I found this book to be very enlightening. Having been in the workforce for 12 years, I've had my fair share of interviews. But I never thought people interview in certain ways based on their personalities. I feel very seen in this book and it helped me realize things that I do when I interview that help and hinder me. I can use what I learned in this book to help me when preparing to interview in the future.

My interview style is fear and loathing. Like moving, it's something I never want to do again. As a hard-core introvert, it's doubly painful. Now as the interviewer it's interesting to think about the different styles and how it's more than filling a position.
