Thank you First Second Books and NetGalley for an advanced copy in exchange for my honest review.

I started residing this series because my 9 year old nephew loved it. When I say I have devoured everyone so far is an understatement! I love the puns! its so great they always have me laughing!

This book was no different, however it felt really Scooby-Doo esque. Which is not a bad thing. I really with there was Crackerdile/Waffledile/Rockodile/Radioactidile in this book. I guess I will just have to wait for the next one.

A funny and full of puns story kids will love, as usual. Two alligators, thus InvestiGators, are tasked with a new mission to find out why captain of a cruise ship ended up going crazy, and his passengers were missing. A truly engaging story that made me laugh all the way to the end.

Thank you NetGalley and First Second Books for the ARC of InvestiGators: All Tide Up by John Patrick Green.
This children's book is a literary gem, skillfully blending puns and humor that will have young readers and their parents chuckling with every turn of the page. We meet the Coast Gourds rescuing a ship captain at sea. The very short rescue couldn't have been any fishier, when the captain seems to be quite in shock and shaken up terribly. there is a possible chance that the passengers and crew aboard had perished. Did they ship sink or not?

The Coast Gourds eager to know the outcome reach out to InvestiGators Brash and Mango to uncover the truth behind the SeaDues I ship. And their work gets easier, yet complicated when billionaire Bill N. Dollaz, owner of the expedition company decides to send a second ship on an expedition with 500 passengers and 8 crew members! Will Brash and Mango be able to uncover the truth before SeaDues II gets into danger?

Follow the silly, fun filled, pun soaked adventure by the duo and get shocked by the twist at the end.
But what truly elevates "InvestiGators: All Tide Up" is the captivating artwork that brings this comic book to life. The illustrations are an absolute visual delight, making every scene burst with energy and charm. My kids will definitely love this and i am sure yours will also love it.

My 10 year old LOVED it, as he does all the InvestiGators books. We’ve been anxiously awaiting this one! Excellent kid humor that appeals to adults too :)

I received this book from the publisher via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

My daughter said she will never not enjoy anything written by John Patrick Green, as she loved The Kitten Construction Company and all of the InvestiGators series. Who wouldn't love a pair of quirky alligator agents that tackles tough cases. She loves the series for its witty dialogue, amusing art and playful storytelling.

This book was no exception, ahoy for some sea time fun with your favourite detectives.

My children loved this book, so it is going to be used in a local summer program for youth. Thanks for this series--it is highly engaging and has brought me so much joy to read.

Investigators: All Tide Up is the latest instalment in the Investigators universe and, as always, it did not disappoint! Both my 4 and almost-9 year olds absolutely love the antics, puns and humour. These books keep parents entertained too! This can be read as a standalone if you wish, but the series does have some world building - and the series is fantastic so I'd highly recommend them all.

Thank you to First Second Books and Netgalley for this ARC - my almost-9 was absolutely thrilled to get this as an advanced copy!

I think this series would be a great alternative to Dog Man or Captain Underpants. I love the puns and the writing is just overall better.

My creative team (my 14, 10, and 7 year old boys and myself) really enjoyed the opportunity to read the advance copy of this book. Here is our honest review:
When I told my 10 year old he could help me review an InvestiGators book before anyone could buy it he practically jumped out of his skin in excitement. The 10 year old says that he loved the humor throughout the book and the mystery with the twist at the end. My 14 year old says that the plot line is funny and entertaining. He loves the play on words. My 7 year old loves InvestiGators because they are funny, Mango is his favorite character.
I think there are so many benefits to graphic novels. If you can help kids begin to love reading they will continue to grow as readers and many kids will love reading InvestiGators, which will help them become lifelong readers. Even when there is potty humor in the book (though I was grateful that there was only one small potty humor part in this book since those are not my personal favorites). As a mother and teacher I love that InvestiGators appeals to a wide range of ages and reading levels. InvestiGators: All Tide Up can be read quickly by many. And for many, after finishing the book, they will enjoy going back and rereading and laughing again.

Brash and Mango are back with another silly pun-filled adventure. When a cruise captain is rescued after his ship goes missing, the coast gourd is suspicious, and the InvestiGators take the job. They sleuth around the corporate offices of the cruise line's new owner, Bill N. Dollaz, and discover that he's sending out yet another ship of vacationers. The gators have to find out what he's up to and stop it before even more people disappear forever.

This is the funniest book I've read since Alcatraz vs the Evil Librarians, or maybe since the Wretched Waterpark. Either way, the InvestiGators is hilarious. I laughed out loud at the flawless execution of myriad puns, and I was delighted by the mystery and even the character growth. I can't believe I've never read any of this series before, but that's about to change!

Thank you to NetGalley and First Second publishing for this ARC. All opinions are my own.

What a punny book! A cute story following two of our favorite characters Mango and Brash as they figure out why the passengers on a cruise ship have gone missing. Lots of fun puns and plays on words throughout to keep even adults giggling! Another gem from John Patrick Green!

This is the 7th installment of the InvestiGator's series by John Patrick Green. I read this book with my son (8) who is a huge fan and collects all InvestiGator's books--he absolutely LOVED it and can't wait to get his hands on a copy! He was so surprised he could read this in advance.

