No plot, smut, smutty, soulmates..
This is a short story that should be longer. I couldn’t connect to any of the guys.
And it’s only porny.
If you are still reading, you should know they are brothers.
Thank you to #NetGalley for providing this ARC, for which I promised to give an honest review
This follows what every other reverse harem book is doing right now. You have your FMC who is in need of some sort of attention. You have your alpha/leader in this case it was Knox the older brother. He was hurt/can't love (or in this case kiss) and the FMC breaks this down and gives him his heart back, you have the fun one (Finn) who has a connection with the character because he can make her enjoy things and see things while she gives him the settle down feels so he will stop having one night stands unless its with her and then you have the nerdy one who is more reserved and has some sort of thing going on (Lachlan) who she gives her love to and makes him come out of his shell.
It follows this mold and is so predictable.
There is also a few minor things.
Calling her sexy toy Hemmy was cringe. I hated it so much that it felt like it was taking the sexy out of any sex scenes.
The three months later and then five sentences in says six months later had me a bit confused. Also in the start of the book she starts walking towards Finn but when they switch POV she is staring at his butt and Knox is besides her. I was just confused.
I could have done without the poetry.
While I appreciate the opportunity to read this book, I am hesitant to leave a review. Thank you to the author who gave this a valiant effort, to NetGalley, & Innes Field LLC publishers for the eARC!
This should have been titled "Between her Thighs" for all the time spent there. This read more like a corny porn flick than an erotic tale of a woman finding her 3 soulmates on a quick 10 day work trip to Ireland. Everything about this encounter. First off the main character is mind boggling. A deep southern girl who is far too southern if she truly moved around as much as stated, who is a math genius working at an accountant firm where she is struggling to keep up with the men who finally sets roots and buys a house (a goal she is absolutely thrilled about) who is in Scotland for work (who knows why) and this trip will solidify her place at her firm back in Texas. She hasn't done the deed in over a year because guys are repelled by her beauty and brains because they just want to be satisfied and not satisfy her needs. BUT WAIT, she's too timid to ask these other men for what she wants, while maintaining she isn't so timid in packing her "toys" for her 10 day work trip in her carry-on. Its 10 days!!!!!
ANWAY, are you seeing the start of my frustration yet?
Lets just say this trend continues through the entire book.
My rating isn't very good and it crushes me to do so, but I am liberally giving this 1 star out of 5.
Maybe a few regrets!!!!
3.5 stars! Well, this was just a deliciously dirty time. It was fast, definitely insta-love, but it was just a fun read. I think you go into this book blind and just know there’s not going to be much plot, but there is a whole lot of spice, and it is DELIGHTFUL.
I feel like Lachlan had the best character development, making him my favorite of the three brothers. But Finn and Knox are nothing to scoff at. I loved the setting and could picture myself in the Scottish bar, watching their story play out.
A huge thank you to the publisher for the ARC copy in exchange for my honest review!
I love the story, the characters and the spice. I love how the story grasps you from the start and at least I was immediately hooked.
I like the brithers’ strong bond and how they are so different from each other but they make the perfect trio. And when Georgia is introduced to the mix, it’s go go go from there.
I’m a big fan of RH erotica and this is a perfect book in that genre. I wish the story moved on a bit slower though and that we could get a bit of fuller plot to the story.
All in all, I loved the book and I cannot wait to read the next book!
I did not love this book. It had potential, and I might read a book by this author in future, but the book fell short. The book wasn’t very long, but included a lot of “deep” conversations about issues the main characters were having that I don’t feel like were properly expanded on. The deep conversations also came so out of nowhere that I would cringe when I read them. Georgia knew all the brothers for 48 hours before they started laying their life’s problems on her. I think the book would have been better if it had been longer.
It's smut. And as smut, it is fine at being what it is.
Premise: American girl (Georgia) goes to Scotland for short term job reasons. She rents a flat above a pub that three hot Scottish brothers (Knox, Finn, and Lachlan) own and operate. Within the first 12% of the book, she's being finger-fucked on a packed dancefloor by a guy she's known for about five minutes. Two minutes after that, she's with two of the brothers in an alley. Fifteen minutes after that she is sleeping with the third brother.
The author attempts to spin a story that shows why the reverse harem seems to work and why each "couple" seems to complete each other, and its ok I suppose, but not really necessary. The reasons are fine, but honestly, if you're reading smut, I don't think anyone is really thinking about the story behind it.
