Great idea behind the story and the colourful pictures were great. The story didn’t flow as well tho and it’s not one I would want to read again and again.

This is an adorable children's book that has a wonderful message. Milla and her cat, Teo, find a lonely horse who they show kindness and compassion. They name the horse Sparkle and try their best to make Sparkle happy again. They quickly become the best of friends.
This colorfully illustrated book shows children that kindness is one of the easiest gifts to give. Through Milla and Teo being kind and befriending a lonely horse they created a long lasting friendship.
I read this to the 3 year old girl that I nanny and she enjoyed it very much. The colorful illustrations kept her attention and she loved the characters. When I was done reading she immediately asked if I could read it again.
I am grateful to the author, Zoey Zing, and Netgalley for the opportunity to read a digital SRC of this cute children's book in exchange for an honest review.

Milla is a kind little girl who lives in a farmhouse surrounded by the countryside, with her cat Teo. One day, when the two of them are out on their wanderings, they come across a pony who looks sad.

When they ask it its name, it says it does not have a name. Perhaps that is one of the reasons why it is so sad.

So, Milla names the pony Sparkle, and Milla and Teo spend a lot of time having adventures with Sparkle over the coming days.

Still, there is a lingering sadness about Sparkle until Milla gets the idea of making a home for the Pony on their own farm. Now Sparkle is a member of the family, and it never has to feel lonely again!

This is a book with a sweet story, adorable illustrations and a really lovely message about kindness and companionship. It's perfect for sharing with very young kids.
