giving this one a read!

I love this series so much I’m so glad I gotten this arc!
I was highly waiting for olive’s story and it definitely delivered!

The concept of this story seemed really fun, but I couldn't get into it due to the cringey dialogue. The male main character seemed a little too pushy for my liking in the portion that I did read. Overall the writing did seem okay, but I couldn't finish it because I didn't like the characters.

This was fine, I think personally the more I read, the more my tastes have been refined, and maybe this just wasn't my taste anymore. I loved Not Your Ex's Hexes, but coming to this one, like 2 years late, feels a little camp to me now that I have figured my taste out more and more of what I personally like. I don't think its anything against this book, but it was just okay for me.

Another cute, fun romance from the Supernatural Singles sisters! Olive's story was just as interesting, sweet, and spicy as the others. Her chemistry with Bax was palpable and the banter was enjoyable. I felt like the sisters really grew together in this one too, which was a nice way to bring the three books together.
Thank you to NetGalley and St. Martin's Press for my eARC in exchange for an honest review!

Super cute story with a lot of banter and chemistry between the main characters which I loved! The side characters were fun too! I loved the found family feel throughout the story and how close Olive and her sisters are! Overall, I enjoyed this one and would recommend if you’re looking for a cute and spicy witchy read!

Thank you to @netgalley and @stmartinspress for a free copy of this book in exchange for my honest review. And thank you to @dreamscape_media for a free download of the audiobook. I also won a giveaway for a physical copy from @goodreads

4.5 Stars (I received an e-ARC from Net Galley in exchange for an honest review)
Yet another book I started writing the review for but never finished it due to life and school. I have been reading this series from the beginning, thanks to Net Galley. I would actually recommend reading the series in order as there is an underlying plot that carries through all three books, which comes to a head in this book. The Maxwell sisters are great female characters showcasing strength, sass and a heart warming bond. Olive is definitely the sister that I feel the most like and her creation of the list is probably something I would do (but would never actually execute). This the spiciest story, in my opinion, and their tension has been hinted at in the previous books. I also feel like Bax has had the most developed backstory out of the three male love interests. Also I love that the grandmother had a more prominent story and we get to see a woman learning how to be more confident and stand up for herself. Showcasing how women in academia; even one with supernatural context; struggle to be taken seriously and the toxic men pretending to be nice while putting them down in front of other colleagues. Love this series for its mix of romance, supernatural, comedic banter, sisterhood (with honorary sister Harper, who hopefully gets her own story) and spicy times.
