A collection of twelve essays sharing how the claims and writings of the New Atheist movement, including Richard Dawkins, lead twelve different people to convert or rediscover their Christian faith. An interesting look into how these different interactions with the New Atheist movement were critical to each of the authors faith journeys resulting in a stronger Christian faith. The stories of the personalities, writings, and debates for and against the New Atheist movement were also discussed in many of these essays. I found this book a thought provoking read. I received a free kindle edition of this book from the Publisher.

A wonderful book containing essays of individuals who came to faith as a result of interaction with New Atheists. The essays lean more toward academic in nature and tone, but are well worth the read and consideration. Each author came to faith by their own path, but raise interesting questions for consideration and examination.

Thank you to the publisher and NetGalley for access to this e-arc!

I cannot recommend this book. It does not reference Dawkins ' book enough for a common thread to develop.

It was very interesting to see how each of the authors came to Christ from atheism. I was encouraged to note that God can use the most unlikely sources to draw people to Himself, and challenged to approach my own faith with intellectual rigor and to offer grace and acceptance to those who are on the way.

12 essays written by people from different walks of life (including scholars) and different parts of the world tell how, counterintuitively, atheist Richard Dawkins helped them become Christians. Each of them encountered the arguments for atheism and against religion made by Dawkins, and subsequently became atheists. Yet eventually they rejected atheism in favor of Christianity. (No author intends to make a personal attack against Dawkins. Several are openly grateful to him for bringing to light issues and arguments that need to be addressed by Christians.) The fascinating essays combine personal experiences and logical arguments to show that the Christian faith is fuller and richer than the caricatures and stereotypes often propounded by Dawkins and other New Atheists.
