A very helpful and condensed guide to a baby's first year. I have read quite a few baby books and there doesn't seem to be anything new or revolutionary here. However, I am rating it 5 stars because it is truly BITE SIZED. This book has (mostly) everything you need and nothing you don't (except for some cute pictures). A lot of baby books are 300 pages, and while that isn't long, it can be overwhelming and this book is not. It is very succinct, which I would have liked before my son was born.

I will be a mum to a newborn in 2 months time so this came to me at the right time! Lots of tips and information to read through that I thought was very helpful and led to conversations with my partner.

Bite-Sized Parenting: Your Baby's First Year by Sharon Mazel

Being a mother for my 4 month-old newborn baby girl, I have read many books related to what to expect in the first year, parenting style, step by step guidebook and so on.

“Bite-sized Parenting” was an informative book telling parents what to expect and some suggestions and tips in the first year while handling the little monster at home. It categorized by monthly, so it’s easy to jump into the chapter you needed and you looked for. From monthly expectation, sleeping behavior, to some stimulation suggestion. These all were life-saving tips to parents.

Easy to read! If you are a newborn parent or you are expecting, I would recommend you to read this book.
