A multichannel digital journey that is both easy to use and very thorough for retailers. The author's former employer, Tesco, serves as a major case study in the book, and there are other fascinating retail instances as well. I think the Tesco case study is interesting because it traces the company's evolution from a traditional brick-and-mortar store to a more modern, customer-centric, and individualized online retail strategy. Disruptive firms like Deliveroo and JustEat are helping many traditional businesses, such as cafes and restaurants, find new digital ways to connect with their customers. There are some fantastic ideas in the book that you can put into practice in your retail business right now.
