Another of Debbie's books that drew me in, and I didn't want to leave. It is almost like I live in Cedar Cove.
Jo-Marie now has her Inn up and running, with a lot of help from grumpy Mark, Jack of all trades and major fixer. After a phone call she is now hanging on to a hope that her husband Paul, may still be alive??
We meet Annie who is here to put on a wonderful 50th anniversary celebration for her Grandparents. Who brings them...oh no. It's that horrible next door neighbor who pick on her terribly as a child and teen. She wants nothing to do with him. She is also just broken her engagement..for the second time to Lenny, a cheating man. Lets hope she doesn't go back to him.
We also meet Mary, who came from New York City for the weekend. A far trip for a woman under cancer treatments. Why would she risk her health to come so far for so little time?? There are answers here.
We also find out about some of the folks that we met in the first book, and have meetings with some of our old Cedar Cove friends. Love it!!
Cozy up for a wonderful read and kind of a reunion to the fantastic town of Cedar Cove.

I received this book through Net Galley, and was not required to give a positive review.

Another catch up back list book from a few years ago.
Yes I’m behind!
This is book 2 in the series which I’ve been meaning to read.

It’s a quaint read like all of Debbie Macomber books are. She takes every day people people and every day situations and make them into enthralling and engaging stories to read

Second book in Debbie Macomber new series The Inn at Rose Harbor
A spin-off series from her popular Cedar Cove series.

Wonderful addition to the Debbie Macomber collection. This is the second book in this Rose Harbor Series by Debbie Macomber.
Rose Harbor in Bloom.(Rose Harbor #2).
The Inn at Rose Harbor (Rose Harbor #1) by Debbie Macomber

A great addition to Debbie Macomber's easy reading novels about family and friendships in a small town.
This new addition is a spin-off of sorts from her hugely popular Cedar Cove series which is now televised on Hallmark Channel. The characters at Rose Harbor are as friendly and hospitable as their neighbors in Cedar Cove. The setting revolves around a newly widowed woman who pours all her energy into the Inn which she was supposed to run with her husband. The interesting characters who come by for a visit are sure to delight.

The story continues with Jo Marie putting the final touches on the Inn with help from a handyman who doesn't like to talk about himself much. Although she finds him incorrigible at times, they seem to enjoy each other's company. A friendship appears to be in bloom at Rose Harbor Inn.

Thanks to NetGalley I’ve just read two new books, both destined to be bestsellers. Rose Harbor in Bloom is the latest from Debbie Macomber. It’s the second book in the Rose Harbor series; readers of the Cedar Cove books will recognise some of the walk-on characters. Jo Marie Rose still can’t quite believe that her husband Paul has died in Afghanistan because his body has never been found. She’s making a new start by opening The Inn at Rose Harbor and has a prickly relationship with Mark, a handyman and gardener who is supposed to be helping her out. The story centres on the guests at the inn. Annie has organized a fiftieth wedding anniversary party for her grandparents, Kent and Julie Shivers. They’re supposed to have a perfect marriage, so why are they constantly sniping at each other? They’ve been driven down by Oliver, a family friend. This horrifies Annie, who dislikes him, while everyone else thinks she and Oliver were made for each other. The anniversary crowd fills most of the inn but there’s room for a solitary guest, Mary Smith, a successful career woman until she was struck by cancer. She’s still undergoing treatment but wants to get in touch with her former fiancé, George. Several story threads, a pretty setting, a sure hit with fans of Debbie Macomber.
