This was an emotional story and hit me in all of the feels. I was able to relate to a lot of what Lauren was feeling and going through. It was refreshing to see that Jack was so willing to work on things to make sure he didn’t lose his wife.
I listened to the audio version of this book, narrated by Amy Hall and Ryan Duncan. This was my first time listening to both of these narrators. There were times I wish they’d had a little more emotion in their voice and performance as opposed to just sounding like they were reading, but overall I still enjoyed the audio.

I really enjoyed reading this book. It was heartwarming and real. Although it was a fictional story, it had real problems. Sometimes people forget that a marriage is not always happy ever after. It takes a lot of work and commitment. My heart broke for Lauren, thinking that her marriage could be over. I admired Lauren and Jack for admitting that they both made mistakes. Would they have figured it out without the help of their kids, Michael and Maddie? Possibly, but thankfully the kids stepped in and helped get them together so they would have to talk and try to fix their relationship. Would they get their second chance at happy ever after, or is Lauren too afraid they will repeat their mistakes again?

If there is one thing to take away from Adriana Locke books is the fact that she knows what's doing. I was a sobbing mess half of this book. It made me realize some things that are happening in my life need changes and soon so I don't end up like our MCs did in the beginning of this story.
Jack and Lo have been married for 2 decades but the last couple of years things have turned sour. Somewhere along the way they've become strangers to each other. But with a little help from their kids and friends and family they were given a chance for one last effort to try and patch things up. And here is where the beauty of this book comes in - the getaway didn't magically remove all the problems they had. It showed that despite loving each other sometimes that is not enough if both parties are not willing to put in the work and compromise.
But the best part is even when they managed to find their way back into each other's arms, it wasn't all rainbows and sunshine. This story felt real and I highly recommend this to anyone who needs a story that will help you start believing that all is possible if you love strong enough.

First time reading this author i believe and i wasn't disappointed. It was nice to read a book with a long marriage in trouble not because of a spouse cheating!!! I will say parts of this were a little annoying. I did feel like Jack was kind of quick to check out and bail on Lauren. I did LOVE Harvey's character!!! Loved that he was the comedic relief. by the end....everything came together nicely for a happy ending.

It's been a long time since I've read a married couple romance.
This was truly a special story steeped in reality. Lauren a stay at home mom, who feels alone, unseen, unrecognized and lost. Jack on the other hand has created a successful business but feels the overwhelming pressure to make sure to keep it successful, to prove he is the best provider for his family, that he is providing everything his family could possibly need or want.
Along the way they lose their connection to each other, and to themselves so immersed in who they think they need to be to make their family work. All the time forgetting the foundation of their family, the roots of it all. The two individuals who fell in love and started it all.
Can their two teenage children who were definitely loved and one very loving and meddling grandpa help them find their way back to one another? These three are hilarious and are a huge bonus to reading this book.
I have voluntarily left this review.

Exceptional read from Adriana Locke! Jack and Lauren were drifting apart after 20 years off marriage and Lauren was contemplating divorce. When their kids find out, they conspire with their grandfather to stop that from happening. Tricked into coming on their yearly trip, will they continue to drift apart, or will their family’s effort to get them back on the right footing work? You’ll have to read to find out!

Nothing But It All by Adriana Locke is a heartfelt romance that masterfully blends passion, vulnerability, and personal growth. With its irresistible chemistry and emotional depth, it’s a captivating read that lingers long after the last page.

𝐀𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬: Have you ever read a book where you just want to jump inside and smack the characters? This is how I felt with Jack. How could he not see what he was doing to his family? Thank goodness for the kids “tricking” them into spending 2 weeks together at the family cottage.
There were several things that I could relate to with Lauren but a tiny part of me could understand that Jack thought he was doing good by giving his family everything they wanted when all they really wanted was him to be there, together as a family. While the reconciliation did seem quick with the severity of this broken relationship, I am so glad that there wasn’t cheating and that they were able to find their way back to each other.. I loved Jack’s dads wisdom!
This is the first book that I have read by this author and I thought it was very well written, you could feel the emotion through the pages. I went on an emotional roller coaster with this one - with no regrets! Definitely would recommend this gem!

