🎧The authors' engaging style and use of humor made the book enjoyable and easy to listen to.
Interesting listen on audio. Humor, anecdotes, and science mixed together make it easier to get through. There were sections that were not as gripping. At times it was a bit of a downer knowing that losing weight is much harder than most of us realize but it’s also encouraging that small changes make big differences in our health. There is a section about eating disorders. While I found this section interesting, I can see that it might be a trigger for some.
