A very timely thought piece on the future and how we can shape it for better or worse. The book focuses on key emerging technology that is changing the structure of society and what those impacts will be. I truly enjoyed the idea about how robots are coming to a world dominated by states and corporations and the relationship between them all will determine our future. The author draws upon historical work from some of the big names in discussing technology like Yuval and Ray Kurzweil to discuss the concept of the Singularity.
