This is a short simple (62 page) book starring two cute Pomeranians named Sugar and Cookie. A majority of the book is pictures especially of Sugar and Cookie in different places (chair, stroller, beach, etc), with Christmas decorations and dressed in sweaters or hats.
Sugar and Cookie “talk” about the spirit of Christmas no matter where you are. Also the messages and magic of Christmas are the same no matter where you live.

I received a complimentary copy of this book via Netgalley. Opinions expressed in this review are my own opinions.
I'm honestly not sure how I feel about this book. Sugar and Cookie are adorable so looking st pictures of them is enjoyable, but there is something lacking. I wish there were some cartoon illustrations added instead of the almost random photo shop. The story is also cute, but not memorable.
I am in love with this book. IN LOVE. Adorable Poms Sugar and Cookie have the most beautiful message about enjoying Christmas in Florida, with their ever-smiling, beautiful faces. The photos are amazing, with clever poses and pictures where you have to search to find the dogs. I would personally enjoy owning this book and keeping it handy when I needed to have a smile. This would make a great Christmas gift.
NetGalley let me read this in exchange for an honest review.
This book is absolutely adorable! I could see small children loving looking at the photos of the dogs in this book. I like that this book represents a sandy, beachy Christmas! This was a fun read to put me into the Christmas spirit.
This is a lovely picture book about two little dogs who love Christmas, particularly Christmas in their home state of Florida. They point out that this is not what people normally picture as Christmas but that they enjoy it regardless. It's short, sweet, simple and enjoyable.
A cute book following two white Pomeranians living in Florida durning the Christmas season . I thought the photos were adorable but I am not sure who this book was meant for. My guess is children. To me this seemed more like someone printed their Instagram page into a hard copy .
I just reviewed A Very Merry Sugar Cookie Christmas by Susan Marie Chapman. #AVeryMerrySugarCookieChristmas #NetGalley
Review to come in December (the holiday season) on my blog/other places.
I received this book from Netgalley/publisher in exchange of an honest review.
Reading this during Halloween month feels a bit weird, but sorry, I just couldn't resist this one when I saw it on Netgallley. Dogs? Christmas outfits? Sign me up!
I read another book about these Pomeranians in 2022 and so was excited to read another one! OK, I was hoping that this time the quality of the photographs and how natural things felt was a bit better.
In this one we meet Sugar and Cookie, two cute Pomeranian sisters who tell us how they got their name and when they met their human mom. It all has to do with Christmas! Because do people in Florida even know when Christmas is there? Good question on that point, I am sure there is Christmas, but do they get into it as much as the colder regions? Like, for me, we don't really get super cold temperatures, but I don't want to think of Christmas when it is spring/summer temperatures outside, haha. So I was curious to see these cute doggies show us all about Christmas in Florida! And what they think Christmas is (is it is just the cookies or is it more?). And I had fun seeing what Sugar and Cookie thought of Christmas and showed us Florida in Christmas season! It was very adorable, that is what you get with two adorable fluffballs, so I constantly went AWW and oh my gosh!
I am happy to say that the quality of the photographs went up. We still have a couple of (not so well *stares at that hotel lobby photo*) photoshopped images, but thankfully a lot of the photographs are cute and adorably done. With them on the beach wearing little Santa hats (and a sleigh that didn't fit) to them sitting on their pillows under the tree with the cutest sweaters! Or getting a delicious treat. I am really happy that things just were much better in this one.
This one is adorable and it would be sure a fun book to read during the holiday season! I would recommend it~
A very cute scrapbook like Christmas story about two Florida Pomeranians. It reads a bit like a scrapbook. Its pictures are a bit like a scrapbook. Very cute though.
Sugar and Cookie are cute sister Pomeranians. This is part of a series of books featuring the pair. They are adorable as they pose with different symbols of Christmas in Florida or look lovable at the beach. The photos are the stars more than the story.
Cute pictures of cute pups with a simple story. I'm not sure if this is meant to be kids book but I know kids would love it.
