The cutest holiday romance. I have never read a real estate agent novel, so this was a super fun read. I loved the office romance and friends to lovers vibe. I loved how genuine and real their friendship and romance felt. I always love a holiday romance but for those who don't the Christmas vibes were very subtle. The perfect read for a slow fluffy romance that feels good and makes you warm and fuzzy.

One of the cutest holiday reads ever 😍

This is book #4 of the series but can be read as a stand alone.

✨workplace romance
✨friends to lovers
✨no third act breakup
✨closed door
✨tropical

Tori and Connor were friends who teamed up together at work trying to sell a property. Doing little things for the house allowed them to grow closer and realize how much they really meant to eachother . I also LOVED Connor’s grandparents 🥹🥹🥹

If you need a good holiday rom com to make your heart happy, pick this up.

I generally find a true Christmas read needs to be set somewhere cold with snow, but this setting of Hawaii really surprised me and it didn't lack for holiday spirit. I loved Tori and Connor and how their love for each other grew. Two peas in a pod, made for success. The family members on both sides added alot too to make it an enjoyable and festive, warm read.

"The Holiday Prize" masterfully intertwines the magic of Christmas with the exotic allure of the Hawaiian Islands, creating a captivating narrative where Christmas becomes more than a mere backdrop—it emerges as a third main character, adding depth and charm to the storyline. The fusion of these seemingly disparate elements proves that, indeed, Christmas and Hawaii can harmoniously coexist.

The protagonists, both driven and successful in their careers, bring a refreshing dynamic to the narrative. The carefully crafted balance of power between them, as co-workers navigating their professional ambitions, adds a layer of complexity to their relationship. This unconventional setup deviates from typical holiday romance tropes, offering readers a unique and engaging experience.

The ending, unfortunately, feels rushed, as if grappling with the challenge of tying up too many storylines all at once. It is leaving readers yearning for a more nuanced and satisfying wrap-up.

The story's charm lies not only in the character dynamics but also in its inherent cuteness and gentleness. The narrative delicately unfolds, embracing readers with warmth and holiday cheer. The author's ability to create a cozy atmosphere makes this book a perfect companion for the festive season, providing a heartwarming escape, especially when the weather outside is less than inviting.

While it is part of a series, it adeptly functions as a standalone piece. The author skillfully introduces the characters and their world, allowing new readers to immerse themselves in the holiday magic without feeling lost. This seamless integration into a larger series speaks to the author's storytelling prowess, ensuring that both series enthusiasts and newcomers alike can enjoy the narrative independently.

This was one of the best work friends to lovers books I have read! This books is part of a series however, it can also be read as a standalone book. I did not read the others in the series before picking this up but reading this book made me want to go back and start the rest of the series!

I love how Connor and Tori’s relationship seemed like a real life slow burn progression and while writing it Megan did a great job at not rushing their story. You truly felt like you were watching their relationship blossom in real time. I love how the theme at the start of the story continued into the epilogue as well it created a very full circle moment for a lot of characters in the book.

If you are looking for a great christmas themed read this holiday season I highly recommend this book! This book is available now!

I would also like to thank NetGalley and Megan for providing me with an ARC! This was a great read!

Tori and Connor work together as real estate agents in Hawaii and are both workaholics. When their boss offers a competition to sell a multi-million-dollar luxury listing, they decide to team up to win! As they spend more and more time together, the lines get blurred between their personal and professional lives. Can they stay strictly friends, and will they find a buyer for the listing?

This was my first book by this author, and I didn’t realize it was fourth in the series, but now I want to read the rest - It can be read as a standalone though. This was a friends/co-workers to lovers, with meddling families, and fun holiday vibes. I was obsessed with Connor’s grandparents, and loved her big loud family. This was a slow burn, with banter and light on spice. I just finished the new season of Selling Sunset, so I was loving the competition and real estate vibes. Highly recommend if you enjoy a light romcom that gives you the warm and fuzzy feeling that’s perfect this time of year!

Thank you Netgalley and Victory Editing Netgalley Co-Op for this ARC!

This was such a cute, cozy, comfy read with subtle holiday vibes. I liked that the MMC wasn’t a total ladies man…he was a bit nervous, which made him more realistic and relatable. I also liked the deviation from the typical rom com third act break up…there was still conflict to keep the story moving, just not from some silly mix up between the two characters.

This was such a fun read. I enjoyed every part of this romcom. Friends to lovers is one of my favorites and this one did not disappoint. I have read all the books in this series and I love them all. I do recommend reading from the first book as all the characters tie into one another, but that of course doesn't mean you cannot read as a standalone.

Megan Reinking does such a good job with character development and touching on sensitive, but relatable issues we all face. I mean who hasn't put effort into their career leaving them feeling guilty of ignoring the important things around them?

The Holiday Prize surrounds Tori, a real estate agent in Oahu and Connor who is Tori's best work friend, also a real estate agent in Oahu. Both main characters are focused and driven to be the best real estate agent in the area. Leveling up in real estate will not only be good for their pockets, but will justify all they have given up personally in order to put 100% into their jobs. Sometimes when you focus too hard on the wrong thing, you miss out on something that has been waiting for you this entire time... maybe even someone you didn't know you really needed. Did I mention this is centered around Christmas time? What a perfect book to start your holiday reading with.

I enjoyed watching the relationship bloom between these two. sweet, to the point, and swoon worthy! Highly recommend this series and this book.

The Holiday Prize was a great read to start off the Christmas season! Honestly, if you are a fan of any HGTV shows or Selling Sunset or Selling The OC and love Christmas this book is for you!! The main character, Tori, was such a relatable character who loved Christmas! This book is #4 in a series but you would never know that unless looking for more books by Megan Reinking, it was great as a stand alone! I am definitely interested in reading the rest of the books in the series! This was my first book by Megan Reinking and I am looking forward to reading another one of her books!

What a cute cover! This is such a sweet Christmas book! I just loved it. Tori and Connor are real-estate agents working together on the most important listing of their careers. Along the way they start to develop feelings for one another. The romance was sweet! I love Connor's grandparents! They were just everything. I cannot wait to read more by this author. Thank you to NetGalley and Victory Editing NetGalley Co-op for the arc in exchange for my honest review.

This was really cute. Not a lot happened but it was a good time. I liked seeing them be able to balance their work and personal life. I think seeing a proposal between them would be cute.

I received an arc through netgalley.

This was a festive, light-hearted read. I enjoyed the friends to lovers aspect with the workplace romance thrown in too. It was a great combo! I loved the way they both made each other better! The characters felt so natural and easy with one another! I also adored Connor’s grandparents, they were so endearing!
This is a great one to kick off the holiday season and gives a little bit of a different vibe as it’s set in Hawaii!