A cute quick read. A story about loving someone so much you might have to let them go because you love your self more. Loving your family so much that you will try anything to save your marriage. Lauren and Jack love each other and their two children. He has a successful business and she has raised the kids and taken well care of the house…but is that enough. When Lauren tells Jack that isn’t enough anymore does he hear her? This story is sweet, honest and emotional. Their children love them soo much that they trick them into keeping their family vacation tradition, hoping this will keep their parents together. I truly enjoyed this story and can’t wait to read what this author comes up with next.

This is a well done marriage in trouble trope with the magic of Adriana Locke. Thank you she the opportunity to read and review.

“I love you but I feel so broken.
I can’t break myself to build you anymore.”
This book 😭
It was so easy to relate to real life and the trials and tribulations of life and relationships/marriage. There was so much good advice within these pages, it was a breath of fresh air. Some stuff really made me reevaluate my own marriage and that’s pretty special to take from a fiction novel.
I don’t typically read marriage in trouble tropes but this was such an easy read. The only thing I didn’t love was the format. I didn’t like all the italicizing and the repetitive thoughts. It didn’t take away from the story by any means but I just felt like it could have been left out or formatted differently.
I really enjoyed all of the side characters, there was a lot of thought and detail put into them. Harvey was the star of this show, I hope I can be like him when I’m old 😂
All in all, I really enjoyed this one. Definitely worth the read and I plan to read more from this author, as this was my first from her!

This is the first book that I have read by this author, so I was excited to give her a try. I love books that take place on vacation, at a lake house because it reminds me of my youth and going to my family's lake house. I found it hard to connect with this book. I found Lauren very unlikeable and selfish and she wonders why her husband doesn't want anything to do with her. Her husband, Jack owns a small business (mechanic shop) and has made it possible for Lauren to do what she wanted, which was to be a stay at home mom. I have kids, so I understand the dynamics of being a stay at home parent as well as being a working parent. I think Jack was too good for Lauren, unfortunately, he loved Lauren and didn't want to get a divorce. I think a lot of Lauren's issues with her relationship with Jack could have been solved if she went to therapy and worked on communicating with him with an open mind instead of a defensive mind. This is a short book at only 266 pages, however, I found myself taking forever to get through it. I loved the kids and their ploy to get their parents to the lake house, and I also loved Jack's dad and the owner of the Cupboard (I forgot her name now). I think everyone was too good to Lauren and she probably deserved to be miserable. I ended up DNF this book at 60% because I couldn't stand her. This book had potential, but with it being so short, I wished the passing was a little bit faster to keep me engaged, even through I hated the FMC.

Arc Review (thank you so much for the opportunity to read and review this!):
I don't even know where to start. I laughed and cried throughout this whole book. Let me preface this with: I'm about to be 35, I've been married for almost 10 years and I'm a (working) mom. Reading this with all those different hats on hit my heart on a level I didn't know existed. The main characters are in their early 40s, married for 20 years and have children (teenagers). I resonated heavily with a lot of the discussions and feelings in this story. It was beautifully done.
Jack and Lauren don't have a perfect marriage and it's so relatable and real. Their struggles felt like so much like the same struggles every relationship has at some point. The feeling of not being seen or heard, and the ebb and flow of the balance of life or the lack there of was so spot on. I adored their kids and seeing their personalities shine on page. Harvey is a gem and made me think of my own grandfather more than once. This family is just so dang special. As someone from Ohio, I wish I could visit the charming Story Brooks!
Nothing But It All is definitely going to be a favorite of the year and probably reread more times than I care to admit.

This book was not what I was expecting (I never read book descriptions, I enjoy going in blind) but it was absolutely. This story resonated with me so deeply, I literally read parts out loud to my husband.
I always read the love stories with the meet cutes and the beginning of relationships. However, Michael and Maddie give an amazing view into what life looks like after that sweet HEA. When they’ve grown and matured together and know each other inside and out but you also somehow lost touch with one another and don’t really know each other at all.
I cried more than I planned and but my heart melted just as many times along the way. While the main theme of this book was definitely heavy there were still many laughs, antics from meddling teens and a sweet little town that I would love to visit myself. This is the book was exactly what I needed to read right now in my life and I will be shouting from the rooftops how this is such an amazing, must read book!

