Disco Drinks is fantastic for anyone looking to learn any type fun new drinks. Flavor profiles and photos of the drinks provide a full picture of what the end product will be like. Each drink also comes with a little bio that tells you the history of the drink that I found especially cute. For beginners the intro section provides all kinds of information on how to actually make drinks, which helps with the amount of terms that COULD be unfamiliar used through out the book.
As a 20 something working on upgrading my mixology skills it provided a good guide and helped provide why you do things a certain way. I've already tried out a few, one totally new and one I've tried but never made, and the how to make guides are very straight forward. I garbed it in the hopes of learning something new and my expectations where met.

Omg I loved these drinks so much. The Singapore sling was fun and I was so happy to see an alcohol free section because you never know when it may not be the night for some alcohol. I love this and can’t wait to buy this when it’s published.

A great book for beginner cocktail makers! Full of classic cocktails for all the family including fun non-alcoholic options and pitchers for the children at gatherings.

Disco Drinks is a colorful, fun book that would make a great gift for your favorite mixologist! The gorgeous photos of these drinks are sure to whet your thirst. The author thoroughly explains the bar ware and techniques needed to make these drinks properly. The drink names are fun and whimsical, and the photos make them look so delicious. Once you read this book, you will be excited to plan a retro-themed party with these potent portables. They even include a few tasty mocktails for the non-drinkers in your crowd. This brought back fond memories of college, when Amaretto sour was my favorite drink. My friend said it tasted like a jelly bean! 😆 Buy this book and you too will be making memories and feeling nostalgic!

This was so fun to read! Makes me want to buy some groovy pants, a disco ball, and have a party centered around these fun drinks! I thoroughly enjoyed this book and recommend to anyone born in the wrong decade and missed out on the disco decade!
