I enjoyed this cookbook and actually learned something about air fryers I didn't know. The first section of the book is a great tutorial. The recipes are laid out in a clear, concise manner and are pleasing to the eye. All the recipes were quality and I wanted to try them all. I thought the accessories section was great too. I enjoyed all the silicone accessories. I will definitely be using this cookbook in the future. Wish it was available for kindle! My only other criticism is that the sections could have been longer.

Pros: I am always looking for new air fryer recipes, so I was interested to see what ideas this book has . . . and was intrigued by the claim that the recipes are "super easy." I thought this book contained a well-rounded collection of recipes. Even though I am not vegetarian or vegan, I thought it was great that this book thought to include readers/eaters who are. In addition to the recipes, there is great practical information about using an air fryer. This book includes both metric and customary units!

Cons: None that I can think of. I know that food preferences are very personal, so the recipes in this book might not be for everyone.

Thank you to NetGalley and Quarto Publishing Group – White Lion for the opportunity to read this book.

There are some great recipes in here, a lot of which I would never have thought about trying in the air fryer instead of the oven. A lot of the recipes are quite basic and not very imaginative but would work well if you hadn't ever tried an air fryer before.

Overall there are definitely some recipes I'll be trying and some I won't, but that's very normal for a cooking book. The majority of recipes are ones I would be interested to try so I rated this a very average 3 out of 5 stars.

Firstly...who knew you could do so much with an air fryer. I know that for years people have gone on about the benefits of air fryers for health purposes but for me it has always been for chips and chicken and that's about it. I never really thought much more about what it could be used for. HOWEVER, this has completely changed my view. Chicken Dippers take less time in an air fryer than even the oven and with added health benefits.

With this book though, the really helpful aspects that really stood out to me included the 'air fryer frozen cook times', the desert recipes in particular and also the air fryer menus are really helpful to encourage variation and pre-planning of mealtimes.

My negative to this, there's a few recipes which take up a full page and aren't really air fryer recipes - i.e. the different sauces and dips. Useful but could have been added on the bottom of some recipes not given their own page and making it seem like there are more recipes than there are.

I like the variety of food. There are lots of good recipes and the amount of ingredients aren’t too much either. The recipes are easy to follow.

I wish there were more meal ideas as I feel like a lot of the recipes are for snacks and sides.

A bit more back to basics than I expected, but a great book for those with an airfryer to make life easier. Plenty to get going with and even recipes for baking. I'd buy it for a friend who's early in their cooking journey.

Since getting an air fryer, I have looked through so many cookbooks to get ideas, and this one still surprised me with new recipes and new ideas for how to take advantage of this tool! I really enjoyed seeing some new inventive recipes, some tips I hadn't seen before, and some new ways to think about ingredients and how to use them (or not!) in an air fryer. Also the photos are absolutely beautiful!

At last! An air-fryer book for Britons!
The other books I've looked at are very much geared to the ingredients and tastes of the US market — as well as its mysterious ways of measuring. The authors Sam and Dom Milner have created a cheerful, relaxed and very practical book for beginners (like me) and more experienced users of the air fryer. Recommended.

This is a good basic cookbook for air fryers. It has pretty standard American and British recipes, though the authors are British and in some cases this may cause issues since they call for a lot of self rising flour for instance, which is not easily found in the United States. Photos are provided for about a third of the recipes. There is no nutritional information other than calorie counts. The recipes rely on a lot of wheat and meat, so those on special diets may not find it as useful. It’s a solid addition to the many air fryer cookbooks out there, especially if you eat lots of meat and potatoes.

I read a temporary digital copy of this book for review.

I really loved this book, not only the actual recipes, but all those tips on using/choosing an air fryer. I didn't know there were that many types of air fryer on the market.

As for the recipes, they look so yummy that I want to try most of them, I could cook a complete meal using this book.

The cover is bright and beautifully done. It really catches the eye and makes me want to stop and take a look at what's inside the book. The recipes are easy to follow and someone who is new to an air fryer could easily get into cooking with their air fryer by following what the book says. I love that the start of the book tells you the basics of how to use your air fryer. So if you're new to the air fryer world you can easily learn the basics. Lastly, let's not forget how delicious the food looks! I can't wait to try some of them out. My air fryer is calling my name!

I love my air fryer and I use it frequently. But I only used it for a few foods. That's why this book was interesting to me. It contains basic information for the beginner, but it also provides recipes for many types of dishes and suggested full menus. With each recipe, there is a short, chatty introduction.

If you'd like to start your day with breakfast made in the Air Fryer, there are several recipes for you to try. Appetizers, here too. All types of recipes from breads, meats and fish, veggies, desserts. Even recipes if you want to start with frozen products. Wonderfully photographed and recipes are provided in metric and American/English units and temperatures.

Some of the recipes that caught my eye were Garlic Potatoes with Bacon, Sticky Chicken Wings, Yorkshire Pudding, Honey Glazed Carrots, Dinner Rolls! And of course, French Fries, both from frozen and fresh potatoes. I'm sure everyone will find a recipe that intrigues them.

Good for every household that enjoys good, every day meals.

The Complete Air Fryer Cookbook by Sam Milner is great for all air fryer users, but would be an especially useful read for beginners.

This cookbook goes over air fryer basics, has easy to follow recipes and is brightly colored and has great photos that make it easy to follow along with.

There are enough recipes with all sorts of different types of foods that you will get a good grasp of how to use your device and have an extensive collection of recipes to prepare.

This book was given to me by NetGalley and the publisher for an honest review.

I just jumped on the air fryer train and was excited to get this cookbook. There are some really good recipes in here and also some things I would have never thought that could be cooked in an air fryer. The cookbook also goes over basics on using the air fryer. I like that each chapter starts out explaining the way to cook plain protein (chicken, meat, tofu, fish) so that way if you want to incorporate it into other dishes you’ll know how. Most of the recipes are accompanied with a photo which is a huge plus.

This is a good Air Fryer Cookbook that really covers the basics well. It has some very simple recipes for the beginning cook and some more advanced recipes for the experienced cook. The ingredients for the recipes were things that most people would be used to cooking with and the directions were easy to follow. This is a good cookbook to get you started with your air fryer.

It's a cookbook. It's fine. If you have an air-fryer, you could probably use this book but there are also a million cookbooks just like it.

Only a few items that I’d try but there was some really creative ones. I will for sure try the whole chicken cooked in the air fryer. That just sounds interesting to me!

Who knew you could boil an egg in a air fryer let alone make bread and cake, honestly my long forgotten present sat at the back of the cupboard is coming back out and I am going to try out some of these ideas and become the domestic goddess I know I should be. I love this book and will be using it regularly.
