This was my second Lucy Score book after Mr. Fixer Upper. I had been seeing her name for a while but never picked one of her books up. I am SO glad I did. I loved Cat and Noah's story. Their relationship-building, miscommunication, and the plausibility of the story all make for a good satisfying read. While I don't think I loved it AS much as Gannon and Paige's story, it was still solid. Thanks for the ARC!

Cat is on a mission to save the small town of Merry after a devastating flood. But first, she must win over grumpy city manager, Noah.
Just like the first book in this series, it's classic Lucy Score. The small town feel really comes through with this one! The quirky townsfolk are all over this and I'm here for it! Beyond that, you get to see returning characters from book one (infusing Paige and Gannon!).
Cat is one of my fave FMCs. She is so strong yet super sassy. You can just feel her determination the entire book. Add to that, grumpy Noah who you can see is just perfect for her. The burn for these two is seriously hot. The spice is well placed and so well written!
-small town
-TV show
-single dad
-grumpy/sunshine
Thank you to the author, publisher, and NetGalley for the gifted copy. My reviews are always honest.

This Christmas Fix is a great Christmas read. Noah and Cat have such explosive chemistry. Noah doesn't want Cat and her camera crew anywhere near his town but Cat is a very determined woman with a huge heart and won't let him tell her no. Mr. Fixxer Upper is the first book in this series and even though The Christmas Fix can absolutely be read as a stand alone, I recommend reading the first book in the series as well. You get to see more of Cat while getting a great story about her brother's love and now in The Christmas Fix you also get her brother and family making an appearance which I always love seeing where these characters end up in the future.
I highly recommend this book, it will definitely put you in the Christmas spirit.
Thank you to Lucy Score, SOURCEBOOKS Bloom Books, and Netgalley for this ARC

Great Christmas read- check, the return of some great characters- check check
I really enjoyed Book 1 in this series and was excited to read part 2, it definitely didn’t disappoint with old characters and new with a splash of Christmas cheer- another great read from Lucy Score!

The best book to start the christmas season! Lucy Score nails it with the holiday season! This review is none spoiler.. I will have the spoiler on goodreads! Thanks for allow me to review this book!

lucy score could literally never do me wrong. lucy score plus christmas? a recipe for nothing. but a good time!!! love this love her love christmas

I loved the banter in this book! The enemies to lovers aspect was done beautifully and it had a good amount of holiday aspects.
Catalina is a home renovation tv star and wants to use her influence to help a small town that was hit by a storm— just in time for Christmas. The problem? The city manager Noah isn’t on board.
Over the course of her special, Noah learns that Catalina isn’t what he assumed she would be.
It lacked a little bit of dimension in the plot but it was overall a fun read!

I love this Christmas book so so much. It's Christmas meets HGTV and I absolutely loved it. Per usual, Lucy Score gives you all of the laughs and romance. It's a top Christmas read for me and I love this new cover!

When a hurricane devastates the small town of Merry, Cat King and her renovation team offer to step in to help clean up the town and get it restored by Christmas. Noah Yates, the town’s manager is less than thrilled to have a TV crew invading his town. While his first impression of Cat is left lacking, Noah realizes that it is for the good of the town to cooperate.
The Christmas Fix is the second book in the Fixer series. It is an open-door romance and can be read as a stand-alone. (I have not yet read the first book in the series but plan to do so soon.)
What I enjoyed about this book wasn’t even the romance. It is so nice to see exes (Noah and Mellody) portrayed as amicable. They’re co-parenting to the best of their abilities without any hostility. I don’t see that as much as I’d like to in books, romance or otherwise. One parent is always made to be the bad person and that is not the case in The Christmas Fix.
If you’re looking for a heartwarming Christmas story with some spice, this may be a great fit for you.
I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own. Thank you to NetGalley and Sourcebooks Bloom Books!

The Christmas Fix by Lucy Score is a heartwarming and steamy romance novel set during the festive season. This delightful story combines tender moments with lighthearted humor, making it a perfect read for Christmas.

I loved everything about this book - such a feel-good holiday story. Cat and Noah are at odds over the restoration of his town at first, but then she and her team gradually win him over. There are lots of little side stories going on in this book, about the townspeople, and their friends and family that really round out the story and make it not just about the romance between Cat and Noah, but the whole town's recovery from disaster.

Absolutely loved it again. Noah is the best. My heart breaks for him as a child. I love seeing how Catalina is portrayed in this book versus Mr. Fixer Upper, her twin brothers book. As if I couldn't love her enough as a take no shit supporting character, she's even better as a main. Shows a different side that I absolutely loved.

The perfect enemies-to-lovers Christmas read! I loved the tropes in this along with the festive atmosphere. Fun little holiday read with emotional depth and interesting characters.

An absolute adorable Christmas book. I was crying by the end, steamy and sexy, Lucy never lets us down with a good read

I’ve never met a Lucy Score book I didn’t like. Add in the Christmas element, and it’s even better! This book is what you want every Hallmark Christmas movie to be like. It has the big city girl, small town single dad & the most magical Christmas town as its backdrop.
Cat & Noah despise each other right off the bat. If you like the enemies to lovers trope, then you’ll love this book!
It was a cute, easy read. It’s the perfect kind of book to snuggle up with by a fire with snow falling outside! I am now officially in the Christmas spirit! 🎄🎅🏽⛄️

A hurricane has left the town of Merry in despair, with ruined houses and floods. Cat convinces Mr Noah to let he and her show and rebuild the town and film. She is trying to accomplish this by Christmas. Noah and Cat had been enemies, but Cat has won him over when he realizes what a special person Cat is. Since Cat is only there long enough to rebuild Merry and leave, she was not looking for a serious relationship, nor fall in love. She is wanting to have fun though, and she may find ways to have it with Noah.
I loved the characters in this book and I enjoyed reading it. I will be looking for more fun to read books by Lucy Score!
Thank you to Netgalley for the copy of this e-book!

This was one of the most enjoyable, non-cringy, Christmas rom com books I have ever read! Loved the enemies to lovers dynamic and the small town/found family coming together to help after a natural disaster. Would definitely recommend!

I have yet to be disappointed by a Lucy Score book. This one was just what I needed to get me into the holiday mood. I loved every second of it and devoured it from cover to cover. I was sucked in since the first page.

The Christmas Fix was… fine. The main characters were both… fine. Neither was particularly likable in my opinion, but they were not unlikable either. I was not a super fan of Cat in Mr. Fixer Upper either, but I had hoped she would be a little more fleshed out in this one- that was not the case. I’ve read a bunch of books with “Christmas towns” that have drawn the setting in a less obvious, corny way- Julie Murphy/Sierra Simone’s collaborations come to mind. For me, the town elicited a lot of eye rolls and didn't seem to find any humor in its ridiculousness. Redeeming qualities: the daughter, the backstory of abuse/neglect, and maybe Cat's assistant.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5
After reading Mr. Fixer Upper, I was hoping Cat would get her own book!
A flood has ruined the small town Merry, Connecticut. And they won’t have time to fix things for their holiday festival. Cat remembered this town from when they filmed her hgtv style show before and is eager to help the town. Noah is a great single dad and the town’s Mayor. He does not want Cat and her tv crew to come in and show their towns distress. But Cat won’t take no for an answer. Soon their hatred towards each other turns into undeniable chemistry.
I loved the banter and sizzling chemistry these two had! I enjoyed watching them develop feelings for each other, and of course, the spice 🔥
This is one of my favorite Christmas books yet! I wish it would be made into a movie!
It’s cozy, charming, and just the most adorable read! Grab your hot chocolate and get ready to devour this book! The perfect Christmas rom-com!
