Such a fun summer read with all my favorite tropes!!! Dual POV, enemies to lovers, forced proximity, and beloved one bed!

Adam and Ophelia’s story is so cute. I’m a huge enemies to lovers fan and an even bigger he falls first fan. I liked that they made Naomi skeptical of Ophelia. I feel that is more relatable than having a MOL who absolutely loves you.

What a lovely, romantic debut novel about two surprisingly compatible journalists. Normally I roll my eyes at a fade-to-black romance but Fields still gave us the chemistry 🥰

Ophelia and Adam are from very different backgrounds with vastly different interests. Something I love about this book is how they approach each others interests with open curiosity. Adam truly wants to know why Ophelia loves fashion, and finds her stunning and brave when she tries things like rock climbing for the first time, when to him they are second nature. Gonna make my boyfriend read this before he takes me camping 😅🏕️

Our characters are tenacious, compassionate, and well-rounded. As always I love the ~girlie friendships~ and a clumsy meet cute 🥰 also, I’m obsessed with the playlist she included at the beginning of the book! 10/10.

Vibe check: a lighthearted romantic comedy that will leave you giggling from banter and blushing at Adam’s internal dialogue about the woman he falls in love with.

Thanks Florence and NetGalley for the ARC!

This is one of the cutes Rom-Coms I've thread this year! I loved the back and forth banter between Ophelia and Adam. It was absolutely perfect.

Ophelia and Adam both work for magazines but apart from that are opposites. Now she needs his help, but will a trip together help them solve their differences? A great read, I liked how it was told from both points of view.

4.5/5😭🫶🏼 Thank you to NetGalley and the lovely Florence Fields for the opportunity to read this ARC. I had such a fun time with these characters.

Ticket to You is a feel-good, romantic, and entertaining read. The story follows Ophelia Brooks, a fashion journalist, who is truly defying all the stereotypes of being “too girly” or “unintelligent” due to being in her line of work. We also follow Adam Abrams, a journalist as well, but he is the polar opposite of Ophelia. They could not be less alike, but in a turn of events that lead to Ophelia and Adam having to work together in Europe, they find that they may not be as different as they both seem to think they are.

I thoroughly enjoyed this romantic comedy by the talented, precious Florence Fields. Ophelia and Adam were so much fun to read about. The tropes in this book were PERFECT. A dash of enemies to lovers, one bed, and workplace romance energy, what more could you need? If you need a fun, romance-filled read, this is for you!! Give this book a chance! I promise you will not be disappointed.

Thank you, Florence. You blew me away. All my love.

I enjoyed this book overall and was a very nice quick read.

You'll enjoy this book if you enjoy slow-burn, enemies to lovers.

However I think overall there was something missing, the book seemed a little rushed.

I really enjoyed this book! It was very cute and enjoyable to read. The dynamic between Ophelia and Adam was really fun to read, though their 'hatred' never seemed that intense to me, it always seemed a bit flimsy. I thought that the travel aspect of it made it stand out a bit more than other romances, though it did remind me a bit of Shipped by Angie Hockman (which isn't a bad thing). I kind of wish there was a bit more description about the places they traveled to, because while there was some it seems like there was an opportunity to get a bit more descriptive about some of the places. All in all, a good book. Thank you to NetGalley and Florence Fields for this ARC!

aced with the possibility of losing her job, Ophelia is willing to take on any challenge to save her job but questions whether it’s worth it when she has to team up with a work rival, Adam Abrams.
Ticket to You was a fast lighthearted read that I enjoyed. However, I expected there to be a little more tension in the story. Once it was decided that Ophelia would join Adam on his work trip any of the previous animosity and tension dissolved.
I was pleasantly surprised by Ophelia’s character. I expected a stuck-up fashionista, but she was nothing like that. Ophelia’s drive to succeed coupled with a caring personality made for a well-developed and sweet character. Adam Abrams was such a sweet and caring character, almost to a fault. I found myself a little annoyed with some of the family drama and Ophelia’s lack of reaction, although I understand it (no spoilers).
If you enjoy a fast, rom com that is just an all-around sweet story, Ticket to You is the book for you. If you prefer more tension this may not be the read for you.

I always love finding new to me authors, but I must admit there's also sometimes a bit of nervousness that comes with that to, not knowing what to expect. This is especially true with debut authors, when I can't even look back at their previous work and reviews to determine if it's something that would be up my alley. But when I read the synopsis for Ticket to You, I was intrigued and had to give it a shot... and I'm so glad that I did! With a debut like this, it has me looking forward to seeing what she does next!

Right from the start, I was drawn into this fast-paced story. It definitely had some good enemies to love vibes early on, which led to some fun back and forth. From their disastrous meet-cute to that first kiss, I enjoyed every single second. The travel aspect of the story was really fun, and the story overall definitely had a 2000s RomCom feel to it--- in the very best way possible.

Ticket to You is a closed-door romance. There are a couple of fade-to-black scenes where we know more happens, but nothing beyond kissing is described on the pages. There is some language throughout the story, but nothing major (no f-word, etc).

Overall, I really enjoyed this story and look forward to reading more from the author in the future. Fans of Sarah Adams' are sure to want to check this one out for themselves.

Okay, I’m going into the ARCs blind. I did not read the blurb wanted the book to surprise me and it did. It was honestly a feel-good, light-hearted romance. I loved it so much. The FMC is smart and actually shows it, which is always a win in my book (I hate the “she is smart” but always makes dumb choices) and the MMC is as always tall, dark curly hair and handsome (another cookie point) and appears stoic and cold… and you know the drill. But even though we know the drill we are here for it and we love it. This was genuinely such a light read, made me laugh and just the overall slow burn hate to love development was such an experience. This is definitely a close door book, there is no spice. But it is a perfect chick-lit to lift your spirits 💕

This was an easy to read and fast paced book with dual POV. Although meant to be an enemies to lovers trope, I think we could have done with a little more "enemy" as they seem to find common ground early on. Although the main characters seemed to be well developed and thought out, I felt like the beginning of the story could have been stronger. It felt rushed and could have used more conflict between the two main characters. I enjoyed the way the characters seemed so sure of each other once they realized their feelings. Overall this was a quick, fluffy romance (in a good way) and enjoyable to read.

