Trevor Wild needs some extra income in order to keep his ranch up and running. Sabrina Hearthstone is an expert at the glamping experience. When this unlikely duo pairs up sparks start flying. Will they overcome their vast differences in order to explore what’s building between them? Or will it all come crashing down.

The chemistry between Trevor and Sabrina is good. I liked Sabrina’s character slightly more towards the end of the book rather than the beginning. I would have liked to see her succeeding more rather than always messing up with the glamping. I wish Sabrina took full responsibility for the accident at the end of the book and fixed things herself.

3/5

This was a quick and romantic cowboy summer read.

An opposites attract romance, between a grumpy head rancher, and a “city girl” coming in to help improve the ranch to turn a profit.

Sabrina is an adventure coordinator; and is coming to Trevor’s family ranch to upgrade the land for “glamping”. He hates change, but is willing to let her try because they need the money.

She has all of these ideas, but he has rules and lists. And none of them allow for much change. Over time, she slowly gets him to accept her ideas. More so by asking forgiveness than permission.

The two butt heads, and bicker, but there is underlying heat and attraction.

I wish there was more character development, and that we got to see more of them together as a couple. This book is on the shorter side, so part of it felt rushed in order to get to the big ILY declaration.

It was light hearted and enjoyable over all, I just wish I got to see more back story and/or character development with Trevor and Sabrina.

Trevor Wild is wanting to save his ranch that has been in his family for generations. Looking at doing anything to try to save it his brother Trent who is the sheriff in town signed a woman named Sabrina to start a glamping program at the ranch. When Trevor arrives home from a convention she is there ready to get started at turning his ranch into glamping. He of course has a list of things that need to be done first before they can begin getting started. By the time you get into the story the two of them are doing more than working together and she of course is making lite of his lists, she has also broken down most of his barriers. A good story with good characters.

This book took off right from the beginning, throwing the reader into Wildhorse Ranch without preamble. The story told throughout is a good read, but slowing down the pace to create more character and world building could have made it an amazing read. I'd definitely give this author another read if I was in the mood for a quick read again!

This is a well written story which is action packed, emotionally charged, and with trust, family, friendships, humor, witty banter, suspense, danger, intrigue, twists, and love, which leads to an entertaining, unpredictable, and steamy addictive page turner.

The premise of this book was cute and easy to get into and above all, believable which is where I feel like a lot of contemporary romance misses the mark.

I didn’t totally love the pacing in this, everything felt a bit too fast for me, but if you’re someone who appreciates a quick read, this might be a great option for you. I also didn’t feel like I connected with either of the main characters, which is usually what makes reading a romance compelling.

All in all, this was a quick and easy read that was mostly enjoyable.

I laughed at all of the list that Trevor has. It's usually something that the women in a story have.
Sabrina tried so hard to make sure that Trevor would be okay with everything that she chose for the Glamping business that they were starting. He was equally trying hard to keep it away from his ranch.
When they start to work together sparks fly. Most because of the chemistry that they have. Some from the mistakes that Sabrina keeps making.
I loved reading, Wild Ride.

Thank you to NetGalley for ARC of this book, in exchange for my honest opinion.

Trevor is about to lose his family ranch, unless he starts bringing in money. So he hires Sabrina to set up a glamping business on site, to try and help bring in some income. Butting heads at every decision, and project the two get off to a rough start. But as they start to spend more time together, and learn to work together their bond begins to grow. As Sabrina’s feelings for Trevor get stronger, she begins to worry what will happen between them when her job at the ranch is all done.

I really enjoyed this short and sweet read by Leslie North. I loved the setting of the Ranch in Texas, and not to mention the swoon worthy men. Leslie is great at romances that are weaved together perfectly, sprinkled with some spice, and a lovely happily ever after.

I’m already looking forward to the next book in this series, about Trevor’s brother Dylan
