This is a book I went into expecting nothing but what I got from reading the book is that we are all Bob, we know a Bob, we have seen a Bob at week and we are scared of being Bob. The book follows Bob who worked extremely hard and led quite a team. One day he is called up to the seventh floor while he was expecting a promotion he got fired instead. To what may fail like a bad day quickly becomes a never ending tale . It's a story of loss, leadership and self discovery.

I enjoy parable stories for leadership/business lessons. They pack a powerful punch. This one resonates as well as Patrick Lencioni for business and Daniel Quinn in self help. Well done.
