This was a wild, rolicking ride through the world of investing. This one is worth the money, I learned so much that I didn't know.
This book is a good read for anyone working in developing countries- and I loved that the author shared views and experiences working in these countries-from the political position, economic position and also cultural position-the fact that often when we meet new people and new communities, it is important to involve them in decision making and implementation of solutions.
The format itself, makes this easy to read and if you are looking for a specific chapter-it is easier to navigate on that. I appreciated the author's efforts in breaking down the difference between charity and real impact.
His insights into labor force, migration and poverty-got me thinking of some of the policies and laws in my country, Kenya, that contribute to the economy.
I would recommend this to anyone interested in sustainable development and above all, one who wants to put developing countries first- in setting their agenda.
Thanks Netgalley for the eARC.
