Thank you NetGalley and St. Martin’s Griffin for providing me with an e-arc in exchange for an honest review.
5/5 stars
I absolutely adored this supernatural Rom Com! Rose, Vi and Olive have the best relationship.I love their banter back and forth and how they are always willing to have each others backs!
Olive is the typical professor that needs to expand her horizons. I love how open she was about stepping out of her comfort zone. It was a good life lesson for me as well to try the unknown! Who knows you might actually have fun! I loved her personality and banter. As well as she didn’t over think things or get in her head. She was straight forward and didn’t beat around the bush!
Bax was an angel (literally!). There is something so endearing about an angel afraid of heights. I loved his flirting with Olive. As well as hearing about his work. I appreciated that he realized he needed to fix things in his life before talking with Olive. As well as he was willing to give her space as needed!
Overall this was a super cute romcom that I really enjoyed! The magic was fun and the banter was funny! The romance was good and didn’t feel rushed. It was just an all around fun read!
If you love witchy, funny, smexy times, this book is for you. Ollie was ridiculously cute and I’m glad we had a new take on an Angel who wasn’t so great and a do-gooder. This book gave me Friends vibes and I’m living for that. Found family? Ugh it’s my all time fave. I’m a sucker for a hot tatted and pierced mmc so this was right up my alley. I straight up giggled so many times throughout this book that I’m surprised no one questioned my sanity
Love this series - great characters, fabulous banter and always love story to root for plus the bonus is you get to see how the past couples of the series are doing. Hoping Harper is up next!
I was so surprised and excited to have recieved this ARC. I have wanted to read this since I finished the second book and am glad I didnt have to wait till Feb cause I'm obsessed.
This is book three in the supernatural singles series and focuses on Olive the youngest of the triples. I definitely love the way April writes sassy strong FMC and she doesn't disappoint in book three. This story is friends to lovers, with the perfect amount of chin lifting...swoon. My favorite part might just be the tampons scene. I laughed out loud but honestly I loved it all.
Add this series to you TBR, books one and two are out now.
Wonderfully witch-tastic conclusion!
After the wild ride that was Vi and Rose I didn't know what to expect from the seemingly reserved youngest Maxwell triplet. But wow!
Finally getting more info on Bax was extremely satisfying, and refreshing that he's not automatically a golden retriever just because he's an angel.
The final book in the trilogy was just as sweet as it was spicy, I loved seeing the cameos of Vi and Rose along the way of Olive's crush having a crush on her except neither of them know their crush is reciprocated, until they do.
This book gave 'Friends' vibes in the best way. NYC setting, found family, and happy ending. I loved this so much and I can't wait to reread it during spooky season!
I love the Maxwell triplets and their adventures. Olive reminds me of myself some and I suspect she reminds most women of themselves. In spite of her achievements and there are many, she still feels insecure at times. She moves in with Bax because her former roommate created an unsafe environment. Bax has protective built into his DNA. Together, they are fun, humorous and sizzling. This is a friends to lovers paranormal romance that will lighten the heart and bring hope to readers. I read this book on Netgalley in exchange for an honest review.
Thank you April Asher, Net Galley, & St. Martins Griffin for this ARC. It was super cute! I loved the first two books in the series and hope she adds a fourth book in the series to tell Harper’s story. I will say the story is very predictable and it isn’t anything mind blowing, but it’s fun, and I enjoyed it. 3.5 stars but rounded down.
A solid 4.5 stars!! I really enjoy this series and I knew Olive & Bax would deliver on the cuteness we all need in life. This is a perfect friends-to-lovers / roommates romance!
Praying for a Harper book!!!
Thanks to Netgalley and the publisher for this arc ebook in exchange for an honest review!
Amazing great book, like I really loved the first two but this one takes the cake on hotness , oh my god, the sexual tension and the scenes get me a cold shower. Also loved the two main and their way of interacting, a Bax uff give me more. Definitely 5 of 5 stars
4 stars = I liked it. This is the third witchy Maxwell sister's book and my favorite of the three - they just keep getting better.
This time sister Olive gets her friends to lovers HEA with guardian angel Bax. With his tats and piercings Bax seems like an odd match for the reserved and regimented Olive but they are both sweet and steamy together as Olive tries to push the boundaries of her comfort zone and Bax tries to keep her safe while she's doing it and ends up pushing his own boundaries as well.
While it is fun seeing the sister cameos, I still think that this could be read on its own - though it will make you want to go back and read their books:) And though this finishes up the HEAs for the triplets, I am hoping that their sassy mayhem bent friend - who is a 'sister' by choice - gets a book of her own too.
ARC courtesy of the publisher via NetGalley, publication is set for 13 February 2024. This is an unpaid review.

Thank you very much to the author, publisher and Netgalley for this eARC.
This was a solid 3.75/5 for me! (rounded up to a 4)
In the continuation of the Supernatural Singles series, readers are introduced to the third Maxwell triplet, Olive, as she embarks on a compelling journey. Settling in with her friend, now roommate, Bax and sparks fly in a friends-to-lovers-meets-forbidden-romance kind of way.
If you're in the mood for a cute and satisfying quick read, I'd totally recommend this book. And guess what? You don't have to stress about reading the previous ones to dive into this gem! Sure, you might miss a few details here and there, but don't worry, it won't stop you from getting the main plotline.
So, buckle up for a captivating journey of love, friendship, and a sprinkle of the forbidden. Get ready to be charmed and enjoy the ride! This book is a winner for anyone into the paranormal romance scene. Happy reading!
I was soo so sooooo excited to get this ARC since I am absolutely and April Asher fan. The first two books in this series were absolute bangers and were constantly dropping hints at the connection between Bax and Olly.
I looooooved Olly, I really related to her character and honestly I loved that the main plot wasn't aimed at changing her as a whole. I loved that in discussing their paths in life her passion was research, some girlies just need to read books and be happy.
I thought Baxs journey was interesting too with the whole familial aspect of his path and the idea of diverting from a family legacy.
I think in the end I loved the messaging of loving who youre with and finding your people so that when you do find your path, you're not walking it alone.
I fricken love this series. The Maxwell Triplets are just a charming bunch of witches and their merry gang of supes are even better. I'd been waiting for Olive/Bax since the first book and this definitely did not disappoint! The banter and cheering each other on makes this a true friends to lovers story and I adored every second of it. This whole book focuses on facing your boundaries and pushing past them. The biggest part of it is remembering that it's not about what you're doing, but who you are with. One of my favorite lessons and a truly lovely read.
I am always on the lookout for new witchy books and when I saw this one featured one of my favorite troupes, roommate, I had to read it.This was such a fun read! I loved the humour and it suited my reading mood perfectly. I loved siblings relationship and Olive and Bax are a delightful couple.
Sweet, cute, and fun read!
A special thank you to NetGalley and St. Martin's Press for an ARC in exchange for an honest review.
I was given an ARC in exchange for an honest review by April Asher and her team! I have absolutely adored this witchy romance sister! Each book focuses on a sister!
This is the finale and Olive’s story! She is roommates with her friend Bax who is an Angel! But what she doesn’t know is he’s actually her guardian Angel. But Bax can’t tell her because that’s breaks the Guardian Angel code along with falling in love with the person your protecting. This is a friends to lovers forbidden romance! I really struggle with friends to lovers romances for some reason but April made magic here! That ending was so good!! Be sure to pick this up on Feb 13,24!
