Ogami-San Cant Keep It In was a fun manga! I will definitely be looking for future volumes!
Ogami-san is a THIRSTY girl. She is obsessed with sex, but never had it. She has a crush on her classmate Yaginuma-kun, who has a magical quirk that makes people say their desires out loud when they touch him. This makes for some awkward but funny situations.
This manga was silly and relatable. It was shockingly not spicy at all, even though the FMC is a horndog.

I loved this story and I'm really excited to read the next volume.
Ogami-San is a teenage girl who can't stop obsessing over sex and boys bodies. I loved how the "pervy" protagonist is a girl, which isn't typical. The story is more then just Ogami and her thoughts. She befriends another loner, Yaginuma. He has an odd quirk making for some very awkward interactions. They are great together! But the story also introduces 2 more teenagers that need friends. And soon you notice the things that bind this ragtag group.
It's not just a story of teenagers with raging hormones but a story about making friends through all the embarrassing things that come with growing up.
I really enjoyed this manga and even laughed out loud a few times. I'll be continuing this series.
Thank you to Kodansha and Netgally for the ARC. The opinions expressed here are my own.

In this coming-of-age manga we follow the loner, Ogami as she starts high school. She's trying to distance herself from junior high and make some new friends. Only she can't stop thinking about things that she shouldn't. But she does manage to make one friend, Yaginuma, but he also harbors a secret. Can the two make more friends or are they destined to be loners for the rest of their high school career? You'll have to read and find out for yourself! The artwork in this was really cute! I didn't have any trouble telling the characters apart and I really liked that they all had their own quirks and personalities that shone through. I can't wait to read the next volume!

Like all high school girls her age Ogami-san is curious about boys and sex. Unlike, most girls she is actually obsessed by it and this obsession spills into her conversations and her day to day impressions of others. Unfortunately it has given her a bit of a reputation.

When Ogami-San moves to a new school she is determined to keep her thoughts to herself until she meets a young man called Yaginuma-kun. He is cute and mysterious but he has peculiar powers and any one who touches him reveals their thoughts in the open. Ogami-San befriends him but she has to learn how to balance this friendship and maintain her privacy.

This is a peculiar but amusing story and the artwork is excellent.

Acks, this was so adorable. It gave me Lovesick Ellie vibes but a little milder.

It's so refreshing reading about kids being curious about each other's bodies without any experimentation needing to happen. Sex ed barely covers much anf then you're left to find out on your own and left with all of the confusing thoughts and questions. I thought this story was mainly going to focus on Ogami-san, but I liked hearing about the other friends she made along the way.

I'm curious to see where the series goes and can't wait to read the next volume. Thanks NetGalley and Kodansha for the ARC!

A risqué romcom featuring a girl bursting with pervy thoughts and a boy who compels people to speak honestly when they touch him. This reminded me of a more relaxing version of O Maidens in Your Savage Season. While the plot is centered on the connection between the MC and ML, there’s also time spent on the introduction of other characters for their new group of misfits. I’m disappointed that the volume ended with a FMF love triangle. Thematically, it fits the story, but it’s not my preference.

This was a super fun to explore the awkwardness of a a teen girl’s awkwardness in her own sexual awakening. I enjoy the fact that this manga was explored teen sexuality without the nonsensical, random fan service that most manga provides. Not ground breaking but fabulous.

Female sexuality is usually treated like a delicate flower in media. It's nice to see the title character in Ogami-san Can't Keep It In be the one with a blend of curiosity and raging hormones. Meiko Ogami has a case of the A.D.I.D.A.S. but it doesn't make the story a crass sex comedy, it's about connecting with people. Emotional maturity is at the forefront, so if you picked up this title for something lewd, you need to move along. The supporting cast is equally entertaining. I look forward to volume 2.

This was a quirky, fast-paced story mostly about friendship. Ogami and Yaginuma are both loners at school but for different reasons: Ogami is nervous that she’s a freak with dirty thoughts and Yaginuma has a secret talent triggered by touch. When Ogami learns about this unique ability the two end up becoming each other’s first real friend despite the funny, occasionally smutty things that come out of Ogami’s mouth when they inadvertently touch. The two make a couple other friends along the way and the story is really more about acceptance and the realization that you are not alone in your thoughts and that all teenagers think about their bodies and those around them. It is an easy read that can be finished in one sitting if you have a bit of time. While some aspects were a little more juvenile than I’d expect from high school characters, I think that’s normal for the genre. I like that the author explains at the end that each of the character names have animal references and that Ogami and Yaginuma are based on the words for wolf and goat respectively which is an iconic duo in Japan. That's not something I would have known or even thought to research so it was a cool piece of information and insight into some of the development of the characters. Overall, this is a cute story with likable characters.

