I'm thrilled with Jim Kwik's 'Limitless: Upgrade Your Brain, Learn Anything Faster, and Unlock Your Exceptional Life' expanded edition. Jim takes us on a transformative journey filled with confidence, practical tools, and boundless inspiration. His unwavering belief in each reader's potential is palpable.

What I appreciate most is Jim's calm and expressive writing style, painted with just the right amount of vivid detail. The tactical advice and logical approach he employs are invaluable.

One memorable concept he explores is the importance of asking the right question and how our brain is a deletion device. We get millions of information every second but delete almost all of them except a few! And those few are the ones that answers our dominant questions. Hence asking the wrong questions will totally tainted our experience of life.

I also very much like the analogy of being a thermometer versus a thermostat. A thermometer will react to his environment. A thermostat will impact his environment. Any time I feel affected by my environment now I remind myself not to be a thermometer but a thermostat and as a mother, it can be life saving! Lol

While I acknowledge that Jim's training programs may come with a price, the value derived from his book is undeniable. Though I haven't delved into his courses yet, I'm eagerly looking forward to the prospect in the future. Thank you, Jim, for this extraordinary book—it's been a catalyst for positive change and personal growth in my life!
