50 Ways to More Calm, Less Stress by Megy Karydes is an incredible read.
Easy to read and nothing too difficult to comprehend. I can almost say that reading the book is calming on it's own.
I have to say that some tips were not it for me. It could be because of my age. Once I am in my thirties I would read it.
Over the last six months, I have really tried to focus on my mental health and building a toolkit to help deal with my anxiety and OCD. For this reason, I have recently read a ton of self-help books focused around living with anxiety and OCD and many other mental illnesses. 50 Ways to More Calm, Less Stress is on the lighter side of the spectrum of books that I’ve read. It doesn’t do a lot of deep diving, but it has a ton of great tips and tricks for combating basic anxiety and stress in your life.
I loved this. I will utilize the tools learned from this book and will also teach clients these skills. Can't wait to purchase!

Good practical resource to remind us of things that can calm and relieve stress. Most of these are things we already know, but it’s a good affirmation!
"50 Ways to More Calm, Less Stress: Scientifically Proven Ways to Relieve Anxiety and Boost Your Mental Health Using Your Five Senses", by Megy Karydes, offers its readers a variety of methods to help decrease anxiety and make you feel happier. While many of these methods I've heard of before, there were several new ideas that I hadn't anticipated. My favorite portion was the section on gardening, and the benefits that can be gained from the natural bacteria in the soil. I was really interested to read what benefits can be had from the soil bacteria. This book will be very beneficial for readers looking for ways to relieve their anxiety.