Ticket to You is such a feel good, lighthearted enemies to lovers romcom I literally nearly finished it in one sitting.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Adam and Ophelia are both journalists working for the same publishing company. But after a disastrous first meeting at the company holiday party they are in no rush to spend any time together.

When the company needs to downsize and starts laying off journalists, Ophelia is shocked to learn that she’s next to go.

But in a desperate move to save her dream job, Ophelia agrees to go with Adam on his outdoors travel trip and try to fit time to focus on fashion. Will they both be able to get along for the sake of their careers?

Thank you Netgalley and Florence Fields for this advanced reader copy I’m exchange for my honest review.

This book was marvelous, I loved it. The writing was very good, the characters were amazing, the places and descriptions were on point, everything was so well done. Ophelia made herself and I like that, she fought for what she wanted and she got it. It wasn't easy for her but she kept trying and didn't give up. She did what was best for her, no matter what, she listened to her heart and that's more than enough. Adam was so sweet, loved him. He really liked her and you could see it. All the little things he did or paid attention to were so important. He was there for her, and that's what you do when you love someone. She did the same to him. They were there for each other. I loved them individually and as a couple, they really complemented each other so well. They were just an amazing couple and I was here for it

Ticket To You by Florence Fields is the perfect enemies-to-lovers, workplace rivals story with a unique twist of international traveling and a look inside the magazine industry. Ticket to You is also a kissing only, fade-to-black romance which feels refreshing in the current world of extremely spicy romances. TTY follows the story of Ophelia Brooks, a lonely, yet determined fashion journalist originally from Oklahoma who ends up following her dreams of working in New York city at Atelier Fashion Magazine. Adam Abrams is a nature journalist for Outdoorsy Magazine, originally from Connecticut. Both Ophelia and Adam meet at the Hoffman's Publishing holiday party, amidst multiple lay-offs at their parent company due to the current state of the economy. To try and prove her worth at Atelier, Ophelia joins Adam on an international trip around Europe to interview multiple fashion designers for her new features in the travel section.

Ticket To You is definitely a recent favorite of mine! I really loved getting to know Ophelia and Adam more and learning about their families and what makes them unique. I also loved the international travel aspect of the story; the way the author explains the sights and locations they are visiting really made it feel like the reader is a part of the story. I think my favorite location they visited was Paris! I loved the one bed, forced proximity, they both secretly fall first aspect of them falling in love. I also love dual POV to get to know the main characters better. I can't wait for the next book in the series! I hope we learn more about Adam's siblings, Gemma and Ophelia's past too. Thank you Florence Fields and NetGalley for this eARC!

Tropes:
- one bed
- forced proximity

- he is obsessed with her
- enemies to lovers
- romcom

If you like Emily Henry or Ali Hazelwood this is absolutely up your alley! I cannot wait to read more from this author!

Thank you to NetGalley and to .... for providing me with this ARC.

Since it's summer, I was really in the mood for some cute traveling rom-com. And this one definitely delivered.

I liked that this was face paced, yet the relationship between Ophelia and Adam didn't seem rushed. Although I wouldn't classify this as enemies to lovers rather bad first impression and then slowly falling in love. Because it was clear since their longer interactions that they don't hate each other.

Other than that, it was a really good summer read. Florence did a great job describing all the places they visited and made me wanna visit them myself.

Ophelia and Adam were so cute together. Seeing them working together and making the most of their travels was marvelous to read about, and the slow romance there was also really sweet. Also, fade-to-black scenes are not as common in my opinion nowadays (at least not in a book I read), but I liked it in this one. It was a nice surprise.

Oh, and let me not forget about NO THIRD ACT BREAK UP!!!! Because I loved that. The relationship between Ophelia and Adam was healthy, and they were really good at communicating, so I'm glad it was not ruined by unnecessary fallout.

Simply wonderful! I absolutely loved Ophelia and Adam's story.
It was a heartwarming, easy read with lots of humour throughout. I loved how both Ophelia and Adam wore down each others barriers and found themselves falling, it was swoonworthy!

Ophelia and Adam are journalists at the same company but have very different personalities. When they meet at a holiday party, Adam spills red wine on Ophelia's vintage dress and insults her. Months later, Ophelia proposes a final project to save her job and is assigned to work with Adam as a travel journalist. As they travel together, Ophelia realizes that Adam may not be as bad as she initially thought.

"I'm yours, Ophelia. I think I've been yours since the moment we met."

Ophelia is a strong and tall girl, which I love. Adam may seem grumpy, but he's deep and likable once you understand him. This book had everything I wanted with its enemies-to-lovers, forced proximity, and one-bed trope. Both characters had remarkable depth, which is often missing in this genre.

The characters in this book were well-developed and had depth, despite the story being short. The descriptions of the places they visited during their European trip were also vivid and added to the overall enjoyment. I loved this book, and it's even better now that I know it's part of a series! Adam and Ophelia are so cute, and I really enjoyed their banter. The slow-burn romance was fantastic, and I loved the postcards in the story. I hope the next book focuses on Adam's sister because I liked her character. I also have a soft spot for Gemma.

This book was incredibly adorable and well-written, making it a delightful and effortless read. I highly recommend it and eagerly anticipate the sequel. A big thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for providing me with an ARC in exchange for my honest review.
