As a history nerd, this one sounded great to me and it was indeed very good. The pacing was quick but not too quick which allowed the author to develop their story and characters. It was action packed but also allowed for some time off with our protagonists and their lives. I must say, the romance parts cringed me a bit but other than that, it was a very good story although the ending was a little unbelievable to me. 3.5 stars
