It was interesting to note that if there were no sin in the world, there would be nothing to be worried about ! Model prayers are suggested, and it is emphasized that the Bible is the living Word and it is the main way God speaks to us!

Exercise, music and singing are shown to be ways to keep your mind engaged and Your spirit focused on the things of God.

An outline of the books of the Bible and a summarization of specific topics discussed in each book are given to help you focus on God's Word and not your anxiety.

I would be curious to buy this book, the format it is in for the ARC looks like it was scanned. The pages are sideways so you had to turn your head to read it but from what I was able to read I really enjoyed. I will be buying this book.

This is a beautiful cover, with beautiful prayers inside. I didn’t feel that it was specifically aimed at people who overthink but it did have a lot of nice prayers and information.

I didn't think this book that really that detailed about anxiety and over thinking. Every devotion mostly said, if you are overthinking, look at this chapter in the bible. I mean it's a short, cute devotional, but I did not find it helpful for those that overthink and are constantly questioning and reliving things in their mind. I found it to more of a day to day normal devotional.