Mango and Brash, missing cruise ship, piiirrrraaates, tons of adventures and a great deal of punny jokes! The puns has always been my favorite with it comes to InvestiGators. The artwork were amazing and it really brought the characters' conversations to life. My son's favorite parts were bringing back some of the characters from previous installments and the mystery! The ending was not as predicted, it was so perfect. My son was already asking to read the next InvestiGators book!

Warmest thanks to NetGalley for the Advanced, publisher, and the author for letting me read this e-book copy of this title.

Another good story in the InvestiGators series. Artwork is, as always, enjoyable and clear so you know who is who from start to finish. The mystery was fun and not as predictable - there was a definite twist - as some of the previous books in the series. I have not found the other spin off series as enjoyable, so I was happy to be back with the original crew as they sorted out the disappearance of the cruise ship.

There are so many puns that it can be a little much at times, but I suspect that kids would not catch all of them, and they and the malapropisms are definitely used as teachable moments for early and developing readers.

You don't have to have read the other books in the series to be able to pick up this one and enjoy it, but they definitely build off of each other in more than just the footnotes way. If you have read the other books, this was another great addition and probably the one that I enjoyed the most to date. Maybe it's because I have finally settled into the style of storytelling and the puns, and that I know the characters better as well as their competencies and incompetencies.

I don't want to spoil anything but C-ORB played a more prominent role here, which was long awaited and much deserved. I think that he was my favourite part of this book.

Thank you to NetGalley, the author and the publisher for letting me read this in advance in exchange of my honest review.
This book is a 5 star and really makes me want to read the other books in the series! This is a fun book that adults will enjoy reading themselves or along side their children. As a mom with 2 small boys, I enjoyed reading this with them and hearing their giggles. There were even many times I giggled at some of the puns in the book. John Patrick Green did an amazing job with the plot and the characters of the book. There were tie in to other books within the series and that was great! My sons wanted to know the next part and were super engaged in listening to this story! I enjoyed the many tangents that the story had, as that is how my brain works as well. This was such a fast, fun paced book and would recommend for all to venture on. Also this is written in a comic book style with great illustrations that really captured your eye and attention. There were also some good life lessons within the story!

I really loved this graphic novel. I easily jumped into the story despite it being the 7th of the series (I think?) and I haven't read any of the other books.

The two main characters Mango and Brash are super lovable. Brash is surprisingly level-headed and smart, while Mango easily gets distracted and comedically misunderstands words. There are tons of cute puns throughout the book.

I think kids will love this book as it has pirates, crime solving, cute characters, fun puns, and so much more. I also think the plot will help them learn more about why billionaires are bad.

All opinions are my own. I received a copy of this book for free in exchange for an honest review.

My nine-year-old reviewer pronounced this "the funniest InvestiGators yet" and immediately started writing some Mango/Brash fan fiction. Suffice it to say that I'll be preordering this for the library, and I'm sure it will be one of the year's most anticipated releases for my patrons!

Many thanks to the creator, publisher, and NetGalley for the opportunity to read and review!

Hilarious addition to the series written by John Patrick Green with color by Wes Dzioba. When a cruise ship goes missing and only the captain is found floating at sea, Mango and Brash are on the case with their hilarious puns and antics. And a smart critique of generational wealth transfers! There is even a funny 80s movie reference for parents to get. I read this one with my daughter who declared it the best one yet. Can't wait to get our hardcover. Thank you so much to Netgalley and the publisher for the chance to read early. Highly recommend this series and everything else Green creates!!

A missing cruise ship and passengers, ghosts, pirates, high seas adventure, and a bounty of pirate puns… All Tide Up will keep readers of all ages laughing out loud over Mango and Brash’s antics as they don pirate gear, do their best to talk like pirates, and go undercover to locate hundreds of missing passengers from the infamous pirate ghost, Willy Nilly.

My kids (5 & 7), who are HUGE fans of the InvestiGator series and have read them all multiple times, declared All Tide Up is their new favorite. The pirate theme was a big hit and they loved the callbacks to previous books and reuniting with favorite characters from stories past. They said All Tide Up gets all the stars!

The best way to get some love from my kids is to tell them I have the new Investigators book. If I tell them I got an ARC of the next one it’s even better 😏
My 2 sons and I have been loving those books for the last few years and we always laugh so much at Mango and Brash’s puns and crazy ideas!

I’m letting my 13 y.o son review this one since he’s an avid fan of the series:

“I was so happy to read the new Investigators!

I really liked:
- that we learned more about the Seven backstory, how he lost his arm…
- the puns, the jokes, the play on words like usual
- the mentions of a possible return of Daryl with the baker gone,…
- the new character Bill with the golden tower/the golden pipes,…
- the return of some favourite characters (I don’t want to say who to avoid spoiler ;)
- the twist and the turns of the story, the ending is unexpected

Can’t wait for next book hoping for Daryl’s return!”

Thank you NetGalley for the advanced copy. We will get our physical copy as usual to add to our collection and to reread often!

InvestiGators: All Tide Up is another delightfully humorous addition to this series by John Patrick Green. The puns are just as funny as always. Mango and Brash a two of my favorite graphic novel characters for kids and I love to see them continue to grow in their relationship. This volume had a stronger Scooby-Doo vibe then other volumes have had but I actually found myself really enjoying that shift since it kept the story feeling fresh. Overall another great adventure for the InvestiGators.