This was my first marriage in crises as well as my first Adriana Locke book.
I think the marriage of convenience trope should be done more often because we really don't see it much.
I found myself enjoying that this book showcases real relationships and the struggles marriages can face. While I know we read to escape reality I can appreciate when reality (for the most part) can show in books.
I loved Jack and Laurens teenage kids Michael and Maddie. The way these two schemed in the book was exactly what teenage siblings would do and I was here for it. Harvey (Jack's dad) was a hoot and he was hilarious in his interactions with the family.
I appreciated Jack and Lauren finally communicating with what all went wrong and how to move forward. I honestly felt more for Jack in a way because the man was truly clueless and was doing everything he "thought" Lauren wanted from him. There were times when I was frustrated with the FMC Lauren in this book but I had to take a step back and realize all the emotions she was going through and how it is hard in situations like this to communicate what you are feeling with someone you love.
I will read more of Adriana Locke's books in the future.
Thank you Valentine PR for the ARC for my honest opinion.

I enjoyed reading this second chance romance. Laura and Jack were a sweet couple who lost their way in their journey. Was nice to see them re-connect. Love all Adriana stories. Love the banter and side characters. Especially Jack’s dad!

A different take on a second chance romance. Married couple on the brink of divorce but the kids intervene. Sweet and a neat idea. I love the world that Adriana always creates, but I think I wanted just a touch more in the romance department

This is a special book and you can tell from the first pages. Normally when I write reviews I have to look up names to make sure I remember what they are but with this one, I didn't do that. It's just been floating around in my head.
What Jack and Lauren Reed go thru in this book is something I truly believe every married couple go thru. You get so busy with jobs, kids and forget what really important in life. In Jack's case, he owns his business and gets wrapped up in that. He gets lost in that and almost loses the most important person in his life.
Lauren, on the other hand, is a stay at home mom. She does everything for her kids. Gets them to every activity they do and is running herself ragged. She's lonely and doesn't know what happened to their lives.
A parent trap happens and that's when things get real. The ups and downs of marriage are real. You have to be open with the communication and put in the effort. This book shows what Jack and Lauren do when they are fighting for their marriage. It hit so hard with me cause I have been there with my own. I will say that tears came out several times throughout reading this book. This book will stick with me for some time cause it's real and raw. The characters are fun, real and make the book so so good!! You will absolutely love Jack, Lauren, Maddie, Michael, Harvey and all the other ones in quirky small town.

Thank you Montlake, Adriana Locke, and NetGalley for the opportunity to read this advanced copy in exchange for my review.
My first Adriana Locke book that I read (Flirt I believe) was a big fave of mine so when j saw the opportunity to read another book of hers, I was excited. I went into it blind, not even sure I read the description and I was surprised to find myself reading a marriage fixing book. Recently ending my own marriage, it was an odd choice for me, but I decided to read it anyway.
I thoroughly enjoyed this book and watching Lauren and Jack heal hero broken marriage. My only struggle was that it just felt like a story where not much happened. There was their kids and their grandpa scheming, which was cute, the addition of the surprise dog I loved, but there wasn’t as much of that extra oomph that made me love the book, story, the love story of Lauren and Jack. It felt more like a true story than a book where two people grow apart and find their way back to each other. While this was as not my favorite book, I still enjoyed it and look forward to reading more or Adriana’s work!

A beautiful story about a couples crumpling marriage and their fight to save it (with a little scheming from their kids). The characters were great and had a-lot of dimension and the romance was well written. You could feel all the emotions of each character.
Jack and Lauren have been married for over 20 years and have begun to live separate lives. Jacks too focused on work and Lauren is forced to pick up everything and feels lonely. Deciding to take charge of her life, Lauren starts to live life for herself - while her husband has no idea how bad it is. Their two teenage children along with grandpa conspire to bring them back together during a family vacation.
You can see how each choice the couple has made can bring resentment and issues when there is no real communication. I could relate so much to Lauren and this book gave me little ideas to bring into my marriage. Honestly every married person should read this book.
The characters, storyline and writing made this a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ read. I would highly recommend this book.
