This book was such a rollercoaster ride from start to finish, I just couldn't put this book down it was so good!!!
This was a great book. I loved every paragraph, every sentence and every word of this masterpiece! I read it in 12 hours, which is a lot for me to do! It had everything and more laid out in the novel! I sure hope There is more to come from this author! I am totally hooked!
SPOILERS.
I absolutely loved this book. I couldn’t wait to pick it up to read at the end of the day.
This is the 2nd book I have read of Ivankas and I can’t wait for her next book. I like her style of writing and her fantastic descriptors of the characters and settings.
This story was one full of twist and turns- I am usually really good at guessing but I didn’t guess with this.
There was a lot to unpack emotionally in this book and It portrayed a narcissistic, toxic and abusive marriage as well as it could along with identifying trauma bonding.
In a happily ever after kind of world- I was hoping that Mallory would leave and find her happy ending elsewhere with the baby.
I was hoping Brad would maybe somehow rescue her or that the baby ended up being his or Craig’s.
All in all- this was a well written, easy reading thriller with some pretty good plot twists. Looking forward to your 3rd book ❤️
Thank you Net Galley for this advance reader copy in exchange for my free and honest review. This was a roller coaster ride from start to finish. Excellent story, characters and plot! Kept me in suspense and guessing the entire time and even the. I was surprised at each new twist. Definitely recommend.
I did try to get into this book, the premise had all of the ingredients I enjoy but I found the character to
Mallory to be unlikeable so I wasn't able to invest so much in the story.
Im sure others will get much out of the book it just was not for me unfortunately
Mallory and Jake are a young couple deeply in love, whose marriage seems close to idyllic. Then, one day, Mallory goes to pick Jake up after work, but he doesn’t come out the door. No one has seen him, or has any idea where he might be.
It’s on this deceptively simple premise that Ivanka Fear builds her fine suspense novel, “Where Is My Husband?” As Mallory embarks on a frantic quest to find Jake, we gradually learn that some aspects of their relationship—not to mention Mallory and Jake themselves—are not quite as perfect as they appeared to be.
There are plenty of scares, twists, and turns in this sprightly novel, which reminded me of Alfred Hitchcock, with a bit of Barry Gifford (“Wild at Heart”) thrown in. A great read!
This will appear on blog Dec 8

Prepare to be on the edge of your seat, as you dive into the heart-pounding mystery of Where is My Husband?. Trust no one as you unravel the shocking secrets hidden within these pages.
Interesting Plot, easy read, short chapters, however I felt myself skimming along to get through. I feel my biggest issue was that neither character was very likable so I didn’t have a lot of investment in their story. I picked it up and put it down several times. I may revisit this later and try to read through in its entirety (without switching books and coming back) and revise my review.
Where Is My Husband? is an unpredictable, captivating domestic thriller that will have you flipping through pages and murmuring manically to yourself (maybe don't read it on the train?)
Jake and Mallory have an apparently idyllic domestic life, but everything quickly unravels when Jake mysteriously disappears. As Mallory searches for him she discovers numerous skeletons in closets of varying sizes and depths.
The author flips between dual timelines and points of view in a manner that keeps the reader guessing and shifts your allegiance and empathy between characters until the story arrives at its final, shocking conclusion.
Well worth checking out if you enjoy domestic noir, can't wait to see what happens next for Jake and Mallory!
Thank you to NetGalley and Level Best Books for this ARC.
Where is My Husband is a well crafted domestic thriller that will keep you guessing right up to the end. This story is packed full of secrets, lies and twists that you won't see coming. It draws you in instantly and you just have to know exactly what is going on with Mallory and Jake. Their relationship is quite dysfunctional, but they are in love. The first book in a series, I cannot wait to find out what happens next with this "perfect" couple.
I liked this. The characters were interesting and it moves at a good pace. I wasn't sure how it was gonna end which is nice. I would recommend this. Special Thank You to Ivanka Fear, Level Best Books and NetGalley for allowing me to read a complimentary copy in exchange for an honest review.
I was not able to finish the book and therefore do not feel that I can give an unbiased review about the book, its plot, characters, or the author's work. I might revisit this book at a later time and finish it then, but not right now.
If you enjoy books with unreliable narrators and flawed characters (think Gone Girl) add this to your TBR. Jake and Mallory will take you for a spin and leave you feeling like you just got off a carnival ride. An entertaining read.
Ivanka Fear, has my attention...
Hey girl, how you doin'
Where is My Husband, has thriller of the year written all over it!
This book right here will have you stop dead in your tracks and completely take over your world as you know it. It's been 3 days since I finished, and I can't stop thinking about it. Yes, it IS that good.
I almost can't wait to forget the details just so I can reread It all over again.
Is that weird? Am I alone in this? I envy the people that will read this book for the first time and will forever miss the feeling I got when the twist was revealed..
GAH!! Im gushing..
Check out this teaser :

I thoroughly enjoyed this new thriller series from Canadian author, Ivanka Fear. All your suspicions will be turned on their heads before this book is done!
I found this book really good until the last few chapters when everything ended happily ever after. i think it needed a twist at the end
I'm not sure how I feel about this book. I loved the concept which was what attracted me to it on NetGalley however, the idea of a woman marrying a man who has been engaged previously three times and thinking she can change him kind of turned me off.
Thanks to #NetGalley and #levelBestBooks for the ARC #WhereIsMyHusband by #IvankaFear. This book is fast paced with many back to back events turning into an ending I didn’t think would happen.
This was a very different read. It was very difficult to read through, I did find myself skimming and hoping for the next unpredictable plot- It was slightly easy to predict the plot. It’s such an interesting plot and I just wished it carried through into the book.
Thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for the ARC in exchange for an honest review.
I am conflicted.
I like the premise of the book but it felt short.
The twists were okay, but it was done in such an annoying way.
The luck one of the MMC has is just .... done in such a way you start to get angry.
Our MFC is whinny, and puts up with too much just to not get a happy ending.
I did enjoy the book, but only to a certain extent. After a while the whole "we are so in love, inseparable, we belong together" feelings is just too much. But maybe that's what makes the book?
Its a quick read so I do recommend.