The description gives to understand that this is something smutty, but it’s a really cute story of friendship between two high school students who have never had any friends.

Ogami has an obsessive nature and she can’t shut up about what interests her, currently boys and sex, so she hasn’t dared to make any friends. Yaginuma’s problem is that people blurt out their inner thoughts when they touch him, so he tries to keep his distance.

The two accidentally become friends. They promise not to make fun of each other, no matter what comes out of Ogami’s mouth. Plenty of awkward and funny moments follow. Yaginuma learns to express his wants and needs, and in a cute twist, Ogami learns to make use of Yaginuma’s curse to make sure he knows she’s telling him the truth. And little by little, their unique friendship leads them to having other friends too.

The pace was fast and illustrations were good.

Thank you Netgalley and the publisher for the chance to review. All thoughts and opinions are my own. Ogami-san is a teenage girl who avoids friendships because she always has dirty thoughts and in the past that has brought her trouble. Every time someone touches Yaginuma-kun they say their thoughts aloud. This is a cute story of them becoming friends. I actually thought this would be a lot smuttier based on the cover.

This is one of my favorite tropes in manga. Person who is obsessed with sexual themes becomes friends with aloof quiet person who knows their secret and accepts them.

I appreciate the fact that though there is obviously romantic interest, the characters aren't being pushed to develop romance over their friendship. Just a nice, silly slice of life manga.

Ogami-san Can't Keep It In is a lighthearted and charming manga with a lot of moments that made me laugh. The blooming relationship between the MFC and MMC is so cute! I was really glad to see both of them branching out through the manga and making multiple friends. I cant wait to see how the story progresses!

It was a fun manga to read. Ogami-san is a high-schooler with a dirty mind. She doesn't have any friend because she's scared of what people will think if they learn her thoughts. However, one day she finds out that her classmate Yaginuma-kun has a secret power—when people touch him they say their inner thoughts, The two become friends and they start attracting all sort of people with their kinks.

Ogami-san had a reputation in middle school that she is trying to keep under wraps now that she is in high school. However, her thoughts slip out when she touches a fellow loner Yaginuma-kun. She then learns his secret - anyone who touches him speaks out loud whatever they happened to be thinking. Ouch! But the two manage to become friends and others join their orbit. But them comes the school fair and the class decides to do a cafe, specifically a sexy cafe! Ogami-san ends up doing the artwork. Will she go all out or try to be conservative? Read the manga and find out!

Thanks Netgalley and Kodansha Comics for the opportunity to read this title!

The cover and title made this seem like it would be inappropriate. However, it was pretty tame and PG. I found it to be a cute story about making friends and finding people who accept you for who you are. I was really hoping the main character would find a boyfriend, because I wanted to see her happy, but she found happiness in her friendship (very good for her as a high school aged girl) and putting herself out there socially and artistically.

This is a cute manga, not only about sexual discovery and awareness but also about friendship. Ogami is just your typical teenage girl, she loves the draw, she's a bit shy and introverted, oh and she also thinks about sex A LOT. Of course, we all know that during your teenage years with your hormones pretty much raging and out of control, this is normal. Unfortunately for Ogami, she thinks she's a total pervert and that if anyone finds out she would be ostracized and shunned by her classmates.

Then we meet Yaginuma, a boy who whenever he gets touched causes the person who touched him to say the first thing that comes to mind. What a weird ability to have, so I don't blame Yaginuma one bit for trying to keep his hands away from others, poor boy has probably heard it all. Eventually, Yaginuma and Ogami meet and she accidentally touches him, considering she's always thinking about sex, you can pretty much guess what she blurts out. What follows after this incident is two unlikely people becoming friends.

Despite all the talk about sex, this manga is actually pretty wholesome and I can't wait to read the rest.

Not at all what I expected in this book It is well drawn and an interesting story that really was not what I expected.
Not for everyone I suspect but a good read and excellent graphics throughout.
