Although I'm not currently in a position to benefit from the advice in this book, I hope to be able to do so in the future. I was curious about what short-term renters should be doing and this book had a lot of really good information.

I'll be sure to keep this on my bookshelf for when I actively need it.

This was a United States book, and therefore, because I live in the UK, some of the information was irrelevant to me. However, I found the bit about the entrepreneurial mindset to be very useful. Much of the book was useful, so I don't regret my requesting it, Thank you so much to netgalley and the publishers for giving me a copy of the book.
