Children are naturally curious and heaven can be hard to explain. Here is help! Sandy Silverthorne addresses 101 questions, including some I’ll bet you never even thought of. Here are honest, and Biblical answers. The information in this book helps kids explore their faith, ponder God's plans for their lives, and are reminded just how much God loves and cares for them.
You’ll find this book to be thoughtful and entertaining, filled conversation starters to use in all those in-between times with children.
I received a complimentary copy of this book via Netgalley. Opinions expressed in this review are my own
As a somewhat lapsed Christian with devout evangelical friends, I found this book extremely helpful. The answers were straightforward with an indication where you can find the support passage in the Bible.
I really enjoyed both the questions asked and the answers given. My favorite parts were the talk it overs. Even though y friends and I are in our late 30s, I have been starting group chats with these questions all week.
As they do not know I'm reviewing or reading this book, they are confused but excited to have meaningful discussions
This is such a great resource for some of those bigger questions that children have about the Bible and Christian life. I think that this would be a great resource for any Christian homeschooling family to be able to foster discussion with their children. This is one that I could see using as a resource for my own children as well.
Such a beautiful book for young minds to help the, understand some of life’s biggest and most precious questions a little bit more.
This is a well written and informative book with easy to,understand questions about God, Heaven, and other issues in the Bible. Although the author doesn’t profess to have absolute answers about everything, he does find Biblical evidence to support his answers. A great resource for parents!
I thoroughly enjoyed this book as it brought a simple and refreshing dialogue for children asking questions about God, Jesus, and a plethora of stories from the Bible. It is a very easy read with Biblical references, opportunities for reflection, and suggestions for discussions between children and their parents. The author admits he doesn’t have all the answers but this is a great resource for parents to help their children understand the complexities of God and the Bible.
