Finlay is back again for another mystery including a mistaken death!
This time we find Finlay and her entire family (including ex husband) in Atlantic City chased by some really bad guys!
Funny in a stephanie plum kind of way, I recommend this book to people who want to laugh.

Elle Cosimano's Finlay Donovan Rolls the Dice is an absolute blast! This fourth installment in the series continues to deliver the perfect blend of laugh-out-loud humor, thrilling suspense, and endearing characters. Finlay Donovan, the accidental hitwoman turned struggling author, is back with another chaotic adventure.

Cosimano's wit shines through as she expertly navigates the absurd situations Finlay finds herself in. From mistaken identities to unexpected alliances, the plot twists keep readers guessing and entertained. The supporting cast, including the hilarious Vero, is equally captivating, adding depth and humor to the story.

What sets this series apart is its ability to balance the comedic elements with genuine suspense. While the stakes are high, the book never takes itself too seriously, making for a refreshing and enjoyable reading experience.

If you're looking for a fast-paced, entertaining read that will leave you laughing and guessing, Finlay Donovan Rolls the Dice is an absolute must-read.

Thank you Netgalley & publisher for a great read. I have loved Finlay and Vero since book one. At book 4. Elle Cosimano still has me grabbing the books as soon as I can.
Picking up exactly where book 3 leaves off. Finlay and Vero have to get to Atlantic City to save Javi. Steven won't let the kids leave state without him, mom thinks it's a girls trip so she wants to go, making an Atlantic City a family vacation.
This read was lots of fun and drama. Nonstop & fast paced trying to figure out who killed those 2 men in that bathtub & where did they stash Javi? Costumes, lies, tons of shinnanigans, and of course Kevin Bacon make this book one of my favorites so far.

Finlay Donovan books are so fun and a perfect time for everyone! I completely understand why this series has as many installments as it does. From the cover to the kooky characters to the overall wild plot - it's a a great time from the first page. I'm keen to read the other books in this series and become fully immersed in the world of Finlay Donovan.

I did read this book but am withholding feedback during the SMP marketing boycott. Once they address the demands listed by Readers For Accountability, I will return to leave feedback!

Of all the Finlay Donovan series so far, this one isn’t least favorite, but still has plenty of the laugh out loud moments that I absolutely love! The Finlay and Veronica duo is one of my favorites, and the fun never stopped amidst the trouble they seem to keep finding themselves in.

Great humor, lots of action and an array of dynamic characters - highly recommend this series for a fun read!

This was another fun one in the Finlay Donovan series! It picks up right where it left off, answering some questions but leaving us with even more. We get quite a bit more of Vera in this book, which was a delightful twist. It was a quick read, and I am still ready for more of Finlay and Vera's unfortunate adventures. 📖✨

I absolutely love the Finlay Donovan series, and I’m so glad I was finally able to read the fourth one. They truly are so much fun!

Book 4 included all of the things I love most about the Finlay books. It’s got funny moments, heartwarming scenes, and lovable characters. I wish there had been a little bit more at the beginning to remind me of what all happened in the other books. I have terrible memory for details and, even though I could remember the big plot points from the last one, I struggled to remember some of the characters. Additionally, I did find some parts slightly too absurd. Although the third book is still my favorite in the series, I thought it was so much fun.

Thank you as always to Minotaur books and Sarah Melnick for providing me with an advanced E galley and a finish copy of this book. I love being kept in this loop because I love Finley and all the books Elle Casimo has given her readers. I also purchased the audiobook and it was my first listen while Angela has narrated all the books and done outstanding job. I have to admit the voice didn’t go with the images. I’ve built a Finley and Vero isn’t it funny how we build these characters? This book jumps right in from the last one and it’s fast paced right in Atlantic City casinos and crime bosses in their minions of course there’s a dead body or two. I love the pace and the story and the crazy situation and Finley and Vero get into. I love how the relationship with Knick is progressing too. The recommend if you’re a fan of this series and if you’re not at the beginning and pick up book one, Finley Donovan is killing it 4.5 stars

Probably my least favorite of the series, yet still fun to read! I fell in love with Finlay and looked forward to her next thing, this just felt a little rushed. It was still a consistent, enjoyable story.

Every series hits a point where things get mid, and that’s what happened here. Maybe it was all the digs at New Jersey, but this one was just fine. I still really love the characters in this world, and I’m looking forward to continuing the series.

This book has everything. Dead bodies, assless chaps, Kevin Bacon, wigs, a tiny psychic, mob bosses, explosions, and did I mention Kevin Bacon?

Yet another book where Finlay stressed me out from cover to cover. 😮‍💨

Finlay Donovan Rolls the Dice is the fourth title in the Finlay Donovan series and just like the others, it's full of wild hijinks, crime, laughs, and steamy romance. In the latest book, Finlay and Vero plan a girl’s weekend to Atlantic City to save Vero's childhood best friend after he's kidnapped. What was supposed to be the two of them quickly turns into them, Finlay's kids, her mother and her ex-husband. Let's just say chaos ensues.

What can I say? I laughed hard. I was surprised. I couldn't stop turning the pages. It's another great book in this series. I'm already looking forward to book #5! If you haven't checked out this series yet, do so. It's unique and a whole lot of fun!

Thank you, Minotaur Books, and NetGalley for the eARC in exchange for my honest review.

Finlay Donovan is back!! I was hesitant to read this after reading the third book as it fell flat for me, but I’m so glad I did! The humor in this was impeccable, and I found myself rooting for the demise of certain characters more than I would like to admit. The characters genuinely feel like real people. At this point, I feel like I know them all personally. If you’re looking for an easy read that will have you laugh out loud, this is the one!