This is a fast read...Novella length. It ends with an HEA which I have a hard time thinking the Texas father would be cool with, but hey, what do I know. Some of the verbiage is repetitive, describing Knox as the protector, Finn as the easy going one, Lachlan as the adoring poetic one...it must have been stated a half-dozen times in this very short book.
The smut was fine, repetitive towards the end, and honestly for basic health reasons, a little unbelievable that no one wears condoms, and that Georgia doesn't end up with some form of infection due to the anal/vaginal/oral sex combo. Basic sex-ed for readers who don't know: take proper precautions when going from anal to vaginal sex...I would be astounded if Georgia didn't need to take a round of antibiotics after that encounter.
All and all, it's fine. A quick read with some cute Scottish lads. Don't think I'll read the next book which will most likely include another male trio and Georgia's friend Darcie...not enough substance to want a refresh.

Wow what a read! Only a couple of chapters until the heat was turned up.
I liked how she had connections with each of the brothers and that they all went with it too. Could have been more ‘normal’ story with each one but would love to see how the story continues.
Could put it down and look forward to the next in the series.
HOT, HOT, HOT!
This book is steamy! You have 3 brothers who are all "damaged" in their own way. Each provides something different to make the perfect man for the female character. I loved how she kind of went with her gut and the flow. HOT read and cannot wait to read the next in the series!
Georgia goes to Edinburgh, Scotland after buying her first house, as part of a work trip, and while she is there she meets 3 sexy Scottish MacLeod men. Knox, Finn, and Lachlan sweep her off her feet and give her the steamiest 10 days. Will she choose to move into her new house or choose the 3 men who knock her socks off?
Great read if you are into the Why Choose? Movement ☺️
Very spicy. Super approved.
A quick read completed the whole book in just over an hour. The story itself is a little far fetched. Other's might love it but storyline was lacking something.
I'm not usually a smut reader but this book definitely drew me in and I would look at reading more from this author and genre in the future.
WOW!!!! All i can say is this book kept my attention. ...The spicy OMG!!! LOVED IT!!! Of the 3 brother's Knox was my favorite...I love the connection Georgia had we each brother, Each one was different.......I want more!!! Highly recommend!!!! Can't wait to read more from Lily Manning!!!
First and foremost I would like to thank Netgalley and Innes Field LLc for allowing me to read this book as an arc in exchange for an honest review.
I enjoyed reading this book.
The book is about three Scottish brothers. I love the fact that every brother has a different personality with his own way of dealing with there past.
Georgia has to go to Scotland for work. She meets the three hot Scottish brothers and they immediatly hit it of.
She creates a bond with all three them on a different level. It’s nice to see how she interacts with every brother in an other way.
So if you like a why choose, feel good romance with a lot of spice this book is certainly for you. It is such a quick and easy read.
If you like steamy, semi taboo erotica, then this book is for you! It has a quick but good plot, slightly unbelievable but let's face it, we aren't reading this genre for the plot ;)
Oh, ok..... um, yeah..... Where to start with this book. One chapter in and I struggled not to DNF it.
The cover is aesthetically pleasing. If you want a book with all smut and no plot.... its perfect for you. I love a good spicy detailed book and I have read my fair share of spicy books of all levels, but this was just not written well. It felt like the author just wanted to fit in as many spicy scenes as possible but forgot about the direction the book was supposed to go. I felt like it had potential if it had been better thought through and scenes tied together better, but sadly missed the mark. It was fast paced but the pacing felt very disconnected.
Thank you to NetGalley and Innes Field LLC for letting me read and review this book.
if you want a reverse harem with lots of smut and little plot this is the one!!! i love it absolutely consumed it in a day!! incredible
Making Her Theirs is a spicy reverse harem novel set in Edinburgh, UK.
This book is all about the spice rather than the plot.
The scenes are pretty tame and moderately written, unfortunately the plot is so shallow, it gets pretty boring fast.
Overall, it was ok
This just wasn’t my cup of tea. I can see other people eating it up but I need more. More plot, and more character development. The style of writing reminds me of the paperback novels you grab in the grocery store isle.
I'm so torn about this book. I loved the story, but felt like it could've been much longer. I felt like the whole plot was rushed and time wasn't taken to develop the burning love that the characters had for each other. I gladly would've read twice as many pages! I loved the chemistry and characters, just wish we had more of them.
Also it should be noted that I read an ARC version, but the epilogue says 3 months later, but when the characters are talking it is 6 months later. Minor detail, but I'm a stickler for details.
