After graduating from university, Anna receives the news that her beloved grandmother has passed away. She left for Anna a chest full of old postcards and tickets for a trip that might lead to truths about her past. Anna has recently accepted a new job, but she must decide whether to stick with the position or embark on an unplanned adventure.

This novella is a quick read that carries an emotional punch. The narrative weaves through time giving us glimpses of the past and Anna’s relationship with her grandmother. This is a lovely story that I can easily imagine expanded.
