Another delightful regency romance by Natalie Kleinman that is steadily paced and entertaining. The characters are likeable making for a refreshing and enjoyable read.

After being tricked by a previous suitor which almost ruined her reputation and a first season which didn't go too well, all Rebecca wants to do is put the past behind her and enjoy the upcoming season. There she meets Comte Hugo de Berge who is as handsome as he is wealthy, a Frenchman who is a friend of her brother's and recently arrived in London. Although she is drawn to him she is still very wary after her previous ordeal last Season.

Rebecca blossoms this season and though she is captivated by the charming Hugo, he cannot remain in London and must return to France where troubles of his own plague him. In light of certain family secrets coming to light, he needs to return home to deal with them. But will he return? And will Rebecca have her happy ending at last?

A delightfully easy read that was most enjoyable, this tale is also a quick read at just 221 pages. I raced through it rather quickly. This book has everything you love in a regency romance.

Thoroughly enjoyable.

This is a wonderful Regency romance! I enjoyed the way the author went back and forth between the Hugo and Rebecca showing how each character developed and shared their side of the relationship. It was so fun reading about the feelings that grew between them and what each character said and didn’t say. This is the first book by Natelie Klineman that I have read and look forward to reading more books by her. I am also pleased to find out that there are more books in this series. She did a great job of providing enough information to all you to enjoy this story without reading the rest of the series. If you enjoy sweet, clean romances this is the book for you.

A nice regency novel, Rebecca the main character is engaging and sweet. It relies a little too much on dramatic turns, and didn’t feel like it developed the love story much. There seemed to be only a few scenes in which Rebecca and the love interest actually interact, and a lot more dashing about from England to France and back again.

I have read a couple of Ms Kleinman's books in the past and have enjoyed them and this one also did not disappoint. This is an enjoyable, well-paced Regency with likable characters. Rebecca's first Season didn't go so well, and after the experience she had with her last suitor, all she wants to do is put the past behind her and enjoy the upcoming Season. She meets Comte Hugo du Berge who is a handsome and wealthy Frenchman, a friend of her brother's who has recently arrived in London, and is drawn to him. But she is reluctant to give her heart away because of the ordeal she went through during last Season. As captivated as Hugo is by Rebecca, he cannot stay in London. With certain family secrets coming to light, he needs to return to France to deal with them. Will he return to England and will Rebecca have her chance at her happy ending?
A well-written story that captured my interest from the start and kept me engaged till the end. A very pleasant, proper, and charming romance that was a delightful read. Definitely recommend for lovers of clean, Regency romances.

Some Day My Prince Will Come is a historical fiction novel that's great for fans of Bridgerton and regency-era fiction

Things you'll find:
*Ball season in London*
*Romance*
*Reunited families*

This novel is pretty fast paced, which makes for easy, light reading. Nearly all the characters are likeable with few flaws, something that may be off putting to some readers, but I found it to be a refreshing take. We see our protagonist, Rebecca, blossom into one of the most popular young women of the season, though her heart belongs to Hugo, a French aristocrat with troubles of his own plaguing him at home.

The writing could use a bit more polishing as sometimes it felt as though we were flying through scenes and actions were meshed together in short, unorganized bursts. However, overall, the story is a whimsical, predictable regency romance.

After being tricked by a previous suitor and almost ruining her reputation, Rebecca is eager to put the past behind her and has decided she will enjoy the upcoming London season. She quickly becomes enamored with one of her brothers friends, Comte Hugo du Berge but is hesitate to give her heart away again so quickly.

Comte Hugo is a wealthy Frenchman that is reluctant to form attachments as he has to return to France often in order to uncover some family secrets.

They write each other often and quickly become friends leading both to wonder if they could be more.

This everything you want in a Regency Romance.

"In the meantime, me dearest, tread gently, for you carry my heart." Swoon.

SOME DAY MY PRINCE WILL COME by NATALIE KLEINMAN is a delightful Regency romance which, although it follows The Wishing Well, can easily stand alone. I really enjoy the author’s description of life in Britain in the early 1800’s, and with the inclusion of Hugo, the Compte du Berge, and his exciting story which takes him back to the family chateau in France, we have an interesting mix of characters and situations.
Both Hugo and Brew Ware have family history which drew them into a close friendship when they were together in the army in France - Hugo having been sent as a child to live with his uncle in England during the trouble in France, not knowing if his parents and sister are still alive, and Brew is now reconciled with his father after having had a bad relationship with him for many years.
Rebecca Ware goes to London for her second season, older and wiser after her near humiliation the year before. She is still hoping to find her prince…..
That is all I am going to tell you for fear of spoiling things for you.
I was given a free copy of the book by NetGalley from Sapere Books. The opinions in this review are completely my own.
